Ervaren hondenbaasjes zoeken naar logeerhondjes

Wij (mijn vriendin en ik) wonen sinds kort samen en zijn allebei dol op honden. Wij hebben bij onze ouders thuis altijd honden gehad toen we nog bij hen woonden. We hebben dus al veel ervaring met het zorgen voor viervoeters! Het liefst nemen we zelf ook zo snel mogelijk een eigen hond, maar omdat we soms allebei een dag niet thuis zijn is dat nu nog niet handig. Op de dagen dat we wel thuis zijn, willen we daarom heel graag wat honden te gast hebben! Ons huis zit op de begane grond een heeft een grote open woonkamer/keuken, waardoor wij altijd in dezelfde ruimte zijn als de honden en ze goed gezelschap kunnen houden :) Wij helpen andere hondeneigenaren graag door een dagje oppas te zijn. De helft van onze opbrengsten doneren we aan goede dierenwelzijn doelen!

Mijn hond Cosmo heeft een fijne dag gehad bij Thomas en Margot. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Hi! I’ve always loved dogs, and being around animals has been an important part of my life. I grew up in a family with dogs, so caring for them has always felt natural to me. Before moving to the Netherlands, I regularly took care of my brother’s dog, Nala (she’s the one in my profile picture!). We spent lots of time together going on walks, playing, and keeping a fun routine at home. One of our favorite games was hide-and-seek, and I also loved teaching her little tricks. We had a great experience with Lucia! She was very caring and attentive, and kept us updated throughout Luna’s stay with lots of photos and videos. Ik heb al van kleins af aan huisdieren. Zelf hebben wij nu een hond “Soof”. Soof is ons nieuwste gezinslid en is nu 1 jaar. Wij hebben haar sinds 18 mei. Ook hebben wij konijnen en kippen gehad. Ons andere hondje Benji is helaas net overleden aan ouderdom. Ik mis hem ontzettend. I am a freelance musician, flexible with my time. This job came out of a hobby and I cherish it a lot. I enjoy interactions with dogs and love to see them in their comfort spaces or running around. I have been working with rescue dogs as well as well-trained - all are welcome. I grew up at a place with many stray dogs. We were building houses and feeding them, playing, and naming places after them. I got my own dog more than 10 years ago, a Jack Russell terrier called Cora. Moving around I could not bring her with me to The Netherlands. Now, I am looking for all kinds of dog characters to meet and care for. I am currently living in a nice but small studio flat. I can accommodate only small dogs for in-house stays. But I live in an area with plenty of space for walking and parks for dogs only. Overnight stays are also possible given that I work from home a lot of the time and can be flexible.

Viktoria was again awesome, our 2 rescue beagles where very relaxed when we got back (so we don't think they missed us much). The house was perfectly taken care of by Viktoria who is very tidy. Communicatie is clear and regular (with pictures). So glad we found Viktoria and it is such a good match with our 2 beagle boys.

We are a family of 4 , two kids 5 and 10. We respect dogs and we make sure our kids respect their space and treat them with care. We have always had dogs and many different sorts of pets, but recently we travel every year for a few months so we decided not to have a dog. We would love to take care of one when we are available. I know how you feel while looking for a dog sitter because I had a dog until a few months ago and was contacting dog sitters myself until a few months ago! So I know how important it is to feel safe and sure that your loved animal is receiving the same attention and love when you are away. My last dog was a German Shepherd, but I have experience with large, medium, and small dogs. I have experience with difficult dogs, such as dogs that are easily scared by noises, have separation anxiety, and do not get along with other dogs or cats. My dog used to not get along with other dogs on the leash (but he was friendly at the dog park), so I can walk your pet while being vigilant, if you need this kind of service. My last dog needed to take an oral liquid medicine every day due to an autoimmune disease, so I also have experience in giving medicine via mouth! I live near Central Station and next to three parks, including one with a dedicated dog area, and my ground-floor apartment has a fenced garden too! I used to play with my dog in my fenced garden, and I will play with your dog too. Because I have had dogs in my life, and because I had one myself until a few months ago, I can provide the best love and care, treating your dog just like it's my dog. I will carefully listen to your needs and instructions and provide the best care possible.
