I am from Uruguay, currently living in Maastricht with my dutch boyfriend. I have always lived with pets at home in Uruguay. I would love to take care of, walk and play with pets here. [English below] Ik ben Chantal, 29 jaar, en levenslange hondeneigenaar en hondengek. Ik heb ervaring met allerlei soorten honden, groot tot klein, jong tot oud, rustig tot energiek, ziek tot gezond - en dat al mijn hele leven. Ik ben opgegroeid met een middelgrote rassen mix (Goofy), een labrador (Teddy), en tegenwoordig hebben we ook een Border Terrier in de naaste familie (Bobby). Omdat ik met zo een variatie aan honden ben opgegroeid, ken ik ze oprecht door en door, en weet ik hoe met ze om te gaan in allerlei situaties. Ik doe deze service samen met mijn vriend Tomás, dus ik zal hem ook eventjes voorstellen. Tomás is 31 jaar oud, komt origineel uit Lissabon, Portugal, en is 3 jaar geleden naar Maastricht verhuisd. Ook in zijn geschiedenis zijn hondjes te vinden; zo is hij opgegroeid met een Golden Retriever en heeft hij meer recentelijk een Beagle gehad. Als hondenverzorgers zou ik ons omschrijven als liefdevol, enthousiast, zorgzaam, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar. Goed om te weten is dat Tomás nog bezig is met het leren van de Nederlandse taal, wat inhoudt dat sommige van de interacties met ons in het Engels zouden kunnen plaatsvinden. Mocht Engels een probleem zijn - laat het eventjes weten, en dan kunnen we daar rekening mee houden. We wonen samen in Heer, Maastricht, waar we recentelijk een ruim opknappertje hebben gekocht. Wat leuk is, is dat deze woning komt met een tuin met genoeg ruimte voor viervoetertjes om rond te rennen. Heer is een buurt vol hondeneigenaren en veel groen om te wandelen, wat ook zeker aangenaam is voor onze oppashondjes. Mijn vriend en ik hebben allebei banen waarbij we regelmatig thuis werken, wat perfecte omstandigheden zijn om op honden te passen. We hebben momenteel zelf geen huisdieren, maar missen de viervoeters wel in ons huis, dus we zouden maar al te graag de kans krijgen om op die van jou te passen. My boyfriend and I both have jobs where we regularly work from home, which is also perfect for dog sitting. We don't currently have any pets ourselves, but we do miss having four-legged friends in our house, so we'd love the opportunity to look after yours.
