Na opgegroeid te zijn met katten begon ik op mijn 13e al mijn eerste honden uitlaatservice voor familie en kennissen. Zo was ik twee jaar lang de vaste oppas voor Beer (kruising). Inmiddels heb ik ruime ervaring met verschillende (kleine en middelgrote) rassen en heb ik een aantal terugkerende oppashondjes. Ik woon in een appartementje aan de rand van het centrum van de stad en kijk tijdens het oppassen altijd uit naar de spelen, knuffelen en de wandelingen naar bijvoorbeeld Bilderdijkpark of Geuzekade. Indien de gasthond houdt van spelen met andere honden heb ik voldoende vrienden met honden die graag een playdate inplannen. Hierbij laten we al-tijd(!) de honden eerst op een veilige manier kennismaken. Ik ben een betrouwbare oppas die haar thuiswerk dagen en vrije tijd gemakkelijk kan aanpassen naar de routine van een gasthond. Verwacht regelmatig updates (met foto’s) gedurende het verblijf van jouw hondje. Note: In verband met mijn relatief kleine appartement op 1-hoog pas ik enkel op kleine en middelgrote rassen die zindelijk zijn.

This is my second time using Danielle, and again she is the BEST dog sitter there is. She has a stash of dog toys and treats at her house that she greets your pet with to make them feel comfortable immediately. She consistently sends pictures/updates of your pup- which is something I love. I honestly think my dog may *almost* prefer her over me.

Het fijnste is als de huisdieren hier komen in huiselijke sfeer, mits het natuurlijk matcht met mijn hond en ze kinderen zijn gewend zijn. Vrijblijvend kennis maken is dan dan ook wel wenselijk. De dieren die hier welkom zijn: -Honden, cavia, konijnen, hamsters, vissen, vogels, fretten, Eventueel andere kleine huisdieren in kleine kooi zijn ook welkom die ik hier niet genoemd heb. Ik snap dat het hier logeren niet altijd kan dus kan zeker ook op huisbezoek gaan voor eventueel katten en alle bovenstaande dieren die ik heb vernoemd. Ik kan dan gelijk thuis ook even de planten water geven binnen en in de tuin en of balkon. (Zit allen in de prijs inbegrepen) uw post netjes opruimen. Tussen door stofzuigen, de vuilnis doen zo dat u in een net huis terug komt! Om een heerlijke wandeling te maken met de hond sta ik ook zeker voor open. Denk dat ik zo wel alles heb benoemd :) Vrijblijvend kennismaken is natuurlijk altijd mogelijk om te kijken of het allemaal klikt en alles qua werkzaamheden en de prijs valt nog te bespreken. Eventuele referenties kan ik doorgeven als daar vraag naar is van de diverse huisdieren. Als je nog vragen hebt stuur me gerust een berichtje!

Mijn hond was erg op haar gemak bij Melissa :) Ze heeft het erg naar haar zin gehad!

Me and my husband are both dog lovers and grew up with dogs around. We want a dog of our own, but currently we live in a rental apartment and we both work a lot. We think that right now our lives are to volatile to raise a pup, but we never let the chance of dogsitting slip away when our friends need some help 🌸 I got to know very different dogs in my life and I understand that they might need patience and different approaches. I knew dogs that suffer from anxiety, some are just goofballs that need a lot of entertainment and some of them can be really uptight and defensive. But there is nothing more rewarding than earning a dogs trust. For example, here in Amsterdam I am regularly taking care of my friends foster dog. She’s been through a lot of hardships in life, but after a while I was finally able to earn her trust and my friend can travel on the weekends 🥰 I see dogsitting as a wonderful opportunity for me to share the love for dogs and support dog owners, while currently our life situation doesn’t allow us to adopt one ourselves.

Hondenvriend die meteen vertrouwd wordt

Ik laat al ruim zeven jaar honden uit voor buurtgenoten. Heb snel veel vertrouwen bij ze geboekt en een goede band met ze opgebouwd. Ze voelen meteen dat ik het goed met ze voor heb. Lekker wandelen in het park, het liefst zonder riem, als mogelijk. Ik laat ze graag genieten van wat vrijheid, maar ben ook duidelijk in mijn bevelen. Laat ze lekker spelen met bal of stok. Er staat in mijn profiel dat ik geen buitenruimte heb, dwz geen tuin, maar wel een heerlijk balkon. Als het een langere periode is dat honden bij mij verblijven, maximaal 1 week, moet de hond wel even alleen gelaten kunnen worden. Als de hond goed alleen kan zijn, is een langere periode bespreekbaar. Als je hond makkelijk mee te nemen is of een paar uur alleen kan zijn, dan is mijn kalender flexibeler. nu staan de dagen aangevinkt waarop ik geen afspraak heb. Ik ben een betrouwbaar iemand, die altijd haar afspraken nakomt. Eventuele referenties daarvoor kun je krijgen bij de hondeneigenaren van mijn uitlaathonden, of Petbnb reviews. Ik pas het liefst op kleine tot middelgrote honden. Ik ben zelf nl. ook niet zo groot. Ik heb de cursus ‘liefdevolle communicatie met je hond’ bij Stressless dogs gedaan.

Brigitte is een ontzettend lieve en enthousiaste hondenliefhebber. Ze wil alles over je hond weten om zo goed mogelijk voor haar logé te kunnen zorgen. Ze stuurt fijne updates en foto’s. Ruby was helemaal op haar gemak, en ik dus ook. Geen moment twijfel of ze wel in goede handen was. ook verwacht zeker dat Ruby vaker zal gaan logeren bij Brigitte :smiley:. Oppas die veel liefde te geven heeft

Ik ben vaak liever omringd door dieren dan door mensen. Waarom? Door de onvoorwaardelijke liefde en enthousiasme die ze brengen. Ik wandel veel en neem graag een hond mee. Ik zou het liefst een hond hebben, maar door mijn huidige leven is dat lastig. Ik werk 3 dagen per week vanuit kantoor en ik woon alleen. Mijn hond zou dus vaker alleen zijn en dat vind ik niet oké. Vrienden hebben ook honden en daar zorg ik graag voor. Ik heb ervaring met kleine en grote honden. Mijn ouders hebben een teckel. Vrienden hebben een Weimaraner, een vuilnisbakras uit Griekenland, een rottweiler en een Duitse herder. Ik pas ook vaker op de kat van een vriendin waar ik dan of slaap of langsga om even te knuffelen. Wat over mijn eigen hobbies; ik wandel graag en ben veel buiten. Ook sport ik vaak. Ik ben graag thuis waar ik alleen woon en hou van uitgebreid koken. Een hond zou hier rust vinden en zou veel liefde en aandacht krijgen. Het is voor mij niet mogelijk om een hond een langere periode achter elkaar in huis te geven, omdat ik ook vaak dagen weg ben. Dagopvang en een nachtje logeren kan natuurlijk wel. Ook zou ik wel een langere peride in het huis van het baasje kunnen verblijven.

Al van kinds af aan ben ik een enorme dierenliefhebber. Het allerliefst zou ik zelf een hond adopteren, maar qua werksituatie is dat nu helaas niet mogelijk. English below! Wij zijn Berit en Shivara, een ervaren hondenliefhebbend stel met 9 jaar praktijkervaring in de verzorging van honden. Together, we've raised our dog Milo from puppyhood to adulthood, giving us a deep understanding of dogs of all ages, personalities, and energy levels. We're both active people who love being outdoors, whether it's walks, adventures, or simply spending time outside with dogs. At the same time, we work from home, which means visiting dogs receive plenty of supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day and are rarely left alone. We live in a house with a secure garden, providing plenty of space for dogs to play, explore, and relax safely. Our dog Milo is friendly, social, and gets along well with all dogs, making him a great companion for visiting pups. Our household also includes two children on a part-time basis, both comfortable and experienced around dogs, helping create a calm, welcoming, and social environment. With our combination of experience, availability, and active lifestyle, we'll make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and part of the family while you're away.
