From the start, the communication was amazing, thoughtful questions to get to know Piper and his personality and regular checkins to tell us how they were getting on. Piper had a great time with PEi and I had complete piece of mind that he was being VERY well looked after. I would highly recommend PEi and will definitely rebook her with Piper.

Hey there, Glad you found our profile. We are Manon and Merijn, a couple in the centre of The Hague. We want to adopt a dog ourselves in the future, but first get some experience having dogs in our house. We were both born into households filled with dogs, so we have a lot of experience taking care of them. Manon had a Yorkshire for over 15 year, and Merijn grew up with German Shepards and Golden Retrievers. We have a very spacious appartement and both love taking very long walks. We live nearby the Scheveningse Bosjes, so all we are missing is a dog to take with us. Who knows, maybe it will be yours!

Ondanks dat hij soms wat moeite heeft met een nieuwe oppas, heeft Cody 2 super leuke dagen gehad bij Merijn en Manon. Ze zijn lekker gaan wandelen en ik kreeg leuke foto’s doorgestuurd. Hopelijk tot snel!

Ik behandel jou hond hoe ik zou willen dat een andere oppas mijn eigen hond zou behandelen. Dus geen zorgen, je hondje krijgt genoeg aandacht, speeluren en liefde. Ik stuur altijd foto’s/filmpjes op, zodat je kan zien hoe erg je hond het naar zijn zin heeft. Helaas pas ik wel alleen op kleine hondjes tot maximaal 5kg. Mijn teefje is zelf ook heel klein en ik vind het gevaarlijk om een grotere hond los bij haar te hebben, ook tijdens het spelen kan het helaas fout gaan. Hoop snel een keer kennis te maken! Vanessa is een hele goede, maar vooral een lieve oppas. Ons hondje Teddy is voor het eerst naar Vanessa gegaan en heeft het heel goed gehad. Teddy kwam ontspannen en lekker moe weer thuis. Ik zou geen andere oppas meer willen voor Teddy. Namens Teddy en ons enorm bedankt!

Geduldige, lieve en enthousiaste oppas

Vier jaar geleden adopteerde ik (na altijd katten te hebben gehad) mijn eerste hond: een klein, 13-jarig, blind en incontinent hondje met allerlei problemen. Het was mijn doel om hem nog een zo mooi mogelijk leven te geven. Ik keek youtube filmpjes, las boeken, huurde gedragstherapeuten in en na een paar maanden had ik er een vrolijke,stabiele hond voor terug. Met terugwerkende kracht een hondenmens. Ik ben zo blij dat honden bestaan, ik kan me geen leven meer zonder hen voorstellen! Die persoon die bij iedere hond die voorbij loopt "KIJK EEN HOND!" zegt tegen haar vriend(en)? Dat ben ik dus 😊 Op het moment hebben wij twee honden: Brownie (1.5 jaar) en Joepie (10 maand). Hun karakters zijn zo'n beetje het tegenovergestelde van elkaar: zoals we het zelf zeggen: we hebben één schaker en één voetballer 😉. Brownie is heel gevoelig, denkt bij alles 3 keer na en snapt wat we van hem vragen. Joepie is een actieve doerak die alles best vindt en nergens van op kijkt. Als ik jouw hond(en) uitlaat kan ik ze samen met mijn twee honden uitlaten, of alleen jouw hond(en). Ondertussen heb ik ervaring met: Gedragsproblemen, medicijnen toedienen, luiers aandoen, clicker training, blinde honden, dove honden, honden die niet meer kunnen lopen, oude honden, puppies en nog veel meer. Wat ik belangrijk vind is dat de behoefte van de hond centraal staat. Wilt een hond bijvoorbeeld niet geaaid worden? Dan zal ik dat nooit forceren en er voor waken dat voorbij lopende mensen de hond niet zomaar aaien. Andere dieren? Ik kan bij jullie thuis komen om eventueel een kat, knaagdier, vogel of ander dier eten en aandacht te geven. Ik vind alle dieren even lief 😊! Last minute aanvragen zijn ook geen probleem.

Aanbeveling

Ben zeer tevreden over de kwaliteiten van Ronja als hondenoppas. Tijdens een weekend weg zorgde ze voor mijn hond Fathiyyi. Dit is gedaan met veel zorg en aandacht. Blije hond bij thuiskomst.
