From Jack Russells to Ridgebacks

I recently swapped my desk job in sustainability consulting for the great outdoors to follow my true passion, caring for dogs. I wanted to trade my computer screen for fresh air, active days, and meaningful, offline connections. Growing up, I was surrounded by dogs of all sizes, from energetic Jack Russells and cheeky Pointers to friendly Retrievers and Ridgebacks. Because of this, I am deeply comfortable with all breeds and temperaments. I build an excellent rapport with dogs instantly and always treat them as my own. Twiggy is not the easiest dog to handle, she is quite anxious and has her moods. but Sarah did a great job. Twiggy trusted her and spent a great time at Sarah’s place. The communication with Sarah was very easy and nice, she was also quite flexible accommodating the timing of bringing Twiggy. Everything went very well and I would totally reach out again if I need a place for Twiggy to stay 😊

The Biggest Animal Lover You’ll Ever Meet

I grew up with all types of animals back in North Carolina, from dogs to lizards, you name it. I learned how to care for creatures, big to small, whether they were my own pets or not. While living in Amsterdam for 9 years I have taken on a few opportunities to pet sit and loved it. Now that I have two cats (one even had kittens last summer!) at home, I sadly can’t do boarding like I used to, but I’m happy to get outside for some fresh air with a walk or two, and pop by a home to check on the fur babies. Carly is an amazing pet sitter! She has watched our 2 King Charles Cavaliers on multiple occasions and they always have a great time with her! Carly has always been flexible, trustworthy, and very responsive when watching our dogs. ik ben een echte hondengek

ik heb als kind altijd dieren om me heen gehad. Van paarden tot honden, van vogels tot konijnen. Mis dat nog steeds, zeker als het om honden gaat. Mag weleens oppassen op de hond van mijn baas maar dat is maar sporadisch. Goedendag! Bent u op zoek naar een hondenoppas? Ik ben beschikbaar in de weekenden en vaak ook door de weeks. Voor logeren, uitlaten in Buitenveldert of directe omgeving. Ik woon vlakbij het Amsterdamse Bos en een aantal parken in Zuid. Zelf heb ik Staffords gehad en ervaring met in een rustige en kalme sfeer honden tot hun recht te laten komen. Mijn visie bestaat uit zonder druk en dwang het dier te begeleiden. Als u meer wilt weten, dan vertel ik daar graag over. Een kennismaking bestaat ook tot de mogelijkheden.
