Flexibel en dierenliefhebber

Sinds jongs af aan heb ik veel honden in huis gehad. Het waren voornamelijk honden die gered werden van de armoedige straten in Egypte. Ik heb daarom een grote liefde ontwikkeld voor dieren en voornamelijk honden. Ik ben over het algemeen elke dag beschikbaar en ben als persoon erg flexibel als het gaat om tijd. Wandelen doe ik graag, dus een hond aan mijn zijde hebben voor een paar uurtjes is alleen maar top. Voor de rest ben ik een persoon die zich goed houdt aan schema's en zeer attentief is als het gaat om bijzonderheden die in achting moeten worden genomen.

Rasha is heel lief met honden en mijn Honny heeft zich erg op haar gemak gevoeld in haar gezin. Tussendoor stuurde Rasha foto’s van Honny en dat was heel fijn.

From the pictures Ira sent us every day, Maggie clearly had a great time while we were away... lots of walks, cuddles on the couch and plenty of attention, she seemed happy and relaxed and our house was also in perfect order. Ira has a really calm and confident energy about her that puts you at ease straight away, and you can see why dogs feel so comfortable around her. We felt completely at ease leaving Maggie and our home with her. We’d happily have Ira sit for us again and would highly recommend her.

Our dog stayed with Linda for a day while we visited various museums. Everything went really well, from communication to reliability. Grote dierenvriend met veel liefde over

Mijn naam is Jiska en zolang ik mij kan herinneren is mijn liefde en passie voor dieren heel groot! Vanaf kleins af aan hadden wij al katten bij mijn ouders thuis, waar nu nog steeds een rode rakker genaamd Bowie rondloopt. De liefde voor andere dieren was er altijd ook al, en is ook de grootste reden waarom ik voor al m’n vrienden en vriendinnen de oppas voor hun huisdieren ben. Ik mis dus een beetje dierenliefde en pas ik graag op die van jou! En ik wandel graag… Wat is er leuker om dat met een harig maatje te doen?

This long-term companionship has equipped me with comprehensive skills to handle dogs of all life stages: house-training energetic puppies, easing teething discomfort, designing stimulating daily routines for young dogs, and delivering gentle, low-impact care for elderly or anxious senior pups. I have been living and settled in the Netherlands for one full year. Over the past 8 months, I have been working independently as a local dog walker for Amsterdam pet owners and friends. I’ve thoroughly learned Dutch canine daily habits, familiar neighbourhood walking trails and local dog etiquette, so I am fully accustomed to the routines and behavioural traits of pups in this area. I can flexibly tailor every service to perfectly match each dog’s unique temperament and energy level. My two core services include personalised 30–45 minute dog walks and in-home feeding & wellness check-ins. For walks, I adjust the pace freely: slow, smell-focused strolls for senior dogs, and brisk exercise for high-energy active breeds. During house visits, I will replenish fresh food and water, clean feeding bowls, take dogs out for timely potty breaks, and provide gentle cuddles and short interactive play to ease their separation anxiety. I strictly follow every owner’s detailed care instructions, including fixed feeding schedules, designated harnesses/leashes, restricted snacks and special behavioural rules. I am capable of oral medication administration and basic animal first aid & CPR to respond to minor emergencies. To guarantee safety for all pets, I only accept fully vaccinated dogs. I have highly flexible availability covering weekdays, evenings and weekends. For me, pet sitting is never a mechanical task. I treat every furry baby with careful, patient and focused love, keep detailed real-time updates for owners, and make sure your beloved pooch stays safe, calm and happy while you are away.
