Happy Home for Doggies

We are a family of 4 , two kids 5 and 10. We respect dogs and we make sure our kids respect their space and treat them with care. We have always had dogs and many different sorts of pets, but recently we travel every year for a few months so we decided not to have a dog. We would love to take care of one when we are available. Dan maak ik graag lange wandelingen door het park en de natuur. En als jouw hond daarvan houdt en het goed opbouwt, ga ik ook graag samen hardlopen. Hondenliefend gezin zoekt logeerhond

Wij zijn een gezin van 4 (43,40,6,4) en gek op honden. De kinderen kennen alle honden uit de buurt - welke ze wel en niet mogen knuffelen- en zouden het liefst een eigen hond willen. Maar dat vinden wij nog een beetje veel verantwoordelijkheid met kleine kinderen. Dus op deze manier willen we ze kennis laten maken met een viervoeter in huis! We zijn zelf opgegroeid met honden en hebben jaren lang honden gehad. De laatste hond was er eentje met het zogenoemde 'rugzakje'. Een geweldige hond die we met veel liefde en geduld hebben getraind. Hele mooie ervaring, maar voor nu zouden we heel blij worden van een makkelijke, lieve en zachtaardige kindervriend die houdt van knuffelen, stoeien en wandelen. Er werkt altijd iemand thuis, zodat we in de middag tijdens de lunch een goede wandeling kunnen maken. Omdat we jonge kinderen hebben is er logischerwijs ook altijd iemand in de avonden thuis. We wonen in een bovenwoning, dus we weten dat we sommige honden de trap op moeten tillen. Geen probleem. We hebben een ruime woonkamer en een ruim balkon. Er is een groot park aan het einde van de straat. We hopen op deze manier iemand uit de buurt blij te maken met een oppasgezin en voor ons een eerste sprong in het hernieuwde huisdier leven!

Voor honden die van rust houden

In 2020 adopteerde ik mijn lieve, wat onzekere River, uit Roemenië. Een middelgrote kruising die mensen vaak op een klein herdertje vinden lijken. Sinds 2023 woon ik in een parterrewoning met fijne tuin. Ik vind het leuk om zo af en toe op honden te passen en tegelijkertijd een beetje gezelschap voor River te hebben. Ik ben Zzper en werk veel thuis. Maar voor vaste wekelijkse opvang ben ik niet beschikbaar Behalve River en ik zijn er geen andere bewoners. Dat maakt het lekker rustig. River kan nog behoorlijk speels en energiek zijn, maar in huis is ze tevreden in haar mandje. De tuin is helemaal afgesloten met schuttingen en muren. Ik heb de afgelopen vier jaar veel gelezen en filmpjes gekeken over het begeleiden van honden met onzeker gedrag en ook een coachingstraject gehad met River. Ik geloof in de BAT-theorie (behavior adjustment) die uitgaat van goed gedrag stimuleren en ik volgde de online cursus Trust Technique. Ik geloof niet in dominantie en wil voor de hond de betrouwbare leider/coach zijn. Ik ben benieuwd om jouw hond te leren kennen. Voor een eerste keer maak ik graag een kennismakingsafspraak. Let op: - de agenda staat open voor twee honden per keer. Dat doe ik echter alleen als ik de honden ken en weet dat het om makkelijke honden gaat. Voor River zijn dat al snel teveel prikkels. - voor vakanties ben ik in principe niet beschikbaar. Mocht je op korte termijn oppas nodig hebben voor een weekend of langer, dan kun je altijd even een berichtje sturen. Dan kan ik kijken of er toch iets mogelijk is.

Ervaren hondenbaasjes zoeken naar logeerhondjes

Wij (mijn vriendin en ik) wonen sinds kort samen en zijn allebei dol op honden. Wij hebben bij onze ouders thuis altijd honden gehad toen we nog bij hen woonden. We hebben dus al veel ervaring met het zorgen voor viervoeters! Het liefst nemen we zelf ook zo snel mogelijk een eigen hond, maar omdat we soms allebei een dag niet thuis zijn is dat nu nog niet handig. Hello, We have recently moved to a larger home in a quiet, green neighborhood right next to Clingendael Park and the Haagse Bos. This location offers direct access to some of the nicest walking routes in the area. The house has plenty of indoor space and a fully enclosed garden with grass and high hedges. Dogs can safely move around, relax outside or play, depending on their energy level. The garden is a big advantage for dogs that like having outdoor access without constant leash time. Our jobs are hybrid and we coordinate our schedules so that usually one of us is working from home. This means there is regular presence throughout the day and your dog is not left alone for long periods. We have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages and temperaments and have been doing this since before our daughter was born. We now have a toddler at home who is used to being around dogs and enjoys their company. Because of this, it is important that your dog is comfortable around young children. At home, we keep things calm and structured. We follow a consistent routine with walks, feeding, rest and downtime. Walks are often in Clingendael or the Haagse Bos, depending on the dog and weather. Inside, dogs have space to settle and we provide simple enrichment like toys and interaction. We do not take puppies younger than 6 months. Unfortunately, due to travelling, I cannot have my own pet, so I hope I will be able to take care of yours in your absence! About us: My partner and I live in Willemspark. We arrived in the area almost 3 years ago. We work full-time, with flexibility to go to the office or stay at home. Furthermore, we are calm and friendly, love walking around and getting some fresh air! We live in a second floor, which means that there are stairs to come home. We might do all possible in our hands to accommodate the needs of your dog, but please, bear in mind that for safety reasons, dogs above 10 kg either they have a dog carry slings or they should come upstairs by themselves. For Boarding/Logeren - my partner and me usually spent quite some time at home during week days, but on the weekends we like to spend some time outside. We are happy to bring the dog with us if we go out around the city/beach/park. However, please, bear in mind that we do sports on regular basis and unfortunately, most dogs get stressed in paddel courts so we will not be able to bring them with us. For that reason, we only accept dogs that can be alone at home for 2-3 in case we need to leave the house, which might not be every day, but sometimes a week. Please, when you reach out to us, explain if this is possible with your dog, if it's not possible we might need to review the service fee and whether if we would be able to accept it - based on our commitments. If this is the first time you reach out to us, please bear in mind that we need to get to know your pet properly before we can confirm a booking of more than 1 day. Ik laat de hond(jes) 3-4 keer per dag uit en respecteer graag instructies van het baasje zodat uw hond dezelfde liefde, aandacht en aanwijzingen krijgt als thuis. Bij ons is er bijna altijd iemand thuis. Lekker wandelen,spelen en knuffelen. Wij wonen vlakbij het bos. Laten we kennismaken en kijken of het klikt! As a child I grew up with a very sweet Labrador retriever and recently I was the proud "dog mom" of a Chihuahua with character. I currently have no pets and would be happy to open my home and heart to take care of your dog. So no other animals live in our house (anymore), but we do have 2 children (11+) who are used to dealing with a dog. I think it is important to receive good instructions so that I can provide the best possible care for your dog. I walk the dog(s) 3-4 times a day and like to respect the owner's instructions so that your dog receives the same love, attention and instructions as at home. There is almost always someone at home in our house. I enjoy walking, playing and cuddling. We live near the forest. Let's get to know each other and see if we click! Hi, I am Iva! I have a PhD in biology and I LOVE all animals! I have my own company and I work from home so your pet will hardly ever be alone if you leave him/her with me. I am experienced with taking care of various animals as I grew up having many pets: 2 dogs, 3 cats, 4 rodents, 5 parrots, and 1 tarantula, and taking care of stray cats and dogs. I am traveling a lot because of work and unfortunately can't have my own pets anymore but I would be happy to take care of yours. Animals love me and I love them! I am familiar with dog training techniques and I was looking after more than 100 dogs so far. I am responsible, organized, and sporty and I like playing and running with dogs. I live with my partner in the center of Leiden. We both love being outdoors and taking long walks with dogs at the beach, city parks and in the forest. Our house is spacious and clean, and it is pretty much like a doggy spa where they are getting endless cuddles and lots of massages in a very zen environment. :) We also have a small back garden (fully-fenced). We both love animals very much and we are hoping to get some new furry, 4-legged friends to cuddle! P.S. Please note that I do not accept dogs that are not house-trained (puppies that still didn't learn not to pee in the house).

Jip had a wonderful time with Iva again! She is a truly lovely and good sitter. Jip came home very relaxed. It is so nice when your dog is doing well while you are on vacation.
