Ehsan and his partner were super friendly and took great care of our dog Cherry. Cherry can be quite anxious, but the time she spent with Ehsan, she was really calm and relaxed. We had zero worries that she was taken care of!

Since I was a baby, there has never been a moment when I didn’t have a cat or dog curled up at my feet. My mother’s deep love for cats inspired the same in me, but my affection extends to all animals—big or small, furry or feathered, scaly or smooth! Growing up, my sister and I shared our home with hamsters, birds, chickens, cats, dogs, and even a bearded dragon. This lifelong companionship with animals has given me a unique understanding of their needs, personalities, and quirks. I began pet sitting as a student, initially as a way to earn some extra money. Later, while working as a freelance dancer and performer, pet sitting became a wonderful way to supplement my income. But for me, pet sitting has never been just a job. Every family that welcomes me into their home, and every pet I care for, becomes an extension of my own family. Their pets truly hold a special place in my heart. Moving from South Africa to the Netherlands to pursue my master’s degree was a big adventure, but leaving behind my beloved pets created a hole in my heart. That’s why caring for your pets brings me so much joy and comfort. I understand how important it is to know your furry (or feathery, or scaly!) family members are safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I promise to treat your pets with the same affection, patience, and attention I give my own. What I Offer: - Flexible Availability: As a student, my schedule is adaptable. I am available for daily visits, dog walks, daycare, and overnight stays. I’m also open to traveling within the Netherlands for pet sitting assignments, especially during the summer months. - Experienced Care: I have extensive experience with cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments, including senior pets and those with medical needs. I am comfortable administering medication and providing extra TLC for pets who need it. - All Animals Welcome: While I have the most experience with cats, dogs, birds, and reptiles, I am open to caring for other types of pets as well. If you have a unique or exotic animal, I’d love to meet them! - Personal Touch: I pride myself on building a bond with every animal I care for. 🐾 About Me Hi! I'm a new pet sitter with around 6 months of pet-sitting experience. I have experience caring for both small and large dogs, as well as cats. Right now I'm regularly walking and sitting some dogs every week but would love to meet more new furry friends! Back in my home country, I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, most of whom are rescued animals. This has given me plenty of experience with different personalities and caring for pets with patience and attention. I currently live with my cat in the city centre, so I mainly offer dog walks and pet visits at your home rather than boarding pets at mine. 26-jarige climate studies master student met een passie voor natuur, en dus ook dieren! Ideaal voor een uitlaatsessie in het bos of park als deze in de buurt te vinden zijn. Ik heb altijd een kat als huisdier gehad, daarnaast ook konijnen. Beide met veel plezier verzorgd. Helaas zat een hond bij mijn ouders thuis er niet in, desondanks vele pogingen. Omdat ik zelf nog geen huisdieren kan nemen, vanwege mijn studentenkamer, wil ik die behoefte graag hier uiten! Wanneer ik de kans krijg om een hond van een vriend, of wie dan ook, uit te laten, grijp ik meteen die kans. Honden, katten en andere huisdieren verzorg ik allemaal graag. Vanwege mijn woonsituatie is het niet mogelijk om huisdieren op te vangen, dus alleen huisbezoek is mogelijk. ENGLISH: 26-year old climate studies master student with a passion for nature, and therefore also animals! Ideal for an outdoor session in the woods or park if these can be found nearby. I have always had a cat as a pet, as well as rabbits. Both with great pleasure. Unfortunately, a dog at my parents' house was not in it, despite many attempts. Because I can't have pets myself yet, because of my student room, I would like to express that need here! Whenever I get the chance to walk a friend's dog, or anyone else, I immediately take it. I like to take care of dogs, cats and other pets. Due to my living situation, it is not possible to host pets, so only home visits are possible. I don't see this as a permanent job or as a big income, I would like to do this to get outside more and interact with animals more, and then it is of course nice to earn something from that. Due to my studies, I have a fairly flexible schedule, but I have to be able to combine this with this part-time job. A lot is possible in consultation. Thank you for reading!
