Champion of dog belly rubs

Hi folks, my name is Sinéad! As you may know from the name I'm Irish, and have been living in Amsterdam for over a year now. Myself and my partner absolutely love dogs, however we are not at the stage to have our own just yet. In Ireland, my family dog lived to the amazing age of 16, and was a huge part of our family - he was my best friend. Over the years I have loved helping friends out with minding and walking their dogs, and never miss an opportunity for a hello and a cuddle with any dog.

Sinead was really nice and Luka had an amazing day! 10/10 would recommend :)

Sitter in Amsterdam New West

I love to be flexible. Please ask me any request regarding your cats and dogs! Since little, my family had a dog and a cat. I have been especially a dog lover but I do not have dogs with me for years because I have been relocating myself here and there. My great grandfather was a fat. Thanks to that, many of my families and relatives have brought up together with animal especially dogs! I have been enjoying pet sitting since 2015 in Amsterdam new west. When you contact me, please let me know all your needs, what kind of characteristc your pet(s) has. Before meeting your pet(s), I would like to understand you and your pet(s) as much as possible. If there is anyone who is happy to walk your dog with me, I will be absolutely enjoying the time with your dog(s). My motto is let your dog(s) be happy with me. My happy feelings towards your dog(s) should transmit to them! Talking about myself, I came to The Netherlands for work. My career background is hospitality. I enjoy assisting customer by understanding their needs and make them feel comfortable. I believe my warm attitude towards people can apply to animals as well. Dogs are in my special position but I also love all animals. I also love meeting animals at a zoo although it is not my ideal way to meet them. By the way, should you need any other help like watering plants or receiving mails, please feel free to let me know. I help them for free of charge. Thank you.

Compassionate, Reliable, Experienced with Pets.

Hello, I am Atif and I am an Indian. I've come to the Netherlands to pursue a career in Hospitality and I am currently enrolled in the MBA program of Hotelschool The Hague. For as long as I can remember, my family has fostered and adopted cats and dogs wherever we lived. My partner and I are constantly missing our baby, Charlie, a white persian cat, who we had to leave back home with my partner's family. The Netherlands has the most complex and illogical procedures for bringing a pet from outside of the EU. I would say my motivation to be a pet sitter would be just that, to be a pet sitter. There is nothing that makes me more happy than witnessing the innocent antics of cats and dogs. Being in their company is my happy place. Having parented and fostered many cats and a few dogs, I would say, yes, I have the experience. I don't mind the scratches and occasional soft bites at all too. Rest assured, your furry angels and I will have the best of times together. Services I offer are walks, pet sitting at my place, pet sitting at your place, house visits (up to 2 times a day), and playtime in the park (maximum 45 minutes). Need a pet sitter, look no further !! Warm regards, Atif

Groet, Martin & Anouk

Loving, Caring and Flexible Petsitter

Hi,I'm Ece. I started pet sitting in Amsterdam 7 years ago because I was missing my dog in Istanbul. In 7 years I took care of more than 50 pets. I love taking care of other pets because they brigten up my day and make me miss my own dog a bit less (if that's even possible!). I live right next to the Oosterpark so our days are full of walks. I allow dogs on couches, make sure they have enough playtime and care during their stay. I am very flexible with pickup- drop-off times and the requirements of the dog. Looking forward to take care of your baby!

Our dog Moos had a great time at Ece. She took great care of Moos and she shared lovely pictures during his stay

I would take care of you lovely friends.

Hello there! My name is Sava, and I am a passionate dog/cat lover and experienced pet sitter. For me, spending time with furry friends isn't just a job - it's a joy and a privilege. I believe that every dog deserves the best care possible, and I always strive to provide that in every way I can. As a dog sitter, I prioritize your dog's comfort, safety, and happiness. I have experience with all kinds of dogs, from rambunctious puppies to gentle senior pups, and I'm familiar with a variety of breeds and their unique needs. Whether your dog needs extra playtime, medication, or just some extra snuggles, I am dedicated to providing the best care possible. In addition to my love for dogs, I also understand how important communication and reliability are when it comes to pet care. I am always available to answer questions and provide updates, and I'm committed to sticking to your pup's usual routine as closely as possible. I am trustworthy, responsible, and I'll treat your dog like one of my own. Thank you for considering me as your dog sitter! I can't wait to meet your furry friend and provide the love and care they deserve.

Aanbeveling

Because Sava is a huge animal lover, he takes the best care and responsibility. Count on tons of fun, playing, cuddles and long walks. As he has experience with educating animals, I would also trust him with animals who have challenging behaviour.

dog paradise in Amsterdam

I am an objective person, I like any hairy pet either cat or dog! I am experienced at taking care of cats as I have my own cat back to my hometown. I know their secrets spots of them to make them feel comfortable. I have experiences taking care of dogs(labrador; corgi) as well, I will walk them every morning and evening, playing around with their favorite toy (balls/sticks)! and make sure they run enough and eat healthy enough! I will give them freedom but also have an eyes on them, make sure they are safe and sound. I’m sure your pet will have a happy holiday at my places :)

Mingyang took great care of Curaçao! She sent a lot of beautiful pictures and videos :) Great experience! We highly recommend her

Cannot beat my love towards doggooos🤩

Having an experience of caring my own dog, Golden retriever, for about 10years. Missing the fulfill life with dog around so badly and hoping to share my love to dogs as much as possible! Based on my dog care experience I’m playful by giving full attention to dogs around, responsible to handle food that’s be given to them. Location of the house allows me to safely walk around the neighbor with green nature too! Living in an apartment of +100m2, non smoking and very simple room which can welcome any type of dogs! I’m available mostly on Sunday and occasionally on weekday.

Tekura is a super sweet dog carer! They responded smoothly and welcomed us at meet'n'greet. The neighborhood looks perfect for a dog walk. They also took Nana out every time they go for shopping. I could feel relief on my whole travel since they sent me some updates during stay. I would definitely recommend them!

I will take care of them as if they were mine

I like to play and spend time with pets. I have had several pet dogs and I have looked after cats and dogs multiple times. I find it nice to spend time with pets because you also get love from them. I am very dedicated and attentive regarding your meals and care. I fully understand the fear of leaving a dog in someone's care, that's why I always try to make your pet have a pleasant and fun time. I live with my husband who is also an animal lover, so it does not matter if we take care of him during the day or all night we will always be attentive and sharing a good time with your pet.

Diana Patrícia is very attentive and always kept me informed about how my dog was doing. She sent me several pictures of the furry and how well he was. He ate and slept very well because he felt well cared for and received a lot of affection. Thank you very much and see you next time.

Missing my pets and would love to help out

Hi there! I love pets and I really miss living with them but working full time in Amsterdam my lifestyle doesn't allow me to get one of my own so I would love to help you out with yours! I lived for more than 15 years with cats (mixed) and dogs (cockers and mixed), so I have the experience to take care of them. I am available for walks and babysitting after work hours during the week (after 18) and all day during the weekend, the availability could change depending on the date. Babysitting for cats not possible but ok to visit during the day.

Groetjes Brend

Brend was super nice you can tell he really likes dogs. Something super important is that he can definitely handle big strong dogs, he had no problems with my boxer which sometimes can be very stubborn and not easy to walk. 100% recommended and I would definitely repeat if I need someone to walk or look after my dog on Thursdays.

A dog lover who brings warmth and care to dogs

I’m a total dog lover, and spending time with dogs always makes me really happy. Whether it’s taking them for walks, playing fetch, or just giving them belly rubs, I always make sure every dog feels like they’re the most special one in the world. I love getting to know each dog’s personality, whether it’s playing with energetic pups or patiently comforting the shy ones—it’s all so rewarding to me. When I had my own puppy, I used to cook meals for them based on their nutritional needs, and of course, I always followed the owner’s preferences for dog food or treats. I pay close attention to the little things, like keeping their water clean, making sure they get the right amount of exercise, grooming them, and even cleaning tear stains. I don’t have a favorite breed—I love all furry friends—but I do have a soft spot for Border Collies. To me, every dog is like family, and I treat them with all the warmth and care they deserve.

Radiating Golden Retriever energy & care!

When my friends get asked which animal I would be (and they do, surprisingly often!), they all say "Golden Retriever". Rather specific, I'd say. I myself love all dog breeds, but I can agree that my warm, caring, and often excited being could be considered Golden Retriever-ish. I moved to Amsterdam from Finland, where I used to own a beautiful Shetland Sheepdog, Stella. Now that I'm living in quite a non-pet friendly apartment, I'd love utilize my experience by looking after other people's dogs (and simultaneously fill a little dog-shaped hole in my life, if I'm honest). I've been frequently dog-, cat- and house sitting for my friends, and I'll make sure to look after your dogs in an equally reliable and personable way. I'm keen to adapt to your dog's special needs so you can enjoy your time away in a care-free way. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friend!

🐱“Cat Teaser” “Medicine feeding”Master. I have fed three cats for 6 years. If you need to clean your cat's blackhead or cut her nails, I need to know her personality in advance.🐶I often play ball with my dog in the park.If your dog is full of energy，I can crazy with it.I also use treats to train puppies to sit and shake hands (but I'm not sure I can do that yet, my own dogs can only sit and have forgotten how to shake hands). 🌞I hope I can be good friends with your pet. 🐾I also had two years of hamster experience and now have a rabbit at home. If you have other pets that need extra attention, such as feeding, you can also say it in advance.

A potential friend for your furry family member 🐶

Hey there, I am Aenn - a german native with a bubbly, open-minded personality living in the Netherlands for about 4 years now. I grew up with dogs all my live, starting with the chillest beagle lady called "Sheila" for 12 up to my very stubborn family dog "Legolas" who is a pointer-labrador mix rescued from Spain. I currently live in Amsterdam Rembrandtpark (literally in the middle!) and hence can spend a lot of time outside in the green with your four-pawed friend. Not having my dog around is what I miss the most living in a different country that's why I signed up on petbnb since I currently am not able to offer my own dog the life he/she would deserve it.
