Even lekker naar buiten om te snuffelen en te ontspannen of juist een actief rondje met wat leuke oefeningen tussendoor. Hierbij kijk ik naar het karakter, het tempo en de behoefte van jouw hond op dat moment, maar stem ik ook graag af hoe jullie wandelingen er normaal uitzien. . Ik werk op een positieve, beloningsgerichte en volledig force-free manier (R+). Voor mij draait het om zachte begeleiding. Deze manier van wandelen is ook heel geschikt voor honden die wat extra ondersteuning kunnen gebruiken, bijvoorbeeld omdat ze ouder zijn, lichamelijke ongemakken hebben of extra begeleiding op gedragsmatig gebied nodig hebben. Zo wandel ik momenteel ook met een aantal reactieve honden. Juist zij zijn ook welkom! Ik zorg voor een ontspannen, voldane hond die na afloop met een tevreden snoet weer thuiskomt. Praktische info & Locatie Vanaf 1 oktober vast beschikbaar op donderdag - verder flexibel in het weekend. Ik ben beschikbaar in Vijfhuizen, Haarlem, Heemstede en omgeving en ik heb een auto tot mijn beschikking. Reiskosten zijn inbegrepen binnen een straal van 5 km vanaf Vijfhuizen. Voor adressen daarbuiten reken ik €0,30 per extra gereden kilometer, berekend op basis van de retourafstand. Ik sta open voor last minute verzoekjes. When I lived in Turkey, I had two cats that I adopted from the street. My older one is a deaf Van Cat, a special Turkish breed that cannot be taken out of the country. Because of that, I couldn’t bring him to the Netherlands and didn’t want to separate him from his brother. I can take care of all kinds of cats.I used to live in a small village where we had dogs.

Vanaf mijn geboorte tot aan mijn studeren hebben we altijd honden in huis gehad op de Veluwe. In mijn tijd op Aruba (10 jaar) heb ik in huishoudens gewoond waar ik mede voor meerdere (grote) honden heb gezorgd. (Bull Mastif, Deense Dogs, labrador, en verschillende geadopteerde straathonden). Het komt vaak voor dat honden heel blij zijn om mij te zien. Dat komt denk ik doordat ik een bepaalde rust uitstraal, respect voor ze heb en geen gekke dingen met ze doe. Mijn werkleven in Amsterdam is niet geschikt voor huisdieren maar ik kan wellicht wel zo nu en dan voor huisdieren van anderen zorgen.

Joost is een echte dierenvriend. Hij zorgt ervoor dat je hond geen aandacht te kort komt. Afspraken waren makkelijk te maken. Aanrader!
