Friendly Dog/Cat sitter in Amsterdam

I had 3 years of experience taking care of my dog and cat when I lived at my parents’ place, before that I had experience pet sitting my grandparents’ dog. Now I also have experience pet sitting dogs at my current place for short term (2-3 days) and a bit longer period (3 weeks), and it has been working quite well. When I am spending time with dogs, usually I will take them to parks or somewhere peaceful and full of nature. I will play balls (or their favorite toys) with them, and let them walk/run as much as they want. I always bring a water bottle, wet cleaning paper, and a trash bag with me, so when dogs are thirsty, I can give them water, or when they get dirty, I can clean them with the wet paper, and after they poop, I will pick it up and put it in the trash bag. It’s important to make our little friends feel happy, relaxed, and content, while keeping the environment clean. With cats I am quite experienced, because I spent almost everyday with my cat during Covid. We shared the bed together every night, and I love giving him massages and petting his little belly. I am quite sensitive to cats’ abnormal behaviors, so if anything goes wrong I can notice very fast. I find cats very lovable and healing, and luckily cats usually find me trustworthy. My room is 27 square meters, and I have a big living room, so there will be enough space for cats/dogs. Besides, there is a beautiful park near my place. If you need someone to take care of your pets, I highly recommend myself :)

Ruby was very sweet with Scotty. Took great care of him and sent me reassuring pictures when I left him with her for a couple of days. Would highly recommend her.

Ik hou ontzettend veel van honden

Ik ben opgegroeid met veel dieren om me heen en ik heb altijd honden in huis gehad. Als hondeneigenaar ben ik bekend met veel verschillende hondenrassen van groot tot klein. Hondenliefhebbers aan het water

Hallo hondenbezitters, Graag bieden mijn vriendin en ik ons aan om op jullie hond(en) te passen. Wij zijn woonachtig in Amsterdam Noord in een appartement met balkonnetje, aan het water met meerdere parkjes en stukjes groen om de hoek waar je met de hond kan lopen. Daarnaast wonen we niet ver van ‘t Twiske waar je de viervoeters heerlijk vrijuit kunnen rennen. Ik heb sinds mijn achtste een Friese Stabij gehad en ben dus echt opgegroei met honden. Daarnaast heb ik veel ervaring met oppassen op duck toller retrievers, labradors, golden retrievers, border-collies en doodle mixes. Door deze ervaring weet ik goed hoe ik met honden om moet gaan en hoe ik met ze moeten communiceren. Ik kan over het algemeen 3 a 4 keer per dag met de hond wandelen. Op dit moment staan we vooral open voor kortere periodes oppassen, maar evt zijn langere periodes wel bespreekbaar. Een ding is zeker, jouw hond wordt met zoveel liefde en zorg opgevangen dat hij/zij misschien wel niet meer terug wil ;) Stuur voor verdere vragen of een kennismaking gerust een berichtje!

Koen en zijn vriendin Madelon vormden een fantastisch oppasduo voor onze hond Carlos! Ze waren ontzettend lief, gezellig en verzorgend voor Carlos, en richting ons erg vriendelijk en snel en helder in de communicatie. Ook waren ze erg flexibel; toen we op de terugweg van vakantie vertraging hadden, kon hij zonder problemen een dag langer blijven. Kortom, als je op zoek bent naar een betrouwbare oppas en wilt dat je hond de tijd van zijn leven heeft, is Koen een absolute aanrader!

Hondenliefhebster die van wandelen houdt!

Hoi, Mijn naam is Esmée en ik ben 26 jaar. Ik heb sinds mijn 14e een hondje gehad. Zij was mijn alles en is helaas is zij begin dit jaar overleden. Ook lijkt het me leuk om thuis langs te komen en nieuwe omgevingen te ontdekken samen met uw hondje. Zoekt u een oppas die dol is op honden met heel haar hart? Our dog, Rebecca, was with Esmee for 11 days. We were so happy to see that "Becca" was having good time playing and enjoying parks and outise areas. We could see that with the photos and videos that Esmee sent to us daily. That's made us more reliefe because we could see her happy everyday. If its needed again, then i would ask Yamile again.that is why i would recommend Yamile to everyone
