Hi, I'm Carla! Animals have always had a very special place in my life. Being around them makes me genuinely happy, and becoming a pet sitter is a way for me to spend more time doing something that truly fulfils me. My inspiration One of the biggest reasons behind this step is Zara, my American Bulldog. She was sweet, gentle and incredibly sociable, although, like the great lady she was , she could also be a little temperamental and selective! Zara taught me so much about respecting an animal's individual personality, needs and boundaries. When she passed away in October 2025, she left a huge space in my life. Her loss also made me realise how much being around animals means to me. It gave me an even stronger desire to spend my time caring for, learning from and simply being close to other animals. In many ways, becoming a pet sitter is my way of following that feeling. Our family and home I live with my husband and my teenage son, who both love animals just as much as I do and have been incredibly supportive of me taking this step. We also share our home with Bully, an American bully size pocket, a very special member of our family. I believe it's important to be completely transparent: we have a dog living in our home. For this reason, every dog staying with us will be carefully introduced and assessed beforehand to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. I don't want to fill my home with as many dogs as possible. I prefer to offer a calm, loving family environment where every dog receives individual attention and care. A garden to play, relax and simply be a dog We have a large garden where dogs can enjoy the outdoors, play, explore and have some freedom. My garden is completely enclosed and secure, with mostly grass, giving dogs plenty of space to relax, explore and enjoy some outdoor time. I also enjoy providing mental enrichment activities, adapted to each dog's personality and needs. After all, keeping their minds active can be just as important or more then physical exercise! And of course, sometimes the best activity is doing absolutely nothing just simply relaxing on the grass and enjoying a little sun, when the Dutch weather allows it! My experience All my life i had contact with animals like dogs, cats, birds and even a very naughty parrot. Living with and caring for my own dogs has taught me a lot about routines, wellbeing and the importance of noticing even the smallest changes. I also have practical experience with dogs with allergies and sensitive skin, including skin-care routines and ongoing maintenance. Any specific care is always provided according to the owner's instructions and, where necessary, veterinary guidance. How I can help Loving home boarding for dogs, following a prior introduction Doggy day care Pet sitting and companionship Dog walks I enjoy taking dogs on calm walks through quite green surroundings, with canals and open spaces nearby. Every dog on my care will have 3 walks per day at least. There are also designated areas where dogs can safety enjoy some off- leash time. For safety reasons, i prefer to keep dogs on a leash during walks. The length of each walk depends on the will, energy and how much dog is having fun but in general, each walk lasts around 30 minutes, giving the dog a calm, relaxed moment. Home visits Feeding according to your pet's routine. Medication administration when clearly instructed. Can be daily skin care routine, pills or another type of medication. Playtime and mental enrichment Basic hygiene care. For over night stays, I have comfortable beds and crates available if necessary, depending on each dog's needs and what they are used to. Regular photo and video updates, ALWAYS For cats: Unfortunately, I can't host cats in my home because we have Bully, but I would be very happy to care for them in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. What matters most to me I know how difficult it can be to leave our pets in someone else's care. They are not "just animals", they are family. That's why I like to get to know every pet before caring for them. I want to understand their personality, routine, likes, dislikes and individual needs. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel safe, loved, respected and happy while you're away and to give you peace of mind knowing they are being cared for with genuine attention and affection. This is Mingchu. I’m working and living in the centre of Delft as an expat from China. I’d love to take care of your pet dog for a short period of time if possible. I had pets when I was a kid and I’ve always loved animals in my life. I wouldn’t be the most professional pet sitter but I’d love to try. I live on a first floor 78 m2 apartment near Delft station and I have time in the early morning, evening or during the day to take care and work with the dog if working from home.

Minchu took the time to meet with my dog and me in advance of the stay and listen to my explanations of my dog's needs. I didn't know there was going to be another dog present when we came for the meet and greet. That went okay but it would have been good to know in advance. My dog stayed one night (24 hours) and everything seemed to go fine! Mingchu followed my instructions for food and medicine and sent me photos of Rhuby in the apartment. I would book with Mingchu again. Thanks!

Welkom thuis bij Flipje!

We hebben altijd al huisdieren gehad en daarbij kon een hond niet missen! Wij hebben zelf een labradoodle genaamd Flipje. Flipje vind het prettig om te gaan lopen, zwemmen en spelen bij ons in het park of op het strand. 08.00u-10.00u houden wij ervan om in de ochtend eerst een wandeling te maken en daarna tijd voor een eerste maaltijd. Na eten tijd voor een korte plasje of poepje. Tussendoor doen wij zoek spelletjes en is het tijd voor snacks. Tussentijds doen we enkele commando oefeningen. 13.00u-13.30U korte wandeling voor een plas of poep pauze. In de middag doen we vaak park wandelingen in Marlot een heel mooi groot dieren vrij park waar ze het naar hun zin hebben en andere honden ontmoeten. We houden ervan dat Flipje andere honden leert kennen en wij middels deze ook andere baasjes kunnen helpen voor de oppas of een nachtje slapen. Wij bieden ook de mogelijkheid voor een nachtje proefslapen als de hond voor langere tijd blijft. Wat betreft de tijden en diensten zijn we zeer flexibel en kunnen altijd over gesproken worden. Wij passen vaak op Luke, Sam, Milo, Lana & Pastis deze zijn onze vaste oppas honden. Luke is een Spaanse hond die heel veel van water en wandelen houdt. Milo is een golden labradoodle die is pas 10 maanden en vrij speels als Flipje. Lana is een boomer vrij rustig en relax. Wij hopen middels deze, eigenaren makkelijk te maken en dat wij op hun hond mogen oppassen en opvangen. Gegarandeerd zullen je honden het naar hun zin hebben. Groetjes, Flipjes Huisje

Kajal cared for our puppy Luna for more than two weeks at her home while we were away for the Christmas break. She took care of her really well. We also got updates through many photos and videos throughout the stay including one video call. Luna was happy with her friend Flip there. Kajal even presented Luna Christmas gift which was thoughtful and lovely. Luna will definitely go back there again in the future.

Crazy about dogs! Your pup will feel right at home

**Graag profiel goed lezen voor doordeweekse dagen ** Wij zijn gek van honden en na een aantal jaren zelf honden te hebben gehad, waarvan de laatste een boerboel en stafford cane corso mix, kunnen we niet meer zonder honden in ons leven. Door ons werk is het lastig om zelf weer een hond te nemen (ivm doordeweeks 8 uur van huis) dus dit is voor mij en mijn partner een ideale oplossing. In ons appartement hebben we een groot dakterras (20m2) waar de hond ook lekker op kan vertoeven (bereikbaar met trap) . Het appartement is zelf zonder trappen te bereiken. Doordeweeks kunnen we vaak in de avonden oppassen. Overdag in overleg, als de hond het gewend is om zo'n 8 uur alleen te zijn. In de weekenden zijn we flexibeler. We houden van lange wandelingen maken (als de hond dat natuurlijk ook leuk vindt), hebben twee losloopveldjes in de buurt en de hond mag bij ons op de bank. Uiteraard maken we ook leuke filmpjes / foto's tijdens de dag om je op de hoogte te houden hoe het gaat.

Nadia en Marco zijn echt toppers! Disco ging afgelopen weekend voor het eerst een nachtje bij hen logeren. De communicatie vooraf verliep heel prettig. Een kennismaking was snel geregeld en Nadia was ook heel flexibel in het afspreken. Maar het belangrijkste: Disco heeft een heerlijk weekend gehad bij Nadia en Marco thuis. Ze werd verwend met veel knuffels en aandacht. Ze hielden goed rekening met de warmte en ik kreeg regelmatig een leuke foto toegestuurd. Heel erg blij met deze ervaring!

Ik ben zelf in een huishouden opgegroeid met huisdieren 2 honden en een 1 kat🤗. ik vind huisdieren echt leuk, de enige reden dat ik zelf niet eentje heb is omdat ik van reizen houd en ik werk full time dus dan by vind het zielig om ze zo lang alleen te laten. Maar vind ze helemaal geweldig en doe wel vaker oppassen voor vrienden als hun met vakantie gaan.
