I've always owned a dog myself back in my home country (Costa Rica) but I've also helped my neighbor with his dogs (German shepherds) when the female was pregnant or to just watch them while they went away for holiday. I've also participated in dog shows as the dog's handler, but I did with guidance of their owner. Overall I am very patient with dogs, I respect their boundaries and I'd say I am good at reading their body language. I prefer to watch dogs who get along with children, I have an almost 2 year old son. My oldest dog lived 16 years so I know how it is to prepare special food, be more gentle with elders and overall provide a good life quality

I LOVE animals

This is Mingchu. I’m working and living in the centre of Delft as an expat from China. I’d love to take care of your pet dog for a short period of time if possible. I had pets when I was a kid and I’ve always loved animals in my life. I wouldn’t be the most professional pet sitter but I’d love to try. I live on a first floor 78 m2 apartment near Delft station and I have time in the early morning, evening or during the day to take care and work with the dog if working from home.

Minchu took the time to meet with my dog and me in advance of the stay and listen to my explanations of my dog's needs. I didn't know there was going to be another dog present when we came for the meet and greet. That went okay but it would have been good to know in advance. My dog stayed one night (24 hours) and everything seemed to go fine! Mingchu followed my instructions for food and medicine and sent me photos of Rhuby in the apartment. I would book with Mingchu again. Thanks!

Hondenoppas voor kleine(re) honden 🐕

Ik ben dol op honden, al sinds dat ik ben opgegroeid met een jack russell. Zij is uiteindelijk 16 jaar oud geworden. Momenteel ben ik trotse baas van Kees, de keeshond op de foto’s. Een gecastreerde reu van 8,5 jaar oud die dol is op balletjes, aandacht en knuffels. Regelmatig pas ik op andere hondjes uit de buurt op, groot en klein, te zien op mijn overige foto’s. In het begin is het soms even wennen, maar het gaat altijd goed. Samen spelen, eten en stiekem toch wel op de bank slapen (wat eigenlijk niet mag ;)). Over mij: woonachtig in Rotterdam samen met mijn vriend en ik ben 30 jaar oud. Ik werk bij een IT bedrijf dus ik kan ontzettend veel thuiswerken en dat is alleen maar gezellig voor de hondjes! Achter onze voordeur zit een stijle trap, dus de oppashond moet te tillen zijn of trap kunnen lopen. Daarnaast heb ik dan wel geen tuin, maar de Kralingse Plas zit op 10 minuutjes lopen dus daar ben ik dagelijks met Kees en de eventuele oppashond te vinden! Kees heeft een lichte voorkeur voor teefjes en niet al te drukke hondjes.

Master to 8 dogs (But at home in India.)

I had 10 dogs back home but when I moved to Netherlands, I miss the presence of my pets and would love to host the dogs for the par time. As I am not sure with my future here, so it is difficult to have a pet permanently. Hence I thought it is the best option to sign up for this website. I live in a studio, where I have a huge terrace which will be enough for the pet. i live just next to station which makes it convenient for the owners to pick up and drop the dogs.

Wij als gezin komen uit hoek van Holland waar wij dus dicht bij zee en bos zitten. Wij houden van een lekker wandeling met de hond. For dogs: • I can give food (wet, dry, raw) • Give medicine (if needed) €1 extra/day • Wash and groom (if needed) €7 extra/one time; equipment such as shampoo and hairdryer are not provided • No nail clipping • Walk 1–2x a day for a minimum of 30 mins in total • Play (toys not provided) • Daily updates + pics (for home visit/stay) For cats: • I can give food (wet, dry, raw) • Give medicine (if needed) €1 extra/day • Wash and groom (if needed) €7 extra/one time; equipment such as shampoo and hairdryer are not provided • Nail clipping (included in the wash and groom) • Play (toys not provided) • Daily updates + pics (for home visit/stay) Important notice! • On a walk with dogs, I am open to also playing catch with them (only if you inform me that the dog is already trained). • Any allergies or medical situations need to be informed as specifically as possible, as soon as possible. • I can provide raw food by preparing it by hand (as some pets require a certain diet). Unfortunately, ingredients for it need to be provided by the owner in their own place. • I do not take any pets into my home for any reason, as I own pets as well. • I can only give oral and skin medicine to pets; I am not equipped to give any injections or any other medical practices. • A receipt of any extra services conducted (giving medicine and/or wash and groom) will be provided if necessary. • If urgent care from a pet hospital is needed, I will call the nearest location to the house (in case information about your personal choice of vet is not provided beforehand).

Adinda looked after our two dogs, Amber and Ivy. She is great with communication, is attentive and most importantly did great with our dogs. Both our dogs felt right at home with her and she took great care of them the day we were away. I strongly recommend her.
