Hi, we are going on holiday for 2,5 to 3 weeks. Whilst considering to take our Golden Retriever dog (Nala) along, we also see that this may be challenging at times.
So I am placing this call, to see if it would be at all possible for to look after at such short notice for app. 2,5 - 3 weeks.
She is a young dog (1,5 yrs), enthusiastic, playful and sweet. She can also be very relaxed. She can be alone for 3 to even 4 hours, but not all day. She enjoys human company, comes and sits where you are, is easy to get along with, loves other dogs. She can be a bit hectic on a first meet, but quickly quietens down.
She goes to a doggy day care twice a week, so is used to being 'in a pack' and in a different place. Although she has never stayed over somewhere else.
She does not need a long walk every time you take her out, we often just go around the block (with one longer walk in the neighboorhood). But she does need to loose some energy a few times a week. So running freely on the beach and swimming in the sea is ideal, or just running in Caprera for example.
