Ik ben opgegroeid in Zeist, langs de bossen en heb sinds kleins af aan al twee honden gehad bij mijn ouders thuis. Nu ik in Amsterdam woon mis ik de aanwezigheid van een hond in huis en het wandelen. Ik vind het heerlijk om te wandelen en te knuffelen met een hond en het liefste zou ik er zelf eentje nemen in Amsterdam. Helaas heb ik zelf geen tijd om een hond te adopteren, daarom lijkt het mij heerlijk om af en toe op een hond op te passen. zo heb ik daarnaast al twee vaste adressen waar ik oppas. Een hond is een Golden Retriever wat op wekelijkse basis is en de andere is een English Bulldog, dat is op oproepbasis. Als ik mag oppassen op jouw hond(en) vind ik het leuk om daar veel moeite voor te doen. Zo ga ik lang lopen in het park of ga ik speciaal naar een bos om te wandelen.

I am a former pet owner, have grown up with a wonderful labrador, and have looked after cats and dogs for most of my life. My boyfriend and I have a cute apartment in the countryside, we have a flowerful balcony, and we’re surrounded by green. There are lots of areas where your pets can enjoy themselves. Op mijn tiende kreeg ik mijn eerste hond, meteen een hele grote Bordeaux dog genaamd Diesel. Na 2 jaar kwam daar een nog grotere hond Hooch bij. Ik heb dan ook besloten hem te adopteren en ondertussen zijn we al weer 4 succesvolle jaren verder. Een aantal keer heb ik nog honden uit het asiel opgevangen samen met Simba, maar omdat ik af en toe naar het buitenland toe moet voor werk is opvang vinden voor 2 honden net te lastig. Ik heb ontzettend veel zin om een tweede hond over de vloer te hebben, Simba kan af en toe wel een maatje gebruiken!

Kees is out permanent roommate, he’s a mini dachshund who loves to play in Vondelpark everyday and make new friends. While working at home I usually walk Kees every 2-3 hours, while going to dog parks almost everyday for a least 30 min. If your dog needs to stay overnight, that won’t be an issue as there is plenty of space here on the boat. Regarding this, no person of dog had ever fallen in the water - but just to be sure we always put the dogs life jackets on.
