Ik woon vlakbij een park in Amsterdam en elke dag loop ik door een waar hondenparadijs. Helaas is mijn appartement net te klein om een hond in te houden, en is PetBnB daarom de perfecte oplossing! Mijn liefde om naar buiten de natuur in te gaan en de fantastische plekken hier in de buurt voor honden zijn denk ik de gouden combinatie voor een leuke oppas-sessie. Het Oosterpark is namelijk ook vlakbij! Ik heb zelf veel opgepast op honden van vrienden en vroeger thuis ook honden gehad. Ik heb een voorkeur voor de wat grotere honden, ook met de wens om zelf later een grote hond te hebben :) Het lijkt mij fantastisch om lekker buiten te gaan wandelen en te gaan spelen met jouw hond en zo alvast te oefenen voor later! Naast mijn werk als interieurontwerper pas ik met veel liefde op huisdieren. Omdat ik vanuit huis werk en flexibel ben, heb ik hier de ruimte voor. Op Sophie kan je bouwen. Tijdens onze vakantie paste zij op onze hond. Zij stelde ons goed op de hoogte van het wel en wee. mijn kinderen en ik zijn dol op dieren, maar om er zelf 1 te hebben is wat anders. Dus dacht ik dat het wel leuk zou zijn om samen voor dieren van anderen te zorgen. Loving and experienced care by Oosterpark!

Hi! I’m a second-year political science student with a big love for animals and lots of experience in caring for them. While my own two dogs—a calm and sweet 9-year-old brown Labrador and a velcro-dog 2-year-old Chihuahua—are currently back home in France with my family, I’ve been surrounded by pets most of my life. I also spent six years abroad when I was younger, where I had eight rabbits, and I’ve looked after cats and dogs of all kinds, including terriers and a Golden Retriever. Here in Amsterdam, I live with roommates who have pets of their own back home; a cat and two Chihuahuas. So we're all used to caring for animals. I’m used to animals with different personalities, and I especially love spending time with affectionate, velcro-type dogs who like to stick close and get plenty of attention. I’m also happy to play, cuddle, or just be a calming presence for older pets. We live just a two-minute walk from Oosterpark, which is perfect for regular walks and playtime if your dog needs a lot of outside time. There’s almost always someone home, so your pet will rarely be alone and I can guarantee will get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I can also help with oral medication if your dog needs it mixed into food, as I've done this with my Labrador. One thing to note however, our apartment is on the second floor with typical Amsterdam stairs. Most dogs manage just fine, but if your animal has mobility issues, it’s something to consider. I’m available any time and happy to help, whether it’s for a weekend, a longer stay, or a last-minute booking. Your pet will be cared for in a friendly, safe, and relaxed environment where we'll make sure they'll feel right at home!
