Please note that my apartment is on the second floor and is only accessible via a fairly steep staircase. To protect dogs' backs, I always carry them up and down the stairs. For this reason, I can comfortably host small dogs (up to around 10 kg), but unfortunately I'm not able to accommodate larger dogs. Mijn naam is Amber de Mooy, Ik heb al vanaf dat ik jong ben grote boerboelen gehad en honden die lastig zijn. Ik vroeg altijd aan andere mensen aan de deuren of ik hun honden mocht uitlaten omdat ik het toen al zo leuk vond. Ik heb nu 1 chihuahua en 1 boerboel, maar we hebben vroeger nog 3 boerboelen gehad en 1 Doberman, ook hebben we vroeger konijntjes en cavia’s gehad wat ik ook erg leuk vond. Ik pas momenteel al op honden, konijnen en katten. Ik houd heel erg van dieren en geef ze graag aandacht, ik speel graag met ze, ik vertroetel ze graag, maar het belangrijkste is dat ik altijd het vertrouwen wil ben de dieren en dat ze het leuk vinden en blij zijn als ik kom. We've always loved pets, I've myself had dogs back in Portugal (my home country) since I was 10 years old. I currently have 3 and I miss them every day.. Dieren geven mij liefde in het leven. Ik heb altijd katten thuis gehad, totdat ik in Delft ging studeren. Ik heb veel ervaring met oppassen op katten en honden: voor wandelingen, om te spelen of om bij mij te logeren. I am a pet lover - dogs as well as cats. Lived my whole life around and caring for my dogs back home in Latvia - playing and exercising them, physically as well as mentally. Back home I even went through dog school with my German Shepherd and trained our puppy on my own. Here in Leiden I would prefer small to middle size dogs, just because in case of per boarding I believe my apartment would be a bit too small for a large dog. All my experience with dogs does not take away from my love of other pets like cats - in facts I am the godmother of 2 cats that my friend owns. Hallo allemaal, Ik woon alleen met mijn hond Rocky. Rocky mist zo nu en dan een maatje. Het maakt mij niet uit welk ras er blijft logeren. Rocky kan met alle honden opschieten en totaal niet bezitterig. Ik heb 7 jaar ervaring met oppassen. Meeste hond eigenaren in Rotterdam kennen mij en Rocky omdat we veel wandelen en verschillende parken bezoeken. Ik ben vaak door de weeks na 15:00u beschikbaar en in het weekend de gehele dag indien niet bezet. Wij lopen veel en uw hond zal alle aandacht krijgen die hij of zij verdient. Alles is bespreekbaar. Ahmed is een vriendelijke, betrouwbare oppas voor mijn hond. Zijn hond Rocky is ook echt een schat, en accepteert mijn hondje ook al heeft zij haar eigen wil. Ik kon goed communiceren met Ahmed en hij stuurde ook leuke foto’s en video’s naar mij toe. Daarnaast was hij erg flexibel.
