Hi dear friends, My name is Görkem. Ever since I can remember, I’ve always had animals in my life. I truly love them, and spending time with them brings me so much joy — they add real meaning to my life. Over the years, I’ve had many pets, including cats, birds, and fish. I’ve also taken care of many friends’ dogs. I spent a long time volunteering at an animal shelter, where I walked lots of dogs of different breeds. I even followed a course at an animal hospital to learn more about working with dogs. I don’t have official first-aid training for animals, but I do have hands-on experience. A friend of mine had a diabetic cat that needed daily injections. While he was on holiday, I took care of his cat and gave the injections myself. So I’m comfortable and experienced with giving shots. I’ve always really loved animals and feel very comfortable around them. I used to have a cat of my own, whom I loved very much and still miss a lot, so I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can actually trust and feel relaxed about. I’m a calm, responsible and attentive person. I take routines and instructions seriously, whether it’s feeding, walks, medication or simply knowing the little things that make your pet feel comfortable. I’m also very happy to send photos and little updates while you’re away — I know I would want the same. I’m happy to care for both cats and dogs, whether that means home visits, walks, spending the day together or house sitting. For dogs, I’m happy to follow their usual walking and feeding routine and spend time playing and keeping them company. For cats, I can take care of feeding, water, litter, playtime and, of course, give them attention when they want it (and space when they don’t). My priority is quite simple: I want your pet to feel safe and comfortable, and for you to be able to leave without worrying.

Ekaterina was great with Mathi. From the moment she entered the door Mathilda treated her like they’ve been best friends, which is always a good sign. My dog is a bit anxious and she was perfectly able to feel safe and calm around Ekaterina. 100% recommend super attentive and curious about really wanting to make the best out of their time together. I’ve taken care of dogs from colleagues and friends sporadically for a few years now. I am skilled in long walks through parks and love to cuddle up with the dogs at home afterwards. I am currently in between jobs, so I have loads of spare time in between the job hunt and the occational visit to the gym. I will walk around beautiful Amsterdam Easts. Grab an iced latte to go and play in Park Frankendael. Running after the dog and making sure they are entertained. at home the dogs can either play around inside our spacious livingroom or they can hop on the terrace to get some extra fresh air

I grew up among packs of dogs and all sorts of domestic animals ( cats, rabbits, chickens, cow, horses, birds, Buffalos, donkeys, turtles and a few other exotic animals) in a farm. However moving to city life to pursue education and work has left me missing and longing for animals. And luckily I’m able to interact with dogs and animals in cities either by volunteering at animal shelters or providing professional services. I go nuts and just couldn’t hold myself back whenever I see strangers dogs on the street and can’t stop drooling over them. That’s why I started a whole Instagram account called @strangers_and_their_dogs to capture the dogs and their owners I meet randomly on the streets. Happy to travel farther if it's pet-sitting at your house. I can take care of your cats or other domestic animals and reptiles but I’m a bit scared of snakes😁. I love playing with dogs and cats too, I wouldn’t even mind it as a job because I just enjoy it so much. I will take good care of your babies. I learned how to train dogs some basic skills like sitting down, lying down, rolling over, etc. I can train your dogs as perks if you would like to. I used to have many dogs since I was a kid, they were my best friends since then. I just have natural bond with dogs. Even though I’d like to have my own at the moment but I move around or travel quite a lot so I cannot keep them. That’s why I’m keen to sign up here to meet furry friends. I have a huge interest in different dog breeds. I can take care of whether small or large breeds. You can also see series of my photos of me with different hairstyles and colors over the years handling lots of different dogs from puppies to large dogs. 🤣 I also watch a lot of doggie movies, Hatchi, Bella and Sebastian are my favorite ones. If you haven’t I’d definitely recommend you to try. I can walk your furry friends around or I can come over to your house to look after them. I can shower them, feed them and pick up their 💩💩 too. Service description Dog Walking - I walk a dog for one hour. I am available either in the morning or evening. Sometimes during noon as well. I walk the dog about 30-45 minimum if it takes more than 20 minutes back and forth from my place to yours. Home visit - I can stay at your home for 30minutes for each visit but if you need me to stay longer please let me know. House sitting - I can stay the whole day or the whole night sleep at your place. During the day I can also take the dog for a walk twice, once in the morning and once in the evening.
