I've taken care of dogs since I was 9 years old. My family had a golden retriever when I was growing up and I would also take care of the dogs of neighbors and relatives when they were on vacation. I have raised my current dog Yosemite on my own since I adopted her as a puppy in 2019. I love taking care of animals and making sure they are happy, exercised, and loved.

I work from home 3-4 days a week (typically Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays) and am available to dog sit during the day when I'm home. I am also available most weekends Friday - Sunday for dog daycare or boarding.

My partner and I have a spacious home with a large fenced garden in the backyard. My dog will be overjoyed to play with yours. I would love to take your dog along to the river beach or forest for some fun exercise and play time. If necessary I have a crate/dog bed for your dog, but they will also be welcome on the furniture. We do have 2 cats, one who stays mostly indoors and another who roams around outside. They mostly avoid our dog, but if your dog has a high prey drive and/or is very fearful of cats then our place would probably not be suitable.
