Dierenoppas in Abcoude

Ervaren hondenoppasser met een liefde voor dieren

Hoi!

Loving care for your pets while you are away. 🐾

I grew up surrounded by animals, especially cats and dogs, and have always loved spending time with them, whether going for walks, playing or simply cuddling. I have a playful Labrador of my own, so I am used to plenty of energy, games and affection! Back home, I also regularly took care of cats in my neighbourhood, making sure they were happy, comfortable and well looked after. I am a patient, caring and responsible person who genuinely enjoys being around animals. I always try to understand each pet’s personality and respect their individual needs and routines. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime or simply relaxing together, I am happy to adapt to what makes them feel most comfortable. You can count on me to give your pet plenty of attention, care and affection while you are away!

Aanbeveling

Lara is very passionate about pets and enjoys spending time around them. She has her own dog back home and misses him dearly. She loves being around pets and does as much as possible to care for the ones that don’t have a home. She is very patient and comfortable around pets that are new to her.

Mijn naam is Martin, 70 jaar woonachtig in Naarden ben gepensioneerd.

Passion for animals

I grew up with two beautiful Hungarian vizslas and have been a dog dog lover from childhood. I have experience with "difficult" dogs as well as we had several rescue dogs in my family (reactivity). I am also lucky to have had wonderful experiences with all my four legged clients durint my years as a pet sitter. Therefore, I would consider myself as an experienced dog owner and caretaker, my motto is that there is no "bad dog" - all they need is love, love, love some more love, attention and a piece of food at the table! Let’s get in touch!

We couldn't be more grateful to Ann-Sofie for how she and Daniel took care of Mul for 12 days. They did so well that we even worried that Mul wouldn't want to come home! Ann-Sofie is highly professional. Since our first meeting, she has asked dozens of questions to understand Mul's needs. We received photos and messages every day to find out how Mul was doing. They couldn't have gotten along better and we feel lucky Mul is in the best of hands the next time we travel :)

(Engelse) hondenbezitter voor 30 jaar

(Note - We speak a little Dutch, but English is our first language!)

Animal lover with pet experience

Hi, I’m Maite. I am a biologist from Spain that loves animals and is looking forward to take care of your pet. I am familiar with big breeds like samoyed, checkslovakian wolf dog and german shepherd. I also love kitties, as I had a small black cat when I was little. My apartment is very spacious and located in the heart of Amsterdam, in a residential neighbourhood so your pet will not be around tourists or with high traffic. My partner, back at his home town, has 2 big leon bergers so we are really familiar with dealing with big doggos as well. Pls ask me any questions that you may have :) Maite.

A dog princess and her loyal owner 👑

Hello, I am Bella, moved to the Netherlands last year with my dog, Pihe. We live together in a two room flat. When I adopted her 6 years ago, my life has completely changed: before that I could not imagine waking up early or being outside for hours. Now this is one of the part of my life that I enjoy doing the most. My dog is very playful and can be a good company for other dogs, she really enjoys when another one is around, so I would be happy to host your dog as well. Nearby my home there is a big park (Nelson Mandela) and a dog beach is closeby (Gaasperplas). Besides my dog I would take care of only yours. I usually go for two longer walks per day, but this can be based on your dog's routine, as Pihe is always up to have fun. Pihe has two beds and she is happy to offer one of those to our guest :) I know it is not easy to find someone reliable who takes care of my dog as I would take care of her, so I treat the pets with this mindset. As an owner I also prefer sitter for the long-run, so I would be happy to know and sit your dog on a regular basis. I am also happy to take care of your cat when you go on a holiday!

Tommy spent nearly a month with Pihe and Bella and he loved it! Pihe was very friendly and kept him company and played with him every day. Bella took great care of him and we will definitely book her again.

Animal Lover with extra time and love to give!

Hi! I'm Lara and I am a former dog mom who is now loving taking care of other people's furbabies! I had two special needs dogs so I am quite experienced with taking care of elderly pets and those with special medical needs. I love all animals and have experience in taking care of dogs, cats, horses, guinea pigs, mice, hamsters, chickens, and wild Rhinos at a conservancy in Kenya lol. When it comes to dogs and cats, I LOVE THEM so much and my ultimate dream is to have my own pet sanctuary and rescue and save animals! I love all animals - regardless of species, breed, or age and have no specific preferences (other than being potty trained). I have specialized in anxious dogs and work from home majority of days so do not hesitate to share your dog or cat's unique quirks and I will do anything I can to make them feel at home and peace!

Hele lieve oppas.

A home away from home

I’m from India and live in Amsterdam with my husband for a couple of years now. I’ve grown up dogs (Irish setters) and lost my most precious boy (Casper) in 2021. I’ve had the most beautiful journey of 11 years with my sweet Casper. Through these years, I’ve always wished to take Casper along in my travels but it was not always possible. Now that I’m away from home and miss the biggest part of having the company of a dog, I decided to set up a this account to help pet parents travel stress free and have the confidence that their pet is in good hands. With all that being said, it is obvious that I love dogs and get along with them really well. I’ve had experience with puppies, teenage dogs, senior dogs and each phase is precious in it’s own way so I’m not particular in the phase that they are currently at. All of them are welcome! Looking forward to pampering and cuddling with your fur babies!

Our pup Loki had the best time! We got regular picture and video updates and he was such a happy boy. He was well looked after and as he’s still young he has a lot of energy and excitement and Tanya and her husband looked after him so well! 5/5 :feet:! :pink_heart:

Experience & enthusiasm—a perfect dog-sitting team

Hi! We’re Daniel and Carmen, a German-Mexican couple who’ve been living in Amsterdam for the past 3 years. Daniel grew up with a German shepherd (Stepsi) and has 10 years of experience caring for dogs, so he knows exactly what it takes to keep them happy, healthy, and loved. As for me, I’ve always been the “dog auntie” in my circle, helping friends and family take care of their dogs. We travel often, which is why we haven’t gotten a dog of our own just yet, but we’re excited to use Petbnb as a way to care for dogs and share our love for them. Our apartment has a cozy terrace for relaxing, and we’re just a short walk from beautiful parks like Sloterplas, Rembrandtpark, and Vondelpark—perfect spots for outdoor adventures. Between Daniel’s experience and my love for caring for dogs, we’ll make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for. We’re looking forward to meeting your dog!

We highly recommend!!! Carmen and Daniel took care of Bento (our beloved 4 legged son :feet::dog2:) for almost a month and it went super smoothly! they kept us updated, sending photos and videos everyday. Bento has done many activities with them, such as ball playing, long walks and even running! He came back home in excellent shape and mood! we are very grateful to have found them!

🐾 Loving & reliable dog care couple in Amsterdam

Hi! We’re Vicky & Adam, a dog-loving couple based in Amsterdam. While we don’t have a dog of our own (yet!), we both adore spending time with them. My boyfriend has three years of hands-on experience raising a Cockapoo before moving to the Netherlands, and together we’d love to offer a safe, caring, and fun environment for your furry friend. We enjoy long walks around the beautiful parks in our area, plenty of playtime, and of course all the cuddles your dog could want. You can count on us to be reliable, responsible, and attentive to your dog’s needs - whether that’s walks, sitting, or just good company while you’re away. We treat every dog as if they were our own and will make sure they feel happy, loved, and cared for while with us. 🐾

So nice and caring! Giz had a great time

I’m Cristina! You can paws and relax, I’ve got it!

🐶 Review from Milu (Cristina’s first dog): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Mom is the best! Gives the best belly rubs, great at pretending to be a statue if I’m napping on her lap, and never forgets snack time. She even sings to me (a little off-key, but I don’t mind). 10/10 would chase squirrels with her again!” 🐾 Hi and welcome to my profile! Now that I have you here, let me tell you a bit about myself! I’m 28, live by myself in a 50sqm apartment in the Amsterdam West area; by the OLVG West. I have always loved and respected animals and my heart has always been drawn to dogs! Originally I am from Romania and I grew up in Greece, where I moved out from last year; traded sunny beaches for moody weather and picturesque houses and squares with which I’m consistently in love! A few things about my parenting style - my curiosity of dog psychology and my will to be a better mom to Milu lead me into long hours reading and researching all topics regarding behavior and psychology, nutrition, exercises and training and well as the specific needs of different breeds. I bring love, patience, understanding and curiosity about the intricacies of each breed and character. What brings me here is how much I miss my little girl! Unfortunately I lost her to a heart condition and while I still find it painful, losing her and to balm down my wounds, I think caring for and receiving a little bit of love here and there would also make me very very happy! While I tried to share as much as possible about me, which I imagine someone would want to know before entrusting a stranger with their baby - I encourage you to reach out and have a chat with me about anything else you’d like to know- regardless of weather you’ll pick me or not to take care of your pet!

We had a great experience with Cristina! There was an instant connection between her and Ivy, and Ivy clearly felt very comfortable with her. Cristina was caring, attentive and made her feel right at home. Ivy even gave her lots of hugs & kisses! We’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended! :feet:❤️

Dankjulliewel!
