Ik ben altijd al dol geweest op alle honden, ongeacht hun ras. Altijd geĆÆnteresseerd geweest in de gedachten van een hond. Hun blijdschap, nadat ze zijn uitgelaten...... Ik heb altijd honden gehad, van Pitbull tot Poedel en als laatste een Springer Spaniel en een Cocker Spaniel. Ik laat niet meer dan 3 honden per wandeling uit, zodat ik altijd de volle aandacht heb voor uw hond en de groep nooit (te) groot en onoverzichtelijk wordt. De wandelingen duren gemiddeld een uur (soms iets langer) en vinden plaats in het Amsterdamse Bos. Eventueel is het ook mogelijk om naar het strand te gaan, tijd/dag kan in overleg.

Gek op honden, lief, betrouwbaar en professioneel!

Ik woon in de buurt van 2 parken en ik vind het leuk om verschillende wandelingen te maken. Af en toe naar het bos, dat is ook heerlijk! Ik laat de honden zeker 3 x per dag uit en zorg dat ze lekker kunnen rennen en spelen. Knuffelen is ook noodzakelijk, tenminste als de hond daarvan houdt natuurlijk. Als het zomer is, is de kans groot dat ik overdag extra lang met de honden buiten ben, of een keer naar het strand ga of een andere plek in de natuur. Ik heb veel ervaring met allerlei soorten honden en ik heb ook diverse opleidingen gedaan (kynologisch instructeur en gedragstherapie). Honden voelen zich snel op hun gemak bij mij.

Groot hart en veel liefde te geven

Playful, loving, down-to-earth & good communicator

I almost enjoy spending time with dogs more than with people. I really love social dogs and I love playing and training, which I find so rewarding! I get excited when dogs are excited and love learning, so I have no problem leaving the house 10 times a day to potty train a puppy or walk for two hours in the park with an active dog while throwing a ball or doing little search challenges. I also think it's much nicer to cuddle on the couch after a long (or short) day in the park. I have signed up to Petbnb, since I work too much to be a dog mom myself - instead I will be the fun aunt. More about my experience: I've grown up around labradors and a springer spaniel in my family, all family dogs and some also trained and used for hunting. It taught me simple training techniques and made me see the joy that comes with a well-behaved and loved dog. I was the regular dog sitter for a broholmer for a few years, we always had the best time together. Currently I am the regular sitter for an old staffy. We tend to spend more time on the couch than in the park, but that's her preference. I also love bringing her when getting a coffee with friends or take her on a drive somewhere fun outside the city. Additionally I volunteer at a dog shelter, where I clean and go for walks with the dogs. I meet many different breeds here every week, and additionally I get to learn from professional dog trainers and caretakers. I've previously owned an english bulldog, Benji, a young rescue. He had issues with eating, seperation and stress because of his experiences, which I worked on together with a professional trainer. I definitely have a soft spot for those bully breeds now. Dogs communicate so much to us, and it's very important to read their body language, while I only give simple, easy to understand commands and use my body language. I am always calm and let the dog come to me, so they feel more relaxed and they can trust me. I have a lot of patience when getting to know new dogs, and I really appreciate all the little wins along the way, also if your dog has any special needs. More about my personal life: I'm originally from Copenhagen and moved to Amsterdam three years ago, when my boyfriend got a job here. I took a chance, quit my job and moved. I have learned some dutch, but communicate better in english still. I work in the fashion industry in a creative job. - I currently work full time and commute, so only my weekends are available. - We have an elevator in our building, if we are dog sitting in our apartment.

I work in Marketing and living south of vondelpark , , Amsterdam. My house is a 2BHK and quite spacious. My flatmate and i love dogs and dogs are great company to have! I also really enjoy going on walks so having pawprints along my walk is always fun. I treat a dog as a homie and will take care of it like my own :) I do not speak Dutch and dog love has no language. The dog owner needs to feel comfortable on few important points - the dog is well taken care of and a priority (not left on it's own, fed on time & taken for walks) and the dog is comfortable with the babysitter. Therefore, when i baby sit a dog, i'll ensure that i take care of it. I also love having a dog around as they are adorable and usually the dog shares the same with me. For dog sitting, I would like to understand any Do and don'ts, if any. I prefer to take dogs that are trained not to pee in the house and the dog must be vaccinated. Also, if any food needs to be given to the dog, the owner must provide me with the same. ( I ofcourse have some dog treats but not full meals) Lastly, if i keep your dog please be rest assured that the dog will be happy and safe : )

Ik ben een geduldige, speelse en lieve hondenfan!

Mijn ouders hebben 2 labradors. 1 van 12 en 1 pup. Ik ben dus vanaf jongs af aan opgegroeid met honden en ben een echt honden mens. Hello from a local dog lover and enthusiast! I have loved dogs for all of my life, and had my own (Captain, a rescued mutt) since I was 12 years old. Although I've only sporadically had a dog in my own vicinity since then, I spent a few months dog-sitting a doberman during a workaway two years ago, and spent this summer on a husky kennel in Tana, Norway caring for and doing the daily routines of 47 huskies (including 4 puppies and 11 yearlings). My experience with dogs I would consider wide-ranging, and I am so happy to hang out with dogs as it really brings me the greatest joy. I have a cosy and relatively large flat which I share with my roommate who is a horseback-rider and fellow animal lover and enthusiast. This means that your pooch will get a 2-for-1 deal and friend in us both (although the dog would be my responsibility and remain in my space mostly). However, as there are two of us, and I live in a building with many friends nearby, the dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. I am a student with a schedule that is heavy on Mondays and Thursdays, with the other days all 'off' (and a 3 hour course on Wednesdays), meaning I have plenty of free time to watch after and hang out with a canine companion. Additionally, there is always someone nearby should there be an emergency that needs tending to, and my uni is a 6 minute walk from the flat, for extra insurance.

Whenever I see a dog, any dog - I think of Yara immediately. My first reaction is to grab my phone and film the dog I have juste seen, and send it to her. That is the kind of power she has over me. Even amongst my group of friends, it is a given that no one loves their dog more than Yara loves hers. She has great patience and care for animals, even more so when it comes to her own dog, Blondie. Yara will immediately notice when something is wrong with Blondie, and always knows what to do. She never uses violence, ever, and has a solution for all of Blondie's tantrums. Honden liefhebber die graag wandelt!

Ik ben een 23 jaar wonende in Amsterdam West, altijd op gegroeid met honden thuis. I cared for and trained these sweeties, gave them a safe and loving home to decompress from all the hardships, before they got adopted #savinglives Your dog will receive maximum attention, play time, walks, bathroom stops and belly rubs :-))). And of course I will sent you photo/video/text updates so you are assured your furry sweetheart has the best time ever. Your dog will be walked at least two to three times a day (depending on how long the sitting lasts). Your pup may be left alone 2 hours max. There are no other pets in my home. I live on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator, so be aware your dog needs to be able to take stairs or is fine with being carried. My home is near the Vondelpark so I am well situated to take your pupper to enjoy some exercise and fresh air. Please, feel free to reach out to me. Elke dag maakt ik samen met mijn hond (Podenco) een mooie uitgebreide wandeling in diverse gebieden. Het lijkt mij erg leuk om deze wandeling te vergezellen met honden die dit ook erg leuk vinden en dit ook goed kunnen gebruiken. De wandeling wordt ervaren als een van de leukste dingen op de dag. Ik kies elke dag zorgvuldig weer een andere route waardoor het elke dag weer een nieuw avontuur wordt. Bij voorkeur kies ik de wat rustigere gebieden op waardoor ik mij vaak alleen waan met de hond. Dit vind ik heerlijk! Mijn hond is een adoptie-hond Podenco uit Spanje en heb ik vanaf pup. Ik ben helemaal in het honden gedrag gedoken en heb direct een 12 weken cursus praktijk en theorie gedaan. Hier heb ik enorm veel geleerd en is de band met mijn hond versterkt. Het samenzijn gaat nu zo natuurlijk dat ik voel dat ik er best nog 1 of 2 bij kan hebben tijdens het wandelen. Ik ben opzoek naar de wat makkelijkere honden om uit te laten die over het algemeen vrolijk gestemd zijn en makkelijk in de omgang zijn met andere honden en mensen. Honden die een lange mooie wandeling erg kunnen waarderen waardoor ze daarna heerlijk kunnen slapen.
