Kees is out permanent roommate, he’s a mini dachshund who loves to play in Vondelpark everyday and make new friends. About myself, I’m an analyst that often works from home and through social media and group chats I see a lot of people struggling to find a sitter for their pet. While working at home I usually walk Kees every 2-3 hours, while going to dog parks almost everyday for a least 30 min. I’ve taken care of a few dogs before, and when taking them anywhere I make sure to but a tracking device on them (better be safe than sorry!). If your dog needs to stay overnight, that won’t be an issue as there is plenty of space here on the boat. Regarding this, no person of dog had ever fallen in the water - but just to be sure we always put the dogs life jackets on. Whenever I see a dog, any dog - I think of Yara immediately. My first reaction is to grab my phone and film the dog I have juste seen, and send it to her. That is the kind of power she has over me. In ons ruime appartement (incl balkon) kan de hond vrijuit rondlopen/spelen/slapen. Wij zijn ook bereid medicatie toe te dienen en de vacht te verzorgen (borstelen/wassen etc). Ik heb sinds jongs af aan een ongelooflijke passie voor dieren en vind het prachtig om met dieren te spelen, te knuffelen en trucjes te leren. Deze passie uit zich verder in het binge watchen van natuurdocumentaires, het groeten van elke hond / kat die ik buiten tegenkom & het bezoeken van elke dierentuin in elke stad die ik bezoek.
