World champion of being completely still if your pet is sitting on you. (Nina approved this title) I'm Martina, I love spending time with animals and taking care of them. Back in Italy my two cats, Nina and Amelie, are playful and cheeky so I know a thing or two on what to do if your pet is also like that. (Snuggled them and give them a lot of kisses.) Not only cats are like that, my beloved Penelope was very resourceful on how to get things from me, I'd like to tell you that she failed every single time but it's such a big lie that I just can't. As of right now I'm sadly not available to look after your furry babies on Mondays and Tuesdays since I work in a doggy daycare center, but for your every other need my partner in crime will be at your service. His name is Lorenzo, and he is very used to help me (he wants me to say that he will be the favourite one but he's clearly in deep denial). I have experience in house and pet sitting, I want to build a trusting relationship with your animals and also with you if there is the chance, but mostly them. I will try to meet your needs as best as I can and I hope to snuggle your little special one soon! I live in a small studio, and I am fully aware that to have a safe/extra space for dogs is important, that is exactly why I intend to keep them happy and outside for as long as they want, anytime they want, in the park area nearby!

Hondenliefhebbend gezin bij natuurgebied Kardinge

Hallo! Wij zijn Laura en Marthijs en samen met onze twee kinderen wonen we aan de rand van Groningen, bij het natuurgebied Kardinge. We zijn echte hondenliefhebbers en maken graag lange wandelingen in de natuur. Laura is opgegroeid met Border Collies en daardoor gewend aan actieve honden. In de familie passen we regelmatig op de honden van Laura's broer: een Golden Retriever (2 jaar) en een Border Collie (4 jaar). Ook komt de hond van de zus van Marthijs - een Spaanse mix (13 jaar) - regelmatig logeren. We hebben dus ervaring met verschillende soorten honden, leeftijden en karakters. Bij ons krijgen honden naast mooie wandelingen veel aandacht, knuffels en duidelijke structuur. We vinden het belangrijk dat jouw hond zich veilig en op zijn gemak voelt bij ons thuis. Omdat we snappen dat logeren/verblijven bij een nieuwe oppas spannend kan zijn voor zowel jou als je hond sturen we regelmatig even een update met een foto of filmpje. Goed om te weten: wij passen op één hond tegelijkertijd. Zo weten we zeker dat we deze alle aandacht kunnen geven die hij/zij nodig heeft. Hi, I'm Lara, and I've been around dogs and cats every day since I was four years old. Even at that age, I loved spending time with dogs of all sizes. I got my own cat when I was eight, and here's a fun fact about her: she can sit and lie down on command. Four years ago, my Australian Shepherd Ella joined the family. We're a well-coordinated team, and she listens to every word I say. I have taught her around 30 tricks, and we have also done agility training together. I love spending time with dogs and teaching them useful things that can also help their owners in everyday life. For example, I taught my dog to open drawers, bring her own harness, and pick up her leash. I am also enthusiastic about teaching young dogs good obedience. I am currently doing an au pair year. So here in Groningen I have no pets living with me. My host kid has now started school, so I definitely have time from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. However, since I don't have to look after her every day after school, I definitely have time until the evening two times a week. I am also always available on weekends. There is a large park and forest right in front of our house, which is a great place to walk dogs. I can walk the dog several times a day, mentally stimulate it with intelligence games, for example, exercise it, or do any other activities that are desired.

wij zijn een jong gezin met 2 kinderen van 3 en 5, een Mechelse herder reu van 5, een teckel teefje van 2 en 2 Bengaalse katten van 9. Wij hebben een woonoppervlakte van 280m2 en wonen vrijstaand met ontzettend veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen. wij bieden oppas bij ons thuis aan of oppas aan huis. onze herder reu kan met elke hond maar hij laat zijn kaas niet van z’n brood eten. heeft nog nooit gebeten of überhaupt een confrontatie opgezocht. onze teckel moet altijd eerst even de kat uit de boom kijken maar is vrij snel om. vooral kleine honden zijn haar favoriet. onze katten zijn voornamelijk buiten. zolang uw hond onze katten niet op eet is het goed. ze hoeven er bijvoorbeeld niet perce mee te kunnen. onze katten zijn honden gewend. een must is wel dat uw hond goed met kinderen overweg kan. onze kinderen hebben namelijk ook wel eens vriendjes/vriendinnetjes over de vloer.

Zo had ik vogels, hamsters en vissen waar ik voor zorgde. Grotere huisdieren waren helaas niet mogelijk omdat er nogal wat allergie voorkwam in ons gezin. Dit kan in de vorm van wandelen met uw hond, het verzorgen van de katten tijdens vakanties, of eventuele andere vormen van oppas. In overleg is er veel mogelijk. Ondanks dat ik zelf geen hond heb heb ik wel ruime ervaring met honden. Zo ging ik vaak met mijn vriendin mee naar de hondentraining van haar appenzeller, en wandel ik al een hele tijd met de labrador van een buurtgenoot.
