I believe animals can read into people, and I strive to make both people and pets feel safe around me by being present, empathetic, and attentive to their needs. I have no preference for dogs or cats and find myself connecting with both high energy and calm types of animals.

I grew up with multiple pet cats and a dog, and since I've moved away from home in the US, I've had a pet turtle (past 5 years) and gecko (< 1 year). I like taking myself on walks (especially on the beach or in the dunes) and would love to welcome your pet as a companion. I also babysit kids, and one of my favorite things about childcare is engaging with them in simple, silly play, which I feel can also be translatable to pet care. It's a challenge in presence and connection that I really value and thrive with.
