Dierenvriend die zijn huisdieren thuis mist

Hi, ik heb zelf altijd 2 katten gehad totdat ik op kamers ging wonen. En ik heb jarenlang de honden van mijn buren uitgelaten dus heb al veel ervaring met honden en katten. Ik zou graag af en toe bij iemand hun hond verzorgen/uitlaten om op nieuwe locaties te komen en weer meer met dieren om te gaan. In ben de laatste tijd erg fan van teckels in elke vorm dan ook (dus een plus als je die hebt). Ik ben niet bang van grotere honden en zou graag een keer jullie huisdier willen uitlaten/voeren. Ik ben een echte dierenvriend, maar vanwege een minder gestructureerd leven kan ik nu nog geen eigen hondje nemen. Vanwege een verandering in baan heb ik nu veel tijd en pas ik graag op jouw dierenvriend! Als kind ben ik opgegroeid met heel veel dieren om mij heen. back home, I own one big Australian shepherd named Orson and 2 cats named blue and maxwell. My dog is 8 and very well trained, he knows more than 20 tricks after a fun training we did together when he was a puppy. I have also petsitted smaller dogs in the past. My dream is to have a kitten or puppy as my family

I had three cats when I was a child. I loved them very much, but my mother gave them away because I had to go to school. When I grew up, I helped my friend take care of her Samoyed and often took the dog out to play for an afternoon. I also usually went to my teacher's house to play with her three dogs. I like all types of dogs and cats. The place where I live is very suitable for walking the dog, there are few people and many lawns. Groot, middel of klein, ik vind elk dier fijn!

Altijd heb ik gewoond met katten en/of honden, sinds kort is dit helaas niet meer zo. Ik woon nu in een te klein huis. Ik mis hun gezelschap en daarom wil ik graag gaan oppassen! Ik heb een energieke en vrolijke persoonlijkheid, ik hou van buiten zijn (zelfs als het regent of sneeuwt) en ben op mijn gelukkigst in het gezelschap van een (huis)dier. De laatste jaren heb ik twee katten gehad; Bowie en Karel. Karel is heel actief en houdt van gezelschap, Bowie is wat meer op zichzelf. Het verschil in wat zij nodig hebben is groot, en altijd iets waar ik rekening mee heb gehouden. Bij mijn ouders had ik een hond en kat. Onze hond, Sep, was een Tibetaanse terrier die gered was van een fokker. Hij kon erg agressief zijn naar andere honden, wat voor mij betekende dat ik rustig moest blijven en hem moest kalmeren of omlopen wanneer andere honden in de buurt kwamen. Onze kat was liever buiten dan binnen en kwam soms thuis voor eten of knuffels, maar wel alleen op zijn voorwaarde. Hier heb ik geleerd zijn gedrag te begrijpen en mijn eigen behoeften aan de kant te zetten voor zijn welzijn. Op dit moment heb ik veel tijd en ben ik erg flexibel, elk dier is welkom bij mij!

Ik ben m’n hele leven al een grote dieren vriend.

Thuis heb ik zelf een hond en twee konijnen. Ik liep vroeger altijd met de honden van de buren en pas met regelmaat op de huisdieren van familie vrienden. I am a student studying at the VU. I have been pet sitting for almost 3 years now here in Amsterdam. I have taken care of 50+ different dogs and cats until now and I am experienced with different breeds and habits of pets. Originally I am from China, and I am currently studying at the VU. I have a cat and a dog back home (the cat is 5 years old, and the dog is 6 years old). I've been responsible for taking care of them since they were a few weeks old, so I'm really used to the life rhythm with these cute little angels around. In 2024, I volunteered at an animal rescue center in Crete, Greece, where I had to take care of 15+ dogs. I enjoyed spending the whole day with them, taking them to the beach, and cooking for them. I treat my pets as my friends – not only loving and caring for them, but I also pay attention to the small habits and characteristics that make them unique. This is what motivated me to become a pet sitter, to make more fluffy animal friends! I study at home most of the time, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. My daily routine is very flexible and can be adjusted to fit the walking/feeding time of your pet. I love sleeping with dogs and cats too and I am happy to let your pet be in all places in the house. But if there’s specific requirements for no pets in bedroom/on couch etc I will also follow them. For house sitting, I will make sure to keep the place tidy, water plants/ pick up deliveries if needed, will also do a thorough clean up at the end of the sit. I will make sure to be careful with windows and doors, not letting the pet get out accidentally. Ofcourse, I will also ensure not to leave food out unattended. During heatwave I will keep a close eye on the behavior of the pet, for dog walks I will also check the temperature of the ground before leaving.
