š¶ Dogs: Forever Faithful Friends š¾
When I was nine years old, I welcomed my first dog into my lifeāa terrier of an unknown breed. From that day forward, dogs have been part of my family. Over twenty years, my parents and I have raised four dogs from playful puppies to gentle seniors, including my first terrier, who lived a long, healthy life until the age of 18 and passed away peacefully several years ago. These years taught me how to provide attentive, individualized care, recognizing each dogās unique personality and needs, and ensuring they always feel secure, comfortable, and loved.
I am currently pursuing my PhD at TU Delft. I recently have completed my dissertation and this gives me a highly flexible schedule. I am available for short- or long-term sitting, daily visits, or overnight stays, and I am happy to accommodate last-minute or extended requests.
Although my own dogs are now with my parents in China, I miss their companionship deeply during my time in the Netherlands. My parents have never been able to travel together without our dogs because they could never find someone they trusted to care for them. This experience has made me fully appreciate how important it is for pet owners to find a reliable, compassionate sitterāsomeone who will treat pets not just as animals, but as beloved family members. Thatās why I am committed to caring for your dog as if it was my own, providing the same dedication and affection I gave my pets for nearly two decades.
I live in a pet-friendly, 30 m² rented studio in the city centre of Delft, where dogs are warmly welcomed. However, due to the size of my living space, I can only host one small dog at a time. I will provide regular updates with photos or videos, so you can have complete peace of mind knowing your beloved companion is in caring, capable hands.
