Although i don't have experience in petsitting, I have had a few of dogs and cats throughout my childhood. We had a boerboel, Rhodesian ridgeback, Jackrussel, Pomeranian and one cat, I had a tendency surprise my parents with animals they didnt know would live with us. Animals are part of my personality at this point, I am often heard saying ''auuuuuw" when i see a dog or cat on the sidewalk. At the moment I have plenty of free time(the whole day) to be available to your furry friend. I enjoy hiking but for the elderly I wouldn't mind sitting on the couch with them.

Ik heb zelf 2 kleine hondjes en 2 katten. Heel erg gezellig! Het lijkt me erg leuk om eens op een ander hondje te passen. Ik ben betrouwbaar, betrokken, enthousiast en communicatief en ik zal heel goed op je hond(je) passen. Ik weet hoe belangrijk het is dat je hond in veilige handen is. Foto’s en filmpjes sturen zal ik zeker doen. Als ik kom oppassen, kan ik mijn 2 hondjes eventueel meenemen, maar alles in overleg uiteraard! Natuurlijk gaan we ook lekker wandelen en ik stem altijd met de eigenaar af hoeveel. Ook qua eten is overleg altijd heel belangrijk.

Hi! I’m a second-year political science student with a big love for animals and lots of experience in caring for them. While my own two dogs—a calm and sweet 9-year-old brown Labrador and a velcro-dog 2-year-old Chihuahua—are currently back home in France with my family, I’ve been surrounded by pets most of my life. I also spent six years abroad when I was younger, where I had eight rabbits, and I’ve looked after cats and dogs of all kinds, including terriers and a Golden Retriever. Here in Amsterdam, I live with roommates who have pets of their own back home; a cat and two Chihuahuas. So we're all used to caring for animals. I’m used to animals with different personalities, and I especially love spending time with affectionate, velcro-type dogs who like to stick close and get plenty of attention. I’m also happy to play, cuddle, or just be a calming presence for older pets. We live just a two-minute walk from Oosterpark, which is perfect for regular walks and playtime if your dog needs a lot of outside time. There’s almost always someone home, so your pet will rarely be alone and I can guarantee will get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I can also help with oral medication if your dog needs it mixed into food, as I've done this with my Labrador. One thing to note however, our apartment is on the second floor with typical Amsterdam stairs. Most dogs manage just fine, but if your animal has mobility issues, it’s something to consider. I’m available any time and happy to help, whether it’s for a weekend, a longer stay, or a last-minute booking. Your pet will be cared for in a friendly, safe, and relaxed environment where we'll make sure they'll feel right at home!

Andere plekken waar ik met de hond wandel zijn langs de Weesperzijde, de ringdijk en het Frankendael park. 🏡 Veilige omgeving: Mijn appartement is een veilige en comfortabele omgeving waar uw hond zich meteen thuis zal voelen. Ik woon op de eerste verdieping en heb een balkon van bijna 7 m2 op het zuiden waar de hond lekker kan genieten van de zon. U kunt met een gerust hart vertrekken, wetende dat uw maatje in goede handen is. Ik heb ook een aantal foto’s toegevoegd van mijn lieve oppashonden en oppaskatjes. PS. oppas voor katten doe ik alleen bij de kat thuis want katten vinden het niet fijn om van omgeving te veranderen.

We zijn enorm tevreden met de zorg die onze hond Axel kreeg van Meagan. Haar vriendelijke en relaxte aanpak gaf ons direct een goed gevoel. Ze nam de tijd om onze hond te leren kennen en stuurde ons tijdens onze vakantie updates en leuke foto’s. We bevelen Meagan ten zeerste aan en kijken uit naar de volgende keer.
