I recently swapped my desk job in sustainability consulting for the great outdoors to follow my true passion, caring for dogs. Twiggy is not the easiest dog to handle, she is quite anxious and has her moods. but Sarah did a great job. Twiggy trusted her and spent a great time at Sarah’s place. The communication with Sarah was very easy and nice, she was also quite flexible accommodating the timing of bringing Twiggy. Everything went very well and I would totally reach out again if I need a place for Twiggy to stay 😊

Since the day I was born, I have always lived with an animal. I have cared for many different animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits, budgies, fish, turtles, parrots, and hamsters. I recently moved here from abroad, and to ease the longing I feel for my dogs, I wanted to help take care of someone else’s pet and look after them. Although i don't have experience in petsitting, I have had a few of dogs and cats throughout my childhood. We had a boerboel, Rhodesian ridgeback, Jackrussel, Pomeranian and one cat, I had a tendency surprise my parents with animals they didnt know would live with us. ik ben een echte hondengek

ik heb als kind altijd dieren om me heen gehad. Van paarden tot honden, van vogels tot konijnen. Mis dat nog steeds, zeker als het om honden gaat. Mag weleens oppassen op de hond van mijn baas maar dat is maar sporadisch. Liefdevolle en huiselijke oppassers voor honden

Samen met mijn vriend zorg ik met veel liefde en aandacht voor honden. Hij heeft als kind zelf honden gehad en we passen regelmatig op honden van vrienden, waardoor we gewend zijn aan verschillende rassen en karakters. Van corgi’s tot Duitse herders, we kennen en begrijpen de behoeften van verschillende soorten en maten honden. Dankzij ons flexibele werk is het altijd mogelijk ervoor te zorgen dat één van ons thuis is om de hond gezelschap te houden en voldoende aandacht te geven. Mijn vriend en ik wonen in een appartement op de begane grond (70m2) met een afgesloten tuin (26m2) in Amsterdam Oost, op wandelafstand van zowel het Oosterpark als het Flevopark – perfect voor zowel korte als lange wandelingen. Het hele appartement is gelijkvloers en er is genoeg ruimte voor een hondenbench of grote mand. Ook hebben we een werkkamer waar de hond kan slapen als dat fijn is. We zijn flexibel met het afspreken van ophaal- en brengmomenten. Laat het vooral weten als je een keertje kennis wilt maken! 😊
