I enjoy taking care of dogs. For my 8th birthday my parents gave me the best present of my life—a puppy. Funnily enough, the puppy's name was Gift. He quickly became a family member, and I was his "mom”,taking care of him. We shared both good and challenging times, from our evening walks in the park that were my daily meditation, to the tough moments when he was unwell, and so much more. In my family we even nicknamed the park, where we walked him every day, after him—Gift's Park. When I was 18, I moved to the Netherlands and started working as a dog sitter. Every dog is different and has its own personality, and I truly enjoy this as a side job. I’ve been doing this for 6 years now. I have experience with other pets as well - I took care of guinea pigs and a parrot. A bit about me: - I live alone in a studio apartment, and I’m lucky to have Westerpark nearby— it's a great place to walk with dogs - I work for an insurance company and work from home, so I can stay with a dog all day. - My hobbies are dancing and clay crafts, which I enjoy in my free time. Our beloved Dalmatian sadly passed away at the age of 14. We are not ready to welcome a new dog of our own yet, but I really miss having dogs in my life. Dog walking and pet sitting give me that special contact again — and some welcome extra exercise too! Friends regularly trust us with their dogs and cats, so I have experience caring for different breeds, ages, personalities and energy levels. I am comfortable with walking, feeding, playing, following individual routines and giving medication when needed. I work mostly from home, which allows me to offer flexible walking times and plenty of attention. We also have a calm 17-year-old cat and children at home. Therefore, dogs staying with us must be friendly and comfortable around both cats and children. Every pet in our home is treated with patience, affection and respect.

Hi allemaal! I.v.m. internationale hondeneigenaren is de introductie in het Engels. I’m a 26-year-old student with lifelong experience in training and raising dogs. By taking behavioral dog training courses as well as teaching our late Swiss shepherd agility and tracking, I’ve grown to love shepherds and retrievers. However, I am a big fan of most other breeds too! While I live in an apartment, it is located right next to the Amstel - with plenty outdoor space and a short metro ride from Gaasperplas. I’m well-versed in outdoor and indoor activities, and like to keep dogs occupied and happy. Open for discussion is the question whether your dog likes to do shared walks - my parents live nearby with our Collie-Husky mix (as seen in my fourth photo). (Note: when I’m unavailable, my mother (an experienced dog trainer) likes to offer herself up as a back-up. I can ask for her availability too, if your dog doesn’t mind staying with her and the family dog.) Chili heeft een super fijne dag gehad bij Kim :hugging:! Lekker veel gespeeld en veel ruimte gekregen om haar energie kwijt te raken! Zelfs nog wat trainingen tussendoor. Overall, blije pup! En wij waren blij met alle tussentijdse updates/filmpjes! Ze kijkt er naar uit om volgend weekend een nachtje te logeren en weer met Marlowe te spelen.

26-jarige climate studies master student met een passie voor natuur, en dus ook dieren! Ideaal voor een uitlaatsessie in het bos of park als deze in de buurt te vinden zijn. Ik heb altijd een kat als huisdier gehad, daarnaast ook konijnen. Beide met veel plezier verzorgd. Helaas zat een hond bij mijn ouders thuis er niet in, desondanks vele pogingen. Omdat ik zelf nog geen huisdieren kan nemen, vanwege mijn studentenkamer, wil ik die behoefte graag hier uiten! Wanneer ik de kans krijg om een hond van een vriend, of wie dan ook, uit te laten, grijp ik meteen die kans. Honden, katten en andere huisdieren verzorg ik allemaal graag. Vanwege mijn woonsituatie is het niet mogelijk om huisdieren op te vangen, dus alleen huisbezoek is mogelijk. ENGLISH: 26-year old climate studies master student with a passion for nature, and therefore also animals! Ideal for an outdoor session in the woods or park if these can be found nearby. I have always had a cat as a pet, as well as rabbits. Both with great pleasure. Unfortunately, a dog at my parents' house was not in it, despite many attempts. Because I can't have pets myself yet, because of my student room, I would like to express that need here! Whenever I get the chance to walk a friend's dog, or anyone else, I immediately take it. I like to take care of dogs, cats and other pets. Due to my living situation, it is not possible to host pets, so only home visits are possible. I don't see this as a permanent job or as a big income, I would like to do this to get outside more and interact with animals more, and then it is of course nice to earn something from that. I have loved dogs all my life from childhood forth

I am 68 year old but have a lot of experience with dogs. I have had 4 dogs myself as long as I am married (37 years), and have looked after dogs of the neigbours too since my childhood. I love dogs very much. One of my neighbours had a problem with his American Pitbul Terrier and had so much trust in me, that I took care of this young dog more than a year in my own house, till they reshaped their house to better fit the animals (dogs and cats) that they had. I loved this intelligent special dog, and trained him to be a good and save dog to keep. I work full time during the week, so I am at this moment only available on Saturdays and on Sunday afternoon for full care. I can walk dogs also now and then in the evening if its near my house. I live near the Amsterdam Wood in Amstelveen.

Hoi! Wat leuk dat je op mijn pagina terrecht bent gekomen! Als ontzettend grote dieren lief hebber, en trotse eigenaar van mijn 3 lieve katten en hondje bied ik mij graag aan als oppas voor jou geliefde viervoeter! Ik ben al een aantal jaar werkende in de zorg, en nu sinds een aantal weken de overstap aan het maken om te doen wat ik het aller leukst vind, en dat is met dieren werken. Op dit moment werk ik ook ik een hondenpension en lijkt het mij heel leuk om daarnaast nog een aantal extra uren van mijn week oppas aan te bieden! Ik ben zelf altijd opgegroeid met honden en zet mij daarnaast extra in om dieren in nood te helpen. Mijn lieve driepoot katje heb ik uit een oorlogsgebied geadopteerd, en mijn hondje Puck als buitenlandse straathond ook naar Nederland gebracht om hun hier het beste leven te kunnen geven wat ze verdiennen! Ik ben bekend met verschillende rassen, bij zowel katten als honden en verschillende problematieken hierbij! Ik vind het erg belangrijk dat wanneer ik op uw geliefde dier pas u een goed beeld van mij heeft en ik van u en uw huisdier. Ik sta daarom altijd open voor een kennismakingsgesprek! My preference would be to have all information beforehanded to know what your furry family member loves, dislikes, or is allowed to do so I can adhere to this. Moreover, I speak English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento. Thus, can communicate with your furry love in the prefered communication language.

Indra heeft 2.5 weken op Doggo gepast en de twee zijn echt dikke vriendjes geworden! We kregen elke dag veel foto's door en soms ook videos en bij alles wat niet oké leek kregen we een berichtje om te checken. Doggo zelf heeft het enorm naar haar zin gehad!
