Hoi! Ik ben Wieke, een echte dieren liefhebber die niets leuker vindt dan tijd doorbrengen met honden (en katten). Ik ben opgegroeid met (kleine) huisdieren, maar had helaas zelf geen hond. Vroeger heb ik dus veel en intensief gepast op honden van anderen (zo ook bv. een pup twee weken als logee), waardoor ik goed weet wat een dier nodig heeft: van rust en aandacht tot een stevige wandeling. Ik werk voor mezelf dus ben flexibel beschikbaar. Bij een goede klik lijkt me leuk vaker op bezoek te komen/uit wandelen te gaan. Ik kijk er naar uit kennis te maken!

Grew Up with Dogs, Happy to Care for Yours

I’m 25 and grew up with dogs my whole life. In my photo album, you’ll spot a little version of me with Bella, my first dog. She was a rescue, sweet, nervous, and the ultimate cuddle buddy. Not much of a fetch player though. Losing her was my first real heartbreak. Later came Otto, the fluffy white guy in the other photos. He’s my soulmate in dog form. We did everything together. Cooking, talking, lounging around. He would follow me from room to room like a shadow with a tail. Since moving abroad, I miss him more than anything. Right now I’m not in a place to have a dog of my own, but I really miss the company. I’ve looked after friends’ dogs here and there and thought, why not do it more often. I live with my boyfriend, who also loves dogs and works hybrid, mostly from home. Together, we share the care of any dogs I dog sit, making sure they receive plenty of attention and companionship. If one of us is away, the other is always there, so the dog is never left alone, and if they are, it is only for a very short time. His picture can be seen in the library with the other photos. We’d love to spend time with your dog, spoil them a little, and make them feel at home while you’re away.

Paula was available to dogsit Enzo in very short notice, and accomodated him amazingly. Not only was it very easy to communicate beforehand, on the day itself I received pictures and regular updates, he had nice long walks and loads of cuddles. When he came home, he was super happy and nice and tired of such a lovely day. Enzo will definitely be coming back, if they"ll have them. Thank you so much for the great care.

Huisdiereigenaren kunnen rekenen op een liefdevolle en betrouwbare oppas voor hun hond. Wij zijn Luis en Lisa en allebei gek op huisdieren. Luis is opgegroeid met katten en zelf altijd katten gehad en Lisa is opgegroeid met honden. Honden en katten maken ons blij, laat staan tijd met ze doorbrengen. We zijn gek op alle soorten honden, groot en klein. Lisa is met een golden opgegroeid. Luis is degene die helemaal gek is op katten en mega goed met ze kan opschieten. Lisa heeft een lange tijd opgepast bij een gezin met een beagle. Wandelen, eten geven, spelen en ook als zij op vakantie waren bleef zij bij de hond. We zijn er nog niet over uit welk huisdier we willen dus op deze manier is het perfect om wel tijd met ze door te brengen. Lisa werkt als stewardess dus niet altijd in Nederland, maar Luis werkt vanuit huis. Wij kunnen niet wachten om op u hond of kat te mogen passen.

The time here has been the best, but two things that I really miss the most are my two little chihuahua boys Frankie & Tito back at home. 🥰 On my profile picture you can see Tito, on the third picture you can see Frankie. 😉 Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring them here since sometimes my days can be long and a lot of other aspects, but they’re having the best time in Estonia with my parents though. ☺️ Overall - me, my family and my closest friends have all grew up with the dogs since I was small, so my love for the animals is really unconditonal! 🤍 So I feel that right now there is still a small gap remaining in my everyday life in Amsterdam - I don’t have a furry best friend by my side to go on a long walks with as I have used to, or a warm snuggle that keeps my mood up even on my worst days. ☹️ That’s why I’m on this app. My experience with dogs is based on my own dogs of course but at the same time when keeping friends' or family's animals. But I would say I rather feel more comfortable with the small and medium dogs. Since my schedule currently involves only work in an office for some days a week - for a start I would love to just go for a (long) walks or take care of them for a whole day, when I have days off. Dierenvriend die zijn huisdieren thuis mist

Hi, ik heb zelf altijd 2 katten gehad totdat ik op kamers ging wonen. En ik heb jarenlang de honden van mijn buren uitgelaten dus heb al veel ervaring met honden en katten. Ik zou graag af en toe bij iemand hun hond verzorgen/uitlaten om op nieuwe locaties te komen en weer meer met dieren om te gaan.
