Hi folks, my name is Sinéad! As you may know from the name I'm Irish, and have been living in Amsterdam for over a year now. Myself and my partner absolutely love dogs, however we are not at the stage to have our own just yet. In Ireland, my family dog lived to the amazing age of 16, and was a huge part of our family - he was my best friend. Over the years I have loved helping friends out with minding and walking their dogs, and never miss an opportunity for a hello and a cuddle with any dog.

STOP MET ZOEKEN!

Hier vind u de beste hondenoppas van Amsterdam Oost :) Met een overschot aan liefde en een eindeloos geduld zorg ik voor uw hond. Echter een voorwaarde: hij/zij moet vriendjes worden met mijn kat Morgan. Ik ben veel thuis en heb daarom heel veel tijd om met uw hond te wandelen en knuffelen. Het Flevopark is bij mij om de hoek, daar zullen we veel te vinden zijn. Als het weer meezit kunnen we met de auto naar het bos of het strand. Ik heb veel ervaring met honden, ben opgegroeid met een Engelse Cocker Spaniel en heb na een scheiding co-ouderschap met onze hond Lilly, een kruising tussen een whippet en een greyhound. (Zij is op het moment in het buitenland) Ik heb veel ervaring met het zachte karakter van een whippet, maar het ras maakt me niet uit. Zolang ze maar lief zijn. Omdat ik het erg mis om een hond in huis te hebben heb ik besloten me op te geven als oppas. Uw hond zal met veel liefde verwelkomd worden.

Fantastische zorg voor onze 2 whippets tijdens onze vakantie. We werden op de hoogte gehouden en kregen erg leuke foto's. Bij ons volgende tripje gaan ze zeker weer bij Sofie logeren.😊

I am an objective person, I like any hairy pet either cat or dog! I am experienced at taking care of cats as I have my own cat back to my hometown. I know their secrets spots of them to make them feel comfortable. I have experiences taking care of dogs(labrador; corgi) as well, I will walk them every morning and evening, playing around with their favorite toy (balls/sticks)! and make sure they run enough and eat healthy enough! Having an experience of caring my own dog, Golden retriever, for about 10years. Missing the fulfill life with dog around so badly and hoping to share my love to dogs as much as possible! Based on my dog care experience I’m playful by giving full attention to dogs around, responsible to handle food that’s be given to them. Location of the house allows me to safely walk around the neighbor with green nature too! Living in an apartment of +100m2, non smoking and very simple room which can welcome any type of dogs! Tekura is a super sweet dog carer! They responded smoothly and welcomed us at meet'n'greet. The neighborhood looks perfect for a dog walk. They also took Nana out every time they go for shopping. I could feel relief on my whole travel since they sent me some updates during stay. I would definitely recommend them!

Beste katten baasjes <3 Ik weet hoe moeilijk het is om uw katje achtergelaten en aan iemand ander toe te vertrouwen wanneer u even weg moet. Hoe u zit met zorgen en gedachten of alles goed of niet gaat. Hier ben ik om u gerust te stellen en uw katje liefdevolle en warme opvang te bieden. Ik ben Anna, moeder van kind van 8 jaar, die net als ik, helemaal gek is op dieren. Hij weet dan ook hoe hij met katten moet omgaan, hun verzorgen, spelen en geeft veel liefde. Wij allebei hebben veel respect voor dieren en begrip, mocht hun charakter wat beetje lastig zijn :) We willen niets liever dan eigen kat hebben, maar we wonen klein en vandaar kwam ik tot idee dat ik een oppas kan worden, vooral nadat ik ervaring heb opgebowd en het ging hartstikke goed. Ik had katten in mijn eigen huis gehad, gebracht door hun baasje, maar verzorgde ook katten bij iemand anders huizen. Recent verzorgen we de 2 katten bij onze buren, ik en mijn zoon hebben ontzetten veel plezier ermee. Ik ben zeker een kattenmens en hou ontzetten veel van deze pluizelige schatten <3 Altijd voel ik me super verantwoordelijk als ik katjes moet verzorgen en zorg ervoor dat ze het leuk mogelijk hebben, terwijl hun baasje even weg is. Uw kat wordt omringt met liefde, knuffelen (mocht hij/zij het toelaten), speel plezier en goede zorg. Mocht uw kat medicijnen nodig hebben, neem ik alle verantwoordelijkheid om deze toe te dienen zoals is voorgeschreven. Daar heb ik ook ervaring mee gehad. Als u uw katje naar mij huis brengt, houdt u rekening mee, dat het binnen blijft alle tijd dat u afwezig bent. Belt u mij gerust om alle vragen te stellen en kijken of ik goede match ben voor u en uw kat :) .

Ik heb Anna voor 3 weken als oppas gehad en ik moet zeggen dat ik gerustgesteld was en zeer tevreden ben. Wat ik heel fijn vond is dat Anna goed bereikbaar was, snelle reactie en ik elke dag een update heb gehad over mijn katten. Ook is Anna zo lief geweest om boodschapjes te doen als dat nodig was. Ik raad Anna zeer zeker aan.

Beste Hondenbaasjes, Mijn naam is Brend en zo lang ik mij kan herinneren was er altijd al een hond in mijn omgeving. Na het stappen lag ze op mij te wachten, op vakantie sprong ze achter mij aan in het water. Frisbeen was onze lievelings wandeling of we gingen lekker uitwaaien op het strand. Nu ik al een tijd niet meer bij mijn ouders woon wordt het gemis van een hond steeds groter. Tuurlijk kan ik naar mijn ouders reizen om de hond te zien maar het lijkt me geweldig om een uitlaat maatje te hebben in de stad. Bij deze wil ik graag in contact komen met baasjes die hulp nodig hebben bij het uitlaten van hun viervoeter. Ik zou graag een wekelijkse ochtend(en) of een wekelijks avond rondje willen wandelen. Of een standaard avondje oppassen. Laat maar weten of je ergens bij kan helpen. Op dit moment pas ik op een Australische herder en een Duitse herder. Groetjes Brend

Brend was super nice you can tell he really likes dogs. Something super important is that he can definitely handle big strong dogs, he had no problems with my boxer which sometimes can be very stubborn and not easy to walk. 100% recommended and I would definitely repeat if I need someone to walk or look after my dog on Thursdays.

Radiating Golden Retriever energy & care!

When my friends get asked which animal I would be (and they do, surprisingly often!), they all say "Golden Retriever". Rather specific, I'd say.
