As with my own dog, I will make sure your dog is safe and happy with us for when you return to pick them up. As i do have a dog, I ask that we first meet so i can observe how the dogs get along first. It is very important to me that the dogs are comfortable together and enjoy themselves (both when playing and during rest). So, before any over night requests, let’s first start with a few hours at my place during the day. My home: I live in a doggy proofed apartment next to the Venserpolder metro and Duivendrecht train station with everything a dog might need or want including toys and snacks for days. While here: Nearby by, there are many green spaces (right next to my front door) and a dog walking path is located within a few mins walk away. The are also happens to be an off leash area for dogs to run around (if your dog can be let off leash and has a good recall). So, whether your dog loves to go out for a walk in the woods, run in open fields or sniffing grass, my dog and I are ready to join. For longer stays with me, I will also take the dogs to the beach (Bloomendal) or a bigger green area (Diemen Bos, Amsterdamse Bos, Gasperplas) where they can run freely once or twice a week. I take my dog out for walks every 4-6 hours (happy to adjust as needed for your dog). Text me if you have any questions for me or if you have any unique requirements your dog may need.

Hi there! We are Manou and Ranil, a Dutch couple living in Utrecht and we would love to take care of your furry friend! We started pet sitting while spending a year in Australia, and continued to do so after we returned to NL! We have taken care of different dog breeds as seen in the photos and a few cats. We like to follow the dog owner's routine while pet sitting, so there isn't too much change for the pets involved. We did take all the golden retrievers to the beach, which they absolutely loved and so did we! As we both grew up with pets, we love having them around and treat them as if they were our own. Wij zijn Etienne en Robin en wonen samen in Tuindorp, Utrecht. We zijn allebei echte dierenliefhebbers en zouden het ontzettend leuk vinden om regelmatig een hond over de vloer te hebben. Zelf hebben we op dit moment geen hond, waardoor een oppashond bij ons alle aandacht krijgt. Etienne is opgegroeid met honden en heeft van jongs af aan ervaring met de verzorging ervan. Thuis hadden we een Amerikaanse bulldog en twee labradors, dus ook grotere en energieke honden zijn voor ons vertrouwd. Robin is niet met honden opgegroeid, maar wel met verschillende konijnen en is daardoor ook altijd gewend geweest om voor dieren te zorgen. We wandelen graag en vinden het juist leuk om langere stukken met een hond op pad te gaan. Een hond kan bij ons terecht voor dagopvang, maar is ook van harte welkom om te blijven slapen, bijvoorbeeld voor een weekend of wanneer het baasje op vakantie is. Voor ons is het belangrijk dat een hond zich bij ons echt thuis kan voelen. We nemen bij voorkeur één hond tegelijk op, zodat we voldoende aandacht kunnen geven en rekening kunnen houden met zijn of haar eigen ritme, karakter en gewoontes. We staan open voor verschillende rassen, formaten en leeftijden. Het lijkt ons vooral heel leuk om via Petbnb honden en baasjes uit Utrecht te leren kennen en uiteindelijk misschien een paar vaste oppashondjes te krijgen die regelmatig bij ons komen.

Er is een omheind dakterras, maar om een een luchtje te scheppen gaan we door de voordeur naar buiten. Het is het hiervoor van belang dat ze kunnen traplopen. We wonen dichtbij de muntkade, waar je lekker langs het water kan lopen. Ook hebben we een auto zodat we de stad uit kunnen rijden om het groen op te zoeken. Wij zijn enthousiast, geduldig en betrouwbaar. Voor ons staat het welzijn van de hond altijd op de eerste plaats. Of het nu gaat om spelen, wandelen of gewoon even samen zijn: we zorgen ervoor dat jouw hond zich veilig, geliefd en op zijn gemak voelt. We kijken ernaar uit om kennis te maken met jou en je viervoeter!

Dierenliefhebber die graag oppast in Utrecht

Toen ik nog thuis woonde hadden wij een hondje, Spocky. Spocky is ondertussen 15 jaar en hoewel ik niet meer thuis woon pas ik heel graag op Spocky en ga ik ook regelmatig langs om even te knuffelen.
