Voorliefde voor de "moeilijkere" honden.

Hoi ik ben Dominique. Ik woon samen met mijn vriend en wij hebben een 5 jarig zoontje. We wonen vlak bij het strand en de duinen, dus ruimte genoeg voor een goeie wandeling. Ik heb zelf 7 jaar een pitbull gehad en 4 jaar een cane corso. Beide met gedragsproblematiek, waardoor ik hiermee bekend ben en weet hoe dat aan te pakken. Ik prefereer oppassen/uitlaten van moeilijke honden, dit omdat uit mijn eigen ervaring dit heel moeilijk te vinden is voor een redelijke prijs. Andere honden zijn uiteraard ook welkom, maar schroom niet om contact op te nemen wanneer je hond dier agressief gedrag vertoont en hiermee rekening gehouden moet worden. Ik sta mijn mannetje wel! Vanwege de veiligheid van mijn zoontje, dit staat natuurlijk voorop, is een test met de hond(indien gedragsproblemen) wel een verplichting. **last minute boekingen kunnen ivm verandering planning en drukte geweigerd worden, of iets duurder uitkomen.

Dominique took wonderful care of Fido while we were away. We picked up a healthy, happy and relaxed boy, which gave us such peace of mind during our trip. Dominique was very attentive to Fido and took the time to observe his habits and personality, adapting her care to what he needed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about his wellbeing and made sure he was comfortable and happy. We’re very happy with the care Fido received and would definitely recommend Dominique to other dog owners!

International couple with a love for animals

Richard and I have both grown up with and have taken care of pets most of our life. Richard had 2 medium-large dogs growing up and I grew up with 2 cats (currently we do not have pets at our home but would love them in the future). Most of all we love animals and happy to help anyone that needs reliable pet sitters! We live in a quiet residential area in Amsterdam, and our apartment is large enough for dogs of all sizes. We live in a building with other dogs and children so it is important that your furry friend is friendly to other dogs and children! We are located walking distance to a park so long walks will definitely be part of our schedule (if that’s something your pet likes!). We are able to help train your dogs with anything you are working on and of course, will make sure we provide the specific food and amounts you have instructed. Our dog stayed with Linda for a day while we visited various museums. Everything went really well, from communication to reliability. We didn’t have a meet-and-greet beforehand and went straight to the handover. Linda kept us updated with photos throughout the day, so we could see how our dog was doing. Our dog felt very comfortable with her, and I can highly recommend Linda’s dog-sitting services!

Grote dierenvriend met veel liefde over

Mijn naam is Jiska en zolang ik mij kan herinneren is mijn liefde en passie voor dieren heel groot! Vanaf kleins af aan hadden wij al katten bij mijn ouders thuis, waar nu nog steeds een rode rakker genaamd Bowie rondloopt. De liefde voor andere dieren was er altijd ook al, en is ook de grootste reden waarom ik voor al m’n vrienden en vriendinnen de oppas voor hun huisdieren ben. De dieren waar ik vooral op pas zijn dan ook katten en honden. De liefde voor honden werd nóg groter toen mijn schoonouders een labradoodle kregen. Toen kwam ik er achter wat voor onvoorwaardelijke liefde zo’n beestje je kan geven. En daarnaast ook nog eens gezelligheid & vrolijkheid. Met alle liefde passen wij vaak genoeg op deze lieve doodle genaamd Otis. Helaas wonen wij in een appartement en zijn wij nog onregelmatig van huis waardoor wij (nog) geen dieren kunnen hebben. Ik mis dus een beetje dierenliefde en pas ik graag op die van jou! En ik wandel graag… Wat is er leuker om dat met een harig maatje te doen?
