Hi! We’re Vicky & Adam, a dog-loving couple based in Amsterdam. While we don’t have a dog of our own (yet!), we both adore spending time with them. My boyfriend has three years of hands-on experience raising a Cockapoo before moving to the Netherlands, and together we’d love to offer a safe, caring, and fun environment for your furry friend. We enjoy long walks around the beautiful parks in our area, plenty of playtime, and of course all the cuddles your dog could want. You can count on us to be reliable, responsible, and attentive to your dog’s needs - whether that’s walks, sitting, or just good company while you’re away. Ik heb door de jaren heen ervaring opgedaan met honden, katten, geiten, konijnen, kippen en paarden. Daardoor ben ik gewend aan dieren van verschillende soorten, groottes, karakters en behoeften. Thuis heb ik momenteel twee katten en dieren zijn eigenlijk altijd een belangrijk onderdeel van mijn leven geweest. Ik vind het ontzettend leuk om ieder dier echt te leren kennen, hun karakter, hun gewoontes, hun dagelijkse routine en natuurlijk ook hun eigen kleine eigenaardigheden. dierenliefhebber zonder eigen huisdier

Opgegroeid met allerlei dieren, zoals paardjes, geiten, kippen, eenden, katten en honden. Ook ervaring met bange dieren die een traumatisch verleden hebben gehad waardoor ik een rustige houding heb tegenover dieren. Ik ben flexibel qua tijd en dagen. Ik werk als docent en heb daardoor een afwisselend rooster waardoor ik soms niet beschikbaar ben door het les geven, maar tegelijkertijd ook vaak thuis kan werken. Ik woon in een vrij ruim appartement met een klein balkon (goed afgeschermd). Mij lijkt het heel leuk om weer wat meer met dieren bezig te zijn, omdat ik zelf helaas geen huisdier heb.

Flexibel en dierenliefhebber

Sinds jongs af aan heb ik veel honden in huis gehad. Het waren voornamelijk honden die gered werden van de armoedige straten in Egypte. Ik heb daarom een grote liefde ontwikkeld voor dieren en voornamelijk honden. Ik ben over het algemeen elke dag beschikbaar en ben als persoon erg flexibel als het gaat om tijd. Wandelen doe ik graag, dus een hond aan mijn zijde hebben voor een paar uurtjes is alleen maar top. Voor de rest ben ik een persoon die zich goed houdt aan schema's en zeer attentief is als het gaat om bijzonderheden die in achting moeten worden genomen.

Rasha is heel lief met honden en mijn Honny heeft zich erg op haar gemak gevoeld in haar gezin. Tussendoor stuurde Rasha foto’s van Honny en dat was heel fijn.

We have years of dog-sitting experience. We also fostered a rescue dog ourselves. We will take care of your dogs as our own. Giving them the care, play and chill time they need. We both work hybrid, so most of the times there will be one of us at home. Due to circumstances we cannot own our dog ourselves. Therefore we would like to dog-sit instead. Daarom zouden we in plaats daarvan graag op uw hond willen passen. We passen graag op uw hond zorgen wanneer u dat niet kunt. Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar kleine tot middelgrote en wat makkelijkere honden.

International couple with a love for animals

Richard and I have both grown up with and have taken care of pets most of our life. Richard had 2 medium-large dogs growing up and I grew up with 2 cats (currently we do not have pets at our home but would love them in the future). Most of all we love animals and happy to help anyone that needs reliable pet sitters! We live in a quiet residential area in Amsterdam, and our apartment is large enough for dogs of all sizes. We live in a building with other dogs and children so it is important that your furry friend is friendly to other dogs and children! We are located walking distance to a park so long walks will definitely be part of our schedule (if that’s something your pet likes!). We are able to help train your dogs with anything you are working on and of course, will make sure we provide the specific food and amounts you have instructed. I am a former pet owner, have grown up with a wonderful labrador, and have looked after cats and dogs for most of my life. My boyfriend and I have a cute apartment in the countryside, we have a flowerful balcony, and we’re surrounded by green. There are lots of areas where your pets can enjoy themselves. easy going dog sitting in Amsterdam west

My boyfriend Tim and I love dogs. I grew up in a vet family with loads of pets and all sorts of dogs around. Since our Cypriot dog passed away last year we have been dog sitting various neighborhood furry friends. We work from home most of the time, which gives us flexibility to do frequent walks and little adventures. We live right next to Erasmus and Rembrandt park. If time permits and if your dog is up for it, we love going to the forest or the beach. The appartment isn’t huge but well catered for a dog, and we love playing and training with dogs as well. The house is only accessible by stairs.

Tesse and Tim alternated the walks with - and care for - Felan. He loved them equally. On the pictures sent by Tesse an Tim is clearly visible that Felan had a great time when they sat him. Communication went smoothly, all in all I can only hope that we can prolongue this petsitting arrangement in the future.
