Looking forward to meet your pet 💕

Hi! I’m Odarka 🐾 I have a few years of professional pet-sitting experience and a lifetime of love for dogs, starting from childhood. I’m most experienced with German Shepherds—a smart, strong, and sometimes challenging breed—so I’m comfortable caring for high-energy, intelligent dogs. I work remotely, which makes it easy for me to spend quality time with your pet at home. I offer pet care both at your home and dog boarding at mine. For boarding, dogs should be comfortable with cats, as I have a sweet boy cat named Mersik. My goal is always to create a calm, safe, and loving environment where every pet feels happy and secure. I’ve worked with many breeds, including West Highland White Terriers, Japanese Spitz, and Pomeranians. Outside of work, I support animal shelters and adoption efforts. Whether it’s a wagging tail or a purring friend, I can’t wait to welcome your pet with love ❤️

Daria is very nice, friendly, responsive. and she seems to be very attentive to the pet's needs.

Patient, passionate and experienced pet lover!

My partner and I live together in a cozy flat, and we’re both absolute animal lovers! I work part-time, and his job is remote, so one of us is always at home to give your pet plenty of attention and care. We can never say no to furry friends—whether it’s cuddling on the couch or even sharing the bed (but don’t worry, we’re strict about not sharing our food!). I have extensive experience with pets, having cared for my rescued 5-year-old cat, who now happily lives with my mom in Iran. I’ve also cared for two stray cats for two years while living in a village in Iran, and I have plenty of experience dog sitting both back home and here. We love keeping pet owners connected by sending regular photos and updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in loving, capable hands.

Aanbeveling

Parinaz did a fantastic job looking after my cat. She has made immediate friends with her and kept me updated with photos and videos while I was away. Definitely recommend!

Give your doggo a special day 🐶

Hi there. My name is Marcos and I am not great with words, thus why I love pets so much. I grew up with 3 dogs, 2 cats and many other pets. Unfortunately I don’t have any pets here in the Netherlands as I travel for work quite often. However, I dog sit whenever I can, I love going for long walks (I walk about 12km a day) and so I thought, why not combine it and give doggos some playtime? I am very caring for pets, and will most likely speak like a baby to your pet. I work as a photographer, so I’ll definitely have lots of pictures of your pet once our play time is over! I look forward to meeting you and your pet, cheers! ☺️

Playful, loving, down-to-earth & good communicator

I almost enjoy spending time with dogs more than with people. I really love social dogs and I love playing and training, which I find so rewarding! I get excited when dogs are excited and love learning, so I have no problem leaving the house 10 times a day to potty train a puppy or walk for two hours in the park with an active dog while throwing a ball or doing little search challenges. I also think it's much nicer to cuddle on the couch after a long (or short) day in the park. I have signed up to Petbnb, since I work too much to be a dog mom myself - instead I will be the fun aunt. More about my experience: I've grown up around labradors and a springer spaniel in my family, all family dogs and some also trained and used for hunting. It taught me simple training techniques and made me see the joy that comes with a well-behaved and loved dog. I was the regular dog sitter for a broholmer for a few years, we always had the best time together. Currently I am the regular sitter for an old staffy. We tend to spend more time on the couch than in the park, but that's her preference. I also love bringing her when getting a coffee with friends or take her on a drive somewhere fun outside the city. Additionally I volunteer at a dog shelter, where I clean and go for walks with the dogs. I meet many different breeds here every week, and additionally I get to learn from professional dog trainers and caretakers. I've previously owned an english bulldog, Benji, a young rescue. He had issues with eating, seperation and stress because of his experiences, which I worked on together with a professional trainer. I definitely have a soft spot for those bully breeds now. Dogs communicate so much to us, and it's very important to read their body language, while I only give simple, easy to understand commands and use my body language. I am always calm and let the dog come to me, so they feel more relaxed and they can trust me. I have a lot of patience when getting to know new dogs, and I really appreciate all the little wins along the way, also if your dog has any special needs. More about my personal life: I'm originally from Copenhagen and moved to Amsterdam three years ago, when my boyfriend got a job here. I took a chance, quit my job and moved. I have learned some dutch, but communicate better in english still. I work in the fashion industry in a creative job. - I currently work full time and commute, so only my weekends are available. - We have an elevator in our building, if we are dog sitting in our apartment.

Aanbeveling

Nanna helped us several times taking care of our labrador Turbo. She is always very kind, trustworthy, flexible, caring and paying the best attention to Turbo. She absolutly have a very good connection to dogs and understands their body language. Our absolutly best recommondations to Nanna.

Loving Care for All Animals <3

I love animals and have a lot of experience both with my own pets (of which I had quite a variety growing up) and also pet sitting. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, energy levels, and personality types. I also have a lot of experience with cats. I get a lot of joy from being around animals, and would love to share my love and attention with your furry family members! I'm currently a PhD student at Leiden University and so my schedule is quite flexible. Since I've been moving around a lot the past several years, I'm unable to have my own pets, and so I love every opportunity I have to get to spend time with someone else's pets. I'm looking forward to meeting yours soon! :-)

Skylar is great !! communicative and loving with Bu! can’t wait to have her help again

Danique and Carli dog sat my dog while I went away for a long weekend and they were so great with her! I’m so grateful to have found people who I know my dog loves!

Oppas Amsterdam Noord

Kelly took an amazing care for our dog Micha to a point he didn't want to go back home. Kelly's energy, love for pets and attention to details made Micha's stay perfect. Thank you!

Jane, Ivo and Bammbamm

I have had my dog since he was a puppy. My wife wants another one, but I'm not sure yet, as we might move intercontinental in a couple of years and the idea of a dog in a plane, sedated, stresses me out. helping others to take of their dog seems like a good combination to help others, while giving her a second dog in the house every now and then. Because we both are able to be working from home, there will be someone home most days though and for the the days we are not, we try to work half a day from home. once or twice a week, it might be up to 8 hours though, so that should be possible. therefore puppies are not a great fit, even though I would love to have one around. Normal walkschedule is a short walk in the morning. 30 minutes at lunch to a dog park. 15-60 minutes after work, depending on the weather. and 10 minutes before bed. Of course the dog gets lots of love and an elderly friend in Bammbamm. (please note that we do have stairs in our house) Ik spreek overigens ook Nederlands.

Thank you Ivo! Louie was having great time

Liefdevolle, ervaren én flexibele oppassers

[ENGLISH BELOW] Hi! Last but not least, staan we er allebei voor open om natuurlijk even (digitaal of thuis) kennis te maken. We are Braden (27) and Ashley (28). We have been living together in Amsterdam since 2023, after Braden (British/South African) moved to the Netherlands. We've both always had different types of dogs in our lives and miss it greatly now that we don't (yet) have one of our own. That's why we're really happy to be able to help others by offering dog-sitting services, while surrounding ourselves by dogs. We live just 5 minutes away from both Rembrandtpark and Erasmuspark (which even has a special area for dogs!), making it the perfect environment for outings. We both work mostly from home and are very flexible, meaning we can give a lot of attention to any dogs we’re looking after or easily drop by for a walk. We don’t have a preference for specific days or number of days, as long as we have enough time to plan accordingly. A few years ago, Ashley raised a litter with her own Shih Tzu and Chihuahua, so she has experience with both raising very young puppies and caring for senior dogs. Of course, every dog is different, but we are very aware of the unique needs of different breeds and ages. Last but not least, we’re both more than happy to meet (either digitally or in person) beforehand. We understand it can feel a bit nerve-wracking. So feel free to reach out if you’d like to know more! Warm regards, Braden and Ashley

Experienced dog carer in Amsterdam

Myself and my girlfriend, Sarah, are seeking to mind a dog on our work from home days. We live in a first floor apartment with a large terrace, very close to Erasmuspark and Rembrandtpark. We have a dog of our own, Cody, a two year old flat coated retriever who we walk three times per day (3x1 hour). Cody is very (perhaps a little too) friendly and docile, so, taking on a additional dog would be straightforward. Having a dog of our own, we have a wealth of experience in minding dog (Cody's been a handful, so we're used to dealing with all kinds of issues (sicknesses, etc.). If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask.

Loving and Reliable Pet Care in a Spacious Home

I’m a very attentive and caring person who connects easily with dogs. After 15 years of having pets, this is the first time I don’t have one, and I miss their company so much. It’s always a true pleasure to welcome them into my home. I live in a bright apartment of about 100m², with plenty of space to play and a cozy balcony. Pets are free to climb on the sofa, and I’ll gladly follow any special instructions you have for food, medication, or routines. Since I work from home, I’m available for up to three walks a day (or more if needed), ensuring your pet gets lots of attention and care. I’m most comfortable hosting small to medium size dogs who are used to doing their needs outdoors, so we can enjoy plenty of walks together.

Clara is amazing ….she wanted to make tutti is comfortable as possible …. Tutti loves cuddles so Clara paid close attention to tutti and always sent updates ❤️:pray_tone2:

Dog lover in Noord!

Hoi!

Experienced pet owner who loves dogs

Hi. I am a former dog owner. I had two dogs of my own before. I took care of and trained a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for 9 years until she passed away. Also I had taken care of a Maltese Terrier for 6 years. I am available each day, since I do not have a full time job right now. I am super excited that I found this platform cause I really love taking care of dogs. I enjoy their friendship very much. I like combing their hair, walking and feeding them. I am a very patient, caring and loving person. My phone number is 0686433352. Let me take care of your precious dogs!

Thank you Gulsu for taking such good care of Aiko during this Christmas week. Aiko felt at ease straight away and felt as he was at home. He will be happy to come back to see you again.

Floor is great and kind !! She took my dog for a few walks when I was unable to and he always came back happy.

Dierenvriend zoekt bijbaantje naast studeren
