Because I have dogs I couldn't bear to see a puppy living a miserable life, so I bought this puppy from a neighbour who was selling dogs and named him DD. After that it was my family who adopted a stray dog in 2019 and named her Sunny.Sunny is really tame and has recently passed her therapy dog exam and is already able to read with the kids. In 2021, we adopted our first kitten in the family, named "Joey", and she has been living with dogs ever since. I'll throw a ball and play with them when I walk the dogs and pick up dog poop on walks.

Dieren hebben altijd als een rode draad door mijn leven gelopen. Als kind hadden wij thuis altijd honden, katten, konijnen, cavia's ( niet alles te gelijk:), heb jarenlang paard gereden. Mijn 2 zoons en ik zelf hebben onze eerste gezamenlijke hond, op 11 jarige leeftijd moeten laten gaan.Missen hem intens. Hebben nu nog 1 poes van 14 jaar en sinds maart 2023 een zeer sociale, rustige, goed opgevoede, 3 jarige Siberische Husky die ik vanuit de pleeg , ( toen werkend bij een asiel) en training uiteindelijk bij mij is gebleven. Het lijkt mij heerlijk om in een andere mooie omgeving voor een lieve andere sociale hond ( en ) te zorgen, mits ik Zoya ,mijn Siberische Husky mee kan/mag nemen.Samen te wandelen, te spelen en genieten van de omgeving ( mogen ook andere dieren bij zijn natuurlijk :)) Eind 2019 aan werk gegaan als vrijwilliger bij een dierenasiel op de honden afdeling. Begin van Corona, was ik daar zo'n 3 tot 4x p.w.en hielp de kennels schoonmaken, wandelen, socialiseren, trainen van de honden, inwerken nieuwe mensen, ondersteunen vrijwilligers, bijeenkomsten enz. Veel geleerd en meer passie voor de honden gekregen. Hierdoor besloten o.a. een opleiding te volgen tot hondengedragstherapeut Tevens met 8 anderen in dienst geweest als Puppyteam voor 7 maanden In wisseldiensten, 18 Drachtige mama's ondersteund + socialisatie met geboorte van totaal 142 pups en bijkomende werkzaamheden. Een bijzondere en rijke ervaring. Daarna blijven hangen bij het hondenteam zelf. Nu niet meer werkzaam bij het asiel, wel zelf coachen en trainen van honden en mensen. Tevens Sport & Ontspanning therapeut. Daarvoor jaren in evenementen branche gewerkt. Beurzen, congressen, evenementen nat.+Int. Alles zzp, wat mij vooral de laatste jaren zeer flexibel maakt:) Ik hou van de natuur en buiten zijn. Vooral bos,duin,heide. Hey! Me and my very friendly and social Cockapoo are always excited to have other dogs join us. As with my own dog, I will make sure your dog is safe and happy with us for when you return to pick them up. As i do have a dog, I ask that we first meet so i can observe how the dogs get along first. It is very important to me that the dogs are comfortable together and enjoy themselves (both when playing and during rest). So, before any over night requests, let’s first start with a few hours at my place during the day. My home: I live in a doggy proofed apartment next to the Venserpolder metro and Duivendrecht train station with everything a dog might need or want including toys and snacks for days. While here: Nearby by, there are many green spaces (right next to my front door) and a dog walking path is located within a few mins walk away. The are also happens to be an off leash area for dogs to run around (if your dog can be let off leash and has a good recall). So, whether your dog loves to go out for a walk in the woods, run in open fields or sniffing grass, my dog and I are ready to join. For longer stays with me, I will also take the dogs to the beach (Bloomendal) or a bigger green area (Diemen Bos, Amsterdamse Bos, Gasperplas) where they can run freely once or twice a week. I take my dog out for walks every 4-6 hours (happy to adjust as needed for your dog). Text me if you have any questions for me or if you have any unique requirements your dog may need.

Honden liefhebbers in de Rivierenbuurt 🤎

Hi, ik ben Aileen! Ik werk als freelance fotograaf, waardoor ik doordeweeks vaak flexibel ben en veel vanuit huis werk. Ik woon samen met mijn vriend, die ook zzp'er is. Daardoor is er bijna altijd wel iemand thuis. Daarom lijkt het ons leuk om af en toe op honden te passen via Petbnb. Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en heb eigenlijk altijd honden om me heen gehad. Vroeger hadden wij thuis een Briard en tegenwoordig hebben mijn ouders een Labradoodle, Cavapoo en een Roemeense straathond. Daarnaast heb ik de afgelopen jaren regelmatig op hun honden gepast. Mijn vriend en ik hebben zelf ook een hond: Moos, een jonge Border Collie x Samojeed kruising. Hij is sociaal, speels en kan goed overweg met andere honden. Daarom vinden we het belangrijk dat een eventuele logeerhond ook vriendelijk is naar andere honden. We wonen in de Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam, in een ruim appartement met twee balkons. Op loopafstand liggen verschillende parken en groenstroken waar we dagelijks wandelen. Honden die bij ons logeren worden echt onderdeel van ons dagelijks leven: we maken fijne wandelingen, zorgen voor voldoende rust en natuurlijk ook voor de nodige aandacht en knuffels. Omdat we maar af en toe oppassen, nemen we alleen honden aan waarvan we denken dat ze goed bij ons en bij Moos passen. Daarom vinden we het fijn om vooraf eerst even kennis te maken. Stuur gerust een berichtje als je denkt dat jouw hond zich bij ons thuis zou voelen 🐶

Onze labradoodle Kiwi heeft 3 weekjes bij Aileen en haar vriend mogen logeren. Ging super! Veel updates en foto’s gekregen en onze lieve kiwi is erg goed verzorgd :grin: heel blij mee!

Zelf ben ik 30 jaar en heb mijn hele leven honden om mij heen gehad. Ik heb een deeltijd hond (Paco) met mijn beste vriendin die in Hillegom woont. Ik hou ervan om te kroelen en spelen met honden en om lange wandelingen met ze te maken. Op de dagen dat Paco er niet is, mis ik hem enorm. Daarom wil ik dat gat opvullen en liefde en aandacht geven aan een (oppas)hond! Het is een win-win situatie. Ik heb een flexibel rooster. Er is veel mogelijk in overleg! Een oppashond wil ik in huis als Paco er niet is. Als ik een klik verwacht tussen de honden, dan kunnen we ze een keer buiten laten ontmoeten en als ze elkaar beter kennen, kan de hond ook in huis als Paco er wel is. Maar daarvoor moet wel echt een band zijn opgebouwd. Overigens heb ik een diep balkon waar ze lekker van de buitenlucht kunnen genieten.

Bruno heeft het erg naar zijn zin gehad bij Michelle. Hij heeft veel geknuffeld, gewandeld en aandacht gekregen.

Enthousiaste ervaren honden liefhebber

Ik ben opgegroeid vroeger met vier honden, twee Duitse herders en twee havanezers (kleine hondjes). Mijn liefde voor honden is enorm groot. Momenteel hebben mijn vriend en ik een hele lieve labradoodle (Valerie), uit het asiel gehaald. Zij is 3 jaar oud en nu bijna 1 jaar bij ons. Wij vinden het leuk om met Valerie naar het Amsterdamse bos te gaan of om ergens anders een lekkere wandeling te maken. Valerie is een hele makkelijke hond en kan eigenlijk met elke andere hond opschieten. Wij zijn flexibel met oppassen. Wij passen het liefst op honden die goed met een andere hond overweg kunnen.

I know their secrets spots of them to make them feel comfortable. The Biggest Animal Lover You’ll Ever Meet

I grew up with all types of animals back in North Carolina, from dogs to lizards, you name it. I learned how to care for creatures, big to small, whether they were my own pets or not. While living in Amsterdam for 9 years I have taken on a few opportunities to pet sit and loved it.
