Thuis heb ik momenteel twee katten en dieren zijn eigenlijk altijd een belangrijk onderdeel van mijn leven geweest. Ik vind het ontzettend leuk om ieder dier echt te leren kennen, hun karakter, hun gewoontes, hun dagelijkse routine en natuurlijk ook hun eigen kleine eigenaardigheden. Voor mij is oppassen dan ook echt iets wat ik met plezier en passie doe. Daarnaast ben ik graag buiten en wandel ik vaak door het bos. En eerlijk gezegd is zo'n wandeling met een vrolijke viervoeter veel gezelliger. 🐕🌿 Dieren die wat meer aandacht of zorg nodig hebben, zijn bij mij van harte welkom. Ik hou super veel van dieren (is het gek als ik de meeste dieren leuker vind dan veel mensen?) Ik ben mijn hele leven al gek op honden en sinds vijf jaar is mijn labradoodle Dolly een groot onderdeel van mijn leven. Ruby came by for an introduction a week ago and stayed in our house this weekend to take care of the cats and dog, she did a wonderful job, even though the dog is not easy, she is a puller and loves to chase birds, but Ruby managed really well! Dogs are family

I have had dogs my whole life, they were my whole life. I moved from the English countryside to Amsterdam. It is now more difficult for me to commit to owning a dog full time. So, what better way than to spread my love for dogs, with all the dogs out there that need a new friend. Whether that is for a walk, a night, a weekend stay or a week. Een dierenvriend, opgegroeid met honden en katten!

Naast mijn werk als interieurontwerper pas ik met veel liefde op huisdieren. Omdat ik vanuit huis werk en flexibel ben, heb ik hier de ruimte voor. Ik ben opgegroeid met drie katten en een hond en pas regelmatig op de honden van mijn moeder en zus. Dit geeft me zoveel plezier dat ik ze altijd mis zodra ze weer weg zijn. Zorgzame en actieve oppas met een groot dierenhart

Van kleins af aan ben ik al gek op dieren en ben ik altijd door huisdieren omringd geweest. Vroeger liet ik met veel plezier honden uit bij het asiel , dit wakkerde mijn dierenliefde alleen maar meer aan. Groot, middel of klein, ik vind elk dier fijn!

De laatste jaren heb ik twee katten gehad; Bowie en Karel. Karel is heel actief en houdt van gezelschap, Bowie is wat meer op zichzelf. Het verschil in wat zij nodig hebben is groot, en altijd iets waar ik rekening mee heb gehouden. Bij mijn ouders had ik een hond en kat. Onze hond, Sep, was een Tibetaanse terrier die gered was van een fokker. Hij kon erg agressief zijn naar andere honden, wat voor mij betekende dat ik rustig moest blijven en hem moest kalmeren of omlopen wanneer andere honden in de buurt kwamen. Onze kat was liever buiten dan binnen en kwam soms thuis voor eten of knuffels, maar wel alleen op zijn voorwaarde. Hier heb ik geleerd zijn gedrag te begrijpen en mijn eigen behoeften aan de kant te zetten voor zijn welzijn. Op dit moment heb ik veel tijd en ben ik erg flexibel, elk dier is welkom bij mij!
