Heb veel geduld met honden, ze komen altijd naar mij toe als ik ze buiten tegenkom en maak vaak een praatje met de eigenaar. Ben dol op die viervoeters. Het liefst pas ik op middelgrote honden. Ras honden zijn oké, met bastaards en asielhonden ook prima Zelf heb ik jarenlang hond gehad. Ben ook deelnemer geweest bij een honden-oppascentrale voor heel Europa. Back home, I have a four-year-old Mongolian Bankhar named Nyangar. His Mongolian name means “bright,” because he really did bring so much brightness into our family ✨ He’s a very big, fluffy dog with an even bigger personality, so I’m very comfortable around large dogs and definitely not intimidated by their size or strength. More recently, my family also adopted a beautiful long-haired silver shaded cat who had been abandoned by his previous owner. Having his in our family has given me even more experience with cats and made me appreciate just how different their personalities can be 🤍 When I look after an animal, my priority is always making sure they feel safe, relaxed and comfortable with me. I genuinely enjoy getting to know their little habits and personalities, whether that means going for walks, playing together, giving them attention, or simply giving them space when that’s what they prefer. Mijn hond vindt grote honden erg spannend, vandaar dat ik heb aangegeven alleen op kleine tot middelgrote honden te willen oppassen.

Timmi heeft een geweldige tijd gehad! Sofie is heel begaan met haar geweest en heeft haar ook lekker gedrild en onder de duim gehouden. De match met haar hond was top, dikke maatjes waren ze. Tussendoor veel foto's en filmpjes gekregen en heel gerust m'n hondenkind achter kunnen laten bij Sofie.

I am a Venezuelan, 29 years old. I recently moved to a new apartment in The Hague, together with my boyfriend, Rupert (33 years old), and we are so excited because we are allowed pets at home for the first time since we moved from our home country! I grew up with dogs as part of my family and that's the kind of family I wish to have someday in the future. Given my current lifestyle (busy with my work, going frequently to the office), I'd like to wait a bit longer until I have enough time to dedicate to them. I learned how to take care of dogs when I was a little girl. Our family dog, Bicho, stayed with us until I was 12 years old. After that, I was the go-to person to babysit the two dogs of my grandma and thereafter, the puppy of my aunt (all of them schnauzers). And not so long ago, I volunteered at the 'Animal Rescue' organization of Madrid (I studied my bachelor over there), where I'd take care of rescued dogs, take them for walks, and incentivize people to adopt them. My boyfriend also has vast experience with dogs. He was lucky to raise a Weimaraner and have him as his companion for over 10 years, and he currently shares caring responsibilities of his sister's Poodle - they live in Hamburg and we babysit every now and then. When it comes to my availability, I am always available during weekends -24 hours a day. However, if the booking is done some days in advance, arranging having a dog during the week is also possible, as I have the flexibility of working from home, which adds some extra availability for weekdays too. I am looking forward to meeting your dogs and loving them forever.
