Mijn naam is Amber de Mooy, Ik heb al vanaf dat ik jong ben grote boerboelen gehad en honden die lastig zijn. Ik vroeg altijd aan andere mensen aan de deuren of ik hun honden mocht uitlaten omdat ik het toen al zo leuk vond. Ik heb nu 1 chihuahua en 1 boerboel, maar we hebben vroeger nog 3 boerboelen gehad en 1 Doberman, ook hebben we vroeger konijntjes en cavia’s gehad wat ik ook erg leuk vond. Ik pas momenteel al op honden, konijnen en katten. Ik houd heel erg van dieren en geef ze graag aandacht, ik speel graag met ze, ik vertroetel ze graag, maar het belangrijkste is dat ik altijd het vertrouwen wil ben de dieren en dat ze het leuk vinden en blij zijn als ik kom. Zoek jij nog een oppas? Ik kom graag bij je langs voor een kennismaking en wie weet!!

Amber heeft een weekje op onze kat gepast. Ze stuurde af en toe foto's en de kat was tevreden toen we thuiskwamen.

Dieren zijn eigenlijk mijn hele leven al een belangrijk onderdeel van mijn leven. Ik ben opgegroeid met honden, katten, konijnen en tamme ratjes en ben daardoor van jongs af aan gewend om voor verschillende dieren te zorgen. Mijn moeder was hondentrainster, waardoor ik ook veel heb meegekregen over hondengedrag, opvoeding en hoe je op een rustige en duidelijke manier met honden omgaat. Daarnaast heb ik jarenlang intensief met paarden gewerkt. Ik begon op mijn zevende met paardrijden en heb later meerdere jaren bij een professionele dressuurstal gewerkt, waar ik dagelijks verantwoordelijk was voor de verzorging en omgang met paarden. Daar werkte ik ook met jonge, gevoelige en soms moeilijkere paarden. Hierdoor ben ik gewend om goed naar het gedrag en de lichaamstaal van een dier te kijken en rustig en geduldig te blijven. Bij het oppassen vind ik het vooral belangrijk dat een huisdier zich veilig en op zijn gemak voelt en zoveel mogelijk zijn normale routine kan behouden. Ik vind het heerlijk om met honden lange wandelingen te maken, met ze te spelen en ze voldoende aandacht te geven, maar ik kan natuurlijk ook rustig gezelschap bieden aan dieren die daar meer behoefte aan hebben. Katten geef ik graag de ruimte om zelf contact te zoeken, met natuurlijk genoeg aandacht, spelen en knuffels als ze daar zin in hebben. Ik sta open voor vrijwel alle rassen en formaten. Grote honden vind ik absoluut geen probleem en door mijn ervaring met dieren voel ik mij ook op mijn gemak bij energieke of sterke honden. Het belangrijkste voor mij is dat ik vooraf een goed beeld krijg van het karakter, de gewoontes en eventuele aandachtspunten van jouw huisdier. Mijn beschikbaarheid is momenteel vrij flexibel, dus zowel voor losse dagen, wandelingen als langere oppasperiodes kunnen we kijken wat mogelijk is. Ik zorg graag voor jouw dier alsof het mijn eigen huisdier is, met veel aandacht, geduld en liefde.

Ilka is een lieve en betrouwbare oppas. Ze heeft meerdere keren opgepast op mijn kat, die is helemaal weg van Ilka. Mijn eerste keuze als oppas!

This is Mingchu. I’m working and living in the centre of Delft as an expat from China. I’d love to take care of your pet dog for a short period of time if possible. I had pets when I was a kid and I’ve always loved animals in my life. I wouldn’t be the most professional pet sitter but I’d love to try. I live on a first floor 78 m2 apartment near Delft station and I have time in the early morning, evening or during the day to take care and work with the dog if working from home.

Minchu took the time to meet with my dog and me in advance of the stay and listen to my explanations of my dog's needs. I didn't know there was going to be another dog present when we came for the meet and greet. That went okay but it would have been good to know in advance. My dog stayed one night (24 hours) and everything seemed to go fine! Mingchu followed my instructions for food and medicine and sent me photos of Rhuby in the apartment. I would book with Mingchu again. Thanks!

Ik pas graag op je hond die mijn dag leuker maakt!

Ik ben opgegroeid met een super lieve hond 'Roef'. Tijdens studeren ging ik uit huis en had ik natuurlijk geen tijd voor een eigen hond. Nu werkende kan ik ook nog geen eigen hond nemen, Toen mijn moeder vertelde over petbnb wist ik dat dit de perfecte oplossing voor mij was. Ik kan relatief flexibel werken en in het weekend uitlaten is nog makkelijker. Ik ben helaas allergisch voor honden. Mijn familie hond is hypoallergeen (goldendoodle) en dat gaat prima. Buiten uitlaten is geen probleem, maar oppassen kan ik dus alleen hypo allergeen honden accepteren. Ik ben net verhuisd naar Den Haag en zo leer ik tijdens het wandelen en oppassen Den Haag direct ook een beetje beter kennen.
