Making your dog happy makes me happy - win / win!

Since leaving my parents place when I was 18, I have been craving to be able to take care of dogs. During my whole childhood I grew up around (big) dogs at my grandparent's house as well as at my home. My grandpa taught me the do's and don'ts and how to train them and I would regularly take care of their dogs as well as the dogs of family friends. From age 10 to 18 we also had a male German Sheppard at home who I always felt was my "bear" brother. I'm definitely the kind of guy who will stop in the middle of the street to chat with someone about their dog and ask if I can pet him/her. I'm not afraid of any type of dog and feel confident being able to impose myself when needed while remaining calm and respectful. I'm a sporty guy who goes outside a lot and likes to go for long walks in nature or a run - also with my friends or my girlfriend. I could play with dogs for hours. I currently live on the top floor of a spacious flat with rooftop in Oud West near most of the big parks including Westerpark, Rembrandtpark, Erasmuspark and Vondelpark. Regarding the prices and hours, I'm quite flexible and happy to discuss them with you as for me this is really more of a pleasure than a side job. I currently work at New Balance and am flexible to work from home whenever I want and to structure my days to my needs. I speak fluent English, German, French, some decent level of Spanish and after living in the Netherlands for over 10 years also quite some Dutch. Feel free to reach out to ask me any questions!

Liefdevol thuis bij hondenliefhebbers

Honden zijn altijd onderdeel van mijn leven geweest. Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en heb een enorme liefde voor dieren. Mijn vriendin en ik werken allebei vanuit huis, waardoor er vrijwel altijd iemand aanwezig is om gezelschap, aandacht en een lekkere wandeling te geven. Hoi lieve honden- en kattenbaasjes! Mijn naam is Sophie en ik ben 26 jaar oud! Ik houd erg van dieren en heb de nodige uitlaat- en verzorgingservaring opgedaan. Ik vind het heerlijk om lange wandelingen te maken en honden uit te dagen met leuke (denk)spelletjes. I always exchange with friends to look after each other's dogs when we go on holidays. My last chow died at the age of 15 in March. I'm not ready for a new one but would love to be around with man's best friends again. I live in a pet-proof apartment with doggy door to the terrace facing south with green view. The building also has lift. The neiboughhood is very green, literally a dog park under my balcony. there are lake and grasslands nearby, perfect for walking dogs. The building also has lift. Last but not least, my partner and I have lived together since 2007, now both of us work from home and love dogs dearly, I guarantee we will have lot of time to play with your babies! ☺️😛 Ik had 4 honden in mijn 44 jarige leven. Duitse herder in mijn jeugd, en drie chows in de laatste 15 jaar. Ik ruil altijd met vrienden om op op elkaars honden te passen als we op vakantie gaan. Mijn laatste chow stierf op 15-jarige leeftijd in maart. Maart. Ik ben nog niet toe aan een nieuwe, maar... maar ik zou graag weer bij de beste vrienden. Ik woon in een huisdier-proof appartement met honden deur naar het terras op het zuiden met groen uitzicht. Het gebouw heeft ook een lift. De buurt is erg groen, letterlijk een hondenpark onder mijn balkon. Er zijn meer en graslanden in de buurt, perfect om te wandelen honden. Het gebouw heeft ook een lift. Last but not least, mijn partner en ik hebben wonen samen sinds 2007, nu werken we allebei werken vanuit huis en houden veel van honden, ik garanderen dat we veel tijd hebben om te spelen met uw baby's! ❤️

We had a great experience with Dillon and would definitely book with him again. He took excellent care of Hilbert, regularly sent us lovely videos from their walks, gave him the medication he needed, and even kept his health tracker charged. Everything went smoothly, and it was clear that Hilbert was well looked after throughout his stay. Highly recommended!
