😃Hi there, I am a happy pet sitter in Theresia Oost & Besterd neighborhood. In the past years I have shared life with many dogs and a few cats, had countless special and healing moments around them. The nonverbal connection and interaction filled my heart.

🐕🐈While building my life in the Netherlands, I would like to extend this love and care to pets in need. During the week or hoildays, I have enough time to take care of your dog(s) for walks, or spend time with them at home. I can also stop by to take care of your cats. I'm happy to look after your pets while you're busy or away. I am patient around pets, and willing to learn their characters in advance to know how to interact with them.

🟠Terms & Conditions – Dog Walking 🐕

1. Responsibility 🫶🏼
Under Dutch law (art. 6:179 BW), the dog owner remains legally responsible for their dog at all times, including during walks carried out by a dog walker.

2. Insurance 📃
* The dog owner confirms they have a valid personal liability insurance (AVP) that covers damage or injury caused by their dog.

3. Access & Keys 🔐
* The owner must provide safe and clear access via a spare key, lockbox, or temporary door code.
* Keys are kept secure, unlabelled, and used only for the agreed service.
* Keys are never copied or shared.
* After the final walk, keys will be returned or left as instructed.
* I am not responsible for issues caused by faulty locks, alarms, or unclear access instructions.

4. Health & Behaviour Ⓜ️
The owner must disclose any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special needs before the first walk. Failure to do so may limit liability coverage.

5. Safety 👷‍♀️
I reserve the right to refuse or stop a walk if a situation is unsafe for the dog, myself, or others (e.g. extreme weather, aggressive behaviour, faulty equipment).

6. Communication 💬
All instructions, updates, and changes should be communicated via the Petbnb chat for clarity and record-keeping.
