Hi! I’m Archana — a lifelong dog and cat lover now living in Spijkenisse with my partner. I grew up surrounded by pets back home; they were my best buddies, my stress-relievers, and just part of daily life. Moving here, I really missed that warm, joyful pet energy, and that’s what inspired me to become a pet sitter. This isn’t your typical pet boarding service — I take in only one pet at a time, so your furry friend gets a real second home, not just a spot in a crowded house. Spending time with these sweet little angels genuinely brightens my day, and I’d love to share that same care and affection with your companion. Dieren geven mij liefde in het leven. Ik heb altijd katten thuis gehad, totdat ik in Delft ging studeren. My boyfriend Gaetano also loves dogs (sometimes even more than me haha), and we sometimes take care of dogs together when our friends go on holiday. Cuddling with a happy cat or dog makes our day. Ik vind het belangrijk dat elk dier zich veilig en ontspannen voelt, ook als het baasje even niet thuis is. Ik dien geen medicijnen toe, maar zorg er wel voor dat alles netjes en volgens jouw instructies verloopt. De duur van mijn huisbezoek hangt af van het aantal dieren, maar bedraagt in de basis ongeveer 30 minuten. Betrouwbaar, rustig en diergericht; zo kun jij met een gerust hart van huis, wetend dat jouw dieren in goede handen zijn.

Flexibele dierenoppas

Hii, ik ben Pien! Vanaf dat ik klein was, draaide ons huis om dieren: poezen, ratjes, parkieten, vissen, hamsters en oppashonden. Er was altijd leven in huis – en dat vond ik geweldig. A loving home and a genuine care for every paw

Hi, I'm Carla! Animals have always had a very special place in my life. Being around them makes me genuinely happy, and becoming a pet sitter is a way for me to spend more time doing something that truly fulfils me. My inspiration One of the biggest reasons behind this step is Zara, my American Bulldog. She was sweet, gentle and incredibly sociable, although, like the great lady she was , she could also be a little temperamental and selective! Zara taught me so much about respecting an animal's individual personality, needs and boundaries. When she passed away in October 2025, she left a huge space in my life. Her loss also made me realise how much being around animals means to me. It gave me an even stronger desire to spend my time caring for, learning from and simply being close to other animals. In many ways, becoming a pet sitter is my way of following that feeling. Our family and home I live with my husband and my teenage son, who both love animals just as much as I do and have been incredibly supportive of me taking this step. We also share our home with Bully, an American bully size pocket, a very special member of our family. I believe it's important to be completely transparent: we have a dog living in our home. For this reason, every dog staying with us will be carefully introduced and assessed beforehand to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. I don't want to fill my home with as many dogs as possible. I prefer to offer a calm, loving family environment where every dog receives individual attention and care. A garden to play, relax and simply be a dog We have a large garden where dogs can enjoy the outdoors, play, explore and have some freedom. My garden is completely enclosed and secure, with mostly grass, giving dogs plenty of space to relax, explore and enjoy some outdoor time. I also enjoy providing mental enrichment activities, adapted to each dog's personality and needs. After all, keeping their minds active can be just as important or more then physical exercise! And of course, sometimes the best activity is doing absolutely nothing just simply relaxing on the grass and enjoying a little sun, when the Dutch weather allows it! Above all, I value the safety of every dog in my care. Our garden has been prepared with this in mind, so dogs can enjoy their time outside in a safe environment. My experience All my life i had contact with animals like dogs, cats, birds and even a very naughty parrot. Living with and caring for my own dogs has taught me a lot about routines, wellbeing and the importance of noticing even the smallest changes. I also have practical experience with dogs with allergies and sensitive skin, including skin-care routines and ongoing maintenance. Any specific care is always provided according to the owner's instructions and, where necessary, veterinary guidance. How I can help Loving home boarding for dogs, following a prior introduction Doggy day care Pet sitting and companionship Dog walks I enjoy taking dogs on calm walks through quite green surroundings, with canals and open spaces nearby. Every dog on my care will have 3 walks per day at least. There are also designated areas where dogs can safety enjoy some off- leash time. For safety reasons, i prefer to keep dogs on a leash during walks. The length of each walk depends on the will, energy and how much dog is having fun but in general, each walk lasts around 30 minutes, giving the dog a calm, relaxed moment. Home visits Feeding according to your pet's routine. Medication administration when clearly instructed. Can be daily skin care routine, pills or another type of medication. Playtime and mental enrichment Basic hygiene care. For over night stays, I have comfortable beds and crates available if necessary, depending on each dog's needs and what they are used to. Regular photo and video updates, ALWAYS For cats: Unfortunately, I can't host cats in my home because we have Bully, but I would be very happy to care for them in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. What matters most to me I know how difficult it can be to leave our pets in someone else's care. They are not "just animals", they are family. That's why I like to get to know every pet before caring for them. I want to understand their personality, routine, likes, dislikes and individual needs. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel safe, loved, respected and happy while you're away and to give you peace of mind knowing they are being cared for with genuine attention and affection. Gewoon goed met honden

Wij hebben ruim 30 jaar ervaring met honden en andere huisdieren. Nadat wij in september 2025 onze (intacte)Hollandse Herder reu in hebben moeten laten slapen hebben wij besloten om geen hond meer te nemen maar om zo nu en dan als oppas/logeeradres te fungeren. Wij wonen aan de rand van Vlaardingen, staan zo in de polder en houden van wandelen dus je hond krijgt beweging genoeg. Wel wonen wij in het midden dus je hond moet wel kunnen traplopen. Wij zijn niet altijd beschikbaar maar in overleg kunnen we altijd naar oplossingen kijken. Wij hebben geen voorkeur voor een ras of type hond maar houden wel van iets grotere honden. in principe passen we op 1 hond maar als het er 2 uit hetzelfde gezin zijn dan is dat ook goed.
