Hoi! Ik ben Sas Thuis is het altijd gezellig met mijn dieren: twee katten (broertjes) en een energieke Heidewachtel (jachthond). Daardoor weet ik uit eigen ervaring hoe prettig het is als je met een gerust hart de zorg voor je huisdier kunt overlaten aan iemand anders bij afwezigheid. Ik maak zelf ook gebruik van een oppas, dus ik begrijp hoe belangrijk vertrouwen daarin is. Ik werk in de wereld van marketing/communicatie en interieur ontwerp. Omdat ik vanuit huis werk, kan ik mijn dagen flexibel indelen en vind ik het leuk om daar wat extra variatie in te brengen, heel fijn niet altijd maar achter die computer. Ik neem de tijd om een dier rustig te laten wennen en kijk goed naar wat het nodig heeft. Of dat nu wat afstand is of juist veel aandacht en spelen, ik pas me daar graag op aan. Laat ik jouw hond uit dan is dat zonder mijn hond Dax, dus alle exclusieve aandacht. Goed om te weten: De tarieven zijn van toepassing wanneer je binnen een 20 km straal van Maasdam woont. Ik ga er vanuit dat jouw hond een vriendelijk karakter heeft naar mensen. Is jouw hond zwaarder dan 30 kilo dan verwacht ik dat het "een enigszins rustige aan de riem loper" is;-) ben met een jachthond wel iets gewend. Sorry het is niet mogelijk mij in te huren voor categorie 1 en 2 honden. Ik werk tot 20:00 s'avonds.

Door 8 jaar met verschillende soorten dieren weten wij dat geen enkel dier hetzelfde is. Een jonge, energieke hond heeft behoefte aan uitdaging, duidelijke structuur en voldoende beweging, terwijl een oudere hond misschien meer rust, kortere wandelingen en extra aandacht nodig heeft. Angstige of gevoelige dieren geven wij de tijd om op hun eigen tempo vertrouwen op te bouwen. Wij forceren niets, maar zorgen voor een rustige omgeving waarin een dier zich veilig kan voelen. Onze dagelijkse routine 🐶 Wij vinden regelmaat erg belangrijk voor dieren. Daarom werken wij met een vaste, maar flexibele dagindeling: De dag begint rustig met aandacht, verzorging en een wandeling. Honden krijgen dagelijks minimaal één lange wandeling van ongeveer een uur, aangepast aan leeftijd, conditie en energie. Gedurende de dag is er ruimte voor spelen, trainen, snuffelen, rusten en gezellig samen zijn. In de avond zorgen we voor een rustig moment zodat dieren ontspannen kunnen slapen. Wij wonen in een fijne eengezinswoning waar altijd iemand aanwezig is. Hierdoor krijgen dieren veel aandacht en zitten ze niet langdurig alleen. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat een opvang niet voelt als een verblijfplaats, maar als een tweede thuis. Omgaan met meerdere dieren Wanneer er meerdere dieren tegelijk aanwezig zijn, kijken wij goed naar de combinatie en het karakter van ieder dier. Niet ieder dier vindt dezelfde dingen prettig. Daarom zorgen wij voor voldoende rustmomenten, eigen plekjes en houden wij goed toezicht op de interactie tussen dieren. We letten op lichaamstaal en signalen van spanning, zodat ieder dier zich prettig en veilig voelt. Zelf hebben wij ervaring met het verzorgen van onze eigen huisdieren, waaronder een kat, en in de toekomst komt daar een pup bij. Hierdoor zijn wij dagelijks bezig met verzorging, opvoeding, gedrag en het begrijpen van dieren. Veiligheid en noodgevallen De gezondheid en veiligheid van uw dier staan altijd voorop. Vooraf bespreken wij graag belangrijke informatie zoals voeding, medische aandachtspunten, gewoontes en contactgegevens. Mocht er onverwacht iets gebeuren, dan nemen wij direct contact met u op en schakelen wij indien nodig een dierenarts in. Actieve hondenoppas met levenslange ervaring.

Ik heb een ontzettende liefde voor honden. Vanaf 1 jaar ben ik mijn hele jeugd lang opgegroeid met 3 honden in huis. 6 jaar geleden besloot ik mijn eerste eigen hond te adopteren. Een mishandelde ex-fokhond American Bully uit het asiel. Ze was 4 jaar, had wat baggage en is uiteindelijk met 10 jaar overleden. Het waren de 6 beste jaren met haar die we ons ook maar konden bedenken. We missen haar nog elke dag. Voor het eerst ben ik nu in huis zonder hond, dus ik zou het geweldig vinden om elke andere hond te verwennen. Inmiddels heb ik een partner en 2 dochters van 4 en 1 jaar. We hebben hier regelmatig oppashonden over de vloer. Van pitbull terriër tot chihuahua mix. Alles kan. Mijn enige regel is dat de honden gewend moeten zijn aan kinderen. Mijn dochters zijn natuurlijk opgegroeid met onze eerste hond, maar ze weten ook dat ze de ruimte van een hond moeten respecteren. Daarentegen vinden ze spelen en gek doen met een speelse hond óók geweldig. Ik heb de meeste ervaring met grote honden/ waakhonden, maar ben inmiddels ook gewend geraakt aan de mini-teckel en boomer mix van mijn moeder. Ik werk niet op locatie, dus ik ben voornamelijk met de meiden thuis. Aan aandacht zal geen hond dus tekort komen. Daarbij is de bank groot genoeg! :) Ik ben sterk (en zwaar) genoeg om grote honden te houden, ook als ze reageren op andere honden of katten buiten. Mijn partner ook. Ook wandelen is geen probleem; ik pas me aan naar behoefte. Door het omgaan en trainen van waakhonden en het hebben van reactieve honden weet ik in ieder geval de leiding te nemen en ben ik ontzettend rustig in elke situatie. Ik zou het ontzettend leuk vinden om jouw beste maatje te leren kennen!

We couldn’t be happier with Dalila! ❤️ Vinny has stayed with her for almost three weeks this time, and by now, her home really is his second home. The funniest thing is that he already starts wagging his tail the moment we drive into her street Dalila is an absolute star. She takes such good care of Vinny and always keeps us updated, which gives us so much peace of mind. She is incredibly attentive and caring. Even when she has a little doubt about whether something might be going on with Vinny, she always checks in with us. To us, that only shows how genuinely involved she is and how much she truly cares about animals. Her home is also in a perfect location, surrounded by lots of greenery and water, which is wonderful for Vinny. I drop Vinny off with Dalila every time with complete confidence and peace of mind. He passed away 7 years ago after 3 years of a kidney sickness .So i've been challenged also in how take care in a special way with medicins , injection and extra love. Hola! My name is Lara and I'm a dancer from Spain. I've been raised surrounded by nature, animals, cats and dogs in Palma de Mallorca so now, living in the city, I take every chance I get to be around them! For 15 years of my life we had a Podenco Ibicenco at home so I'm experienced in energetic and playful dogs, to walk and jump around with them. On the other hand, I know all of them have a soft and lazy side, which I'm happy to share by staying at home with them. I used to consider myself on the dog-lover team but I quickly changed my mind when I met my partner's cat, Bunny. I love her deeply and she made me understand how amazing cats are in general (and like people, how unique they can be!), which led me to do cat-sitting and take care of other cats too.
