She even sings to me (a little off-key, but I don’t mind). 10/10 would chase squirrels with her again!” 🐾 Hi and welcome to my profile! Now that I have you here, let me tell you a bit about myself! I’m 28, live by myself in a 50sqm apartment in the Amsterdam West area; by the OLVG West. I have always loved and respected animals and my heart has always been drawn to dogs! Originally I am from Romania and I grew up in Greece, where I moved out from last year; traded sunny beaches for moody weather and picturesque houses and squares with which I’m consistently in love! A few things about my parenting style - my curiosity of dog psychology and my will to be a better mom to Milu lead me into long hours reading and researching all topics regarding behavior and psychology, nutrition, exercises and training and well as the specific needs of different breeds. I bring love, patience, understanding and curiosity about the intricacies of each breed and character. What brings me here is how much I miss my little girl! Unfortunately I lost her to a heart condition and while I still find it painful, losing her and to balm down my wounds, I think caring for and receiving a little bit of love here and there would also make me very very happy! While I tried to share as much as possible about me, which I imagine someone would want to know before entrusting a stranger with their baby - I encourage you to reach out and have a chat with me about anything else you’d like to know- regardless of weather you’ll pick me or not to take care of your pet!

We had a great experience with Cristina! There was an instant connection between her and Ivy, and Ivy clearly felt very comfortable with her. Mijn vriend en ik wonen in een appartement op de begane grond (70m2) met een afgesloten tuin (26m2) in Amsterdam Oost, op wandelafstand van zowel het Oosterpark als het Flevopark – perfect voor zowel korte als lange wandelingen. Het hele appartement is gelijkvloers en er is genoeg ruimte voor een hondenbench of grote mand. Ook hebben we een werkkamer waar de hond kan slapen als dat fijn is. We zijn flexibel met het afspreken van ophaal- en brengmomenten. Laat het vooral weten als je een keertje kennis wilt maken! 😊

Hi allemaal! I.v.m. internationale hondeneigenaren is de introductie in het Engels. I’m a 26-year-old student with lifelong experience in training and raising dogs. By taking behavioral dog training courses as well as teaching our late Swiss shepherd agility and tracking, I’ve grown to love shepherds and retrievers. However, I am a big fan of most other breeds too! While I live in an apartment, it is located right next to the Amstel - with plenty outdoor space and a short metro ride from Gaasperplas. I’m well-versed in outdoor and indoor activities, and like to keep dogs occupied and happy. Open for discussion is the question whether your dog likes to do shared walks - my parents live nearby with our Collie-Husky mix (as seen in my fourth photo). Chili heeft een super fijne dag gehad bij Kim :hugging:! Lekker veel gespeeld en veel ruimte gekregen om haar energie kwijt te raken! Zelfs nog wat trainingen tussendoor. Overall, blije pup! En wij waren blij met alle tussentijdse updates/filmpjes! Ze kijkt er naar uit om volgend weekend een nachtje te logeren en weer met Marlowe te spelen.

Flexibele honden lover in Amsterdam

Ik ben 30 jaar oud en altijd opgegroeid (vanaf 2 jaar oud) met een hond. Dus uiteraard wil ik graag zelf op termijn ook een hond ; maar for the time being zou ik heel graag willen oppassen. Hi! Ik ben Felice, 27 jaar oud en heb 2 grote passies in het leven: dieren en food! Ik ben werkzaam als productmanager food bij HEMA op het hoofdkantoor en woon in Amsterdam-Zuid (Zuidas). Het contact met dieren is wat ik erg mis sinds ik in Amsterdam woon, daarom lijkt het mij geweldig om op jouw hond/kat te passen! Aangezien ik zelf geen huisdier kan adopteren omdat ik (vind ik zelf) niet genoeg plaats/tijd ervoor heb, is deze app een ultieme win-win situatie! Jij blij, je huisdier blij en ik ook nog eens. 😉 Mijn ervaring: Van kinds af aan ben ik opgegroeid met verschillende dieren bij mijn ouders, met ook verschillende honden en katten. Vaak kwamen ook de honden van vrienden/familie daar logeren als de baasjes op vakantie gingen. Toen ik ouder werd, ging ik ook wel eens bij kennissen in huis logeren om voor de hond te zorgen als zij op vakantie waren. Ik heb voornamelijk ervaring met grotere honden, en katten, maar ik vind kleine hondjes ook geweldig! Ik ben betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk, lief maar ook consequent (hier worden honden vaak ook het meest blij van, namelijk duidelijkheid). Ik werk momenteel 35 uur per week, waarbij ik in de oneven weken op vrijdag vrij ben. Op werkdagen ben ik vaak op kantoor en ben daarom doordeweeks van 06.00-08.00 uur en na 18.00 uur beschikbaar. Af en toe ga ik in het weekend naar mijn ouders in Brabant. Na mijn werkdag ga ik ook nog graag een rondje wandelen, lijkt me gezellig om dat samen met een hondje/hondjes te doen! Graag kom ik bij jou thuis, ik vind het belangrijk dat je huisdier zich op zijn/haar gemak voelt door de eigen vertrouwde omgeving. Ik behandel je trouwe viervoeter alsof het mijn eigen kind is en zal je gedurende de dag op de hoogte houden mocht je dit fijn vinden! Twijfel vooral niet om me een berichtje te sturen! Ik kom je huisdier graag ontmoeten en hoor graag wat de wensen van jou en je huisdier zijn.

Ik hou super veel van dieren (is het gek als ik de meeste dieren leuker vind dan veel mensen?) Toen ik jonger was hebben we altijd huisdieren en katten gehad, en sinds ik op mezelf woon heb ik veel foster en oppas hondjes gehad. Ook heb ik meerdere malen een ‘house sit’ gedaan en op katten gepast.
