Ik ben dan ook gek op zowel honden als katten! Inmiddels woon ik samen met mijn man en onze kat Fien in Wijchen. In het dagelijks leven werk ik in de IT als Data & Finance Consultant en werk ik veel vanuit huis. Juist daarom vind ik het heerlijk om tussendoor even de deur uit te gaan voor een wandeling of wat gezelschap van een viervoeter. 🐶🐱 Ik kom graag eerst even kennismaken, zodat we elkaar wat beter leren kennen en vooral ook kunnen kijken of het klikt met jouw dierenvriend. 😊 Een paar praktische punten: * Ik werk vijf dagen per week vanuit huis en ben daardoor behoorlijk flexibel. * Ik kan ’s ochtends, ’s middags en ’s avonds langskomen om te wandelen, eten te geven, te spelen of natuurlijk uitgebreid te knuffelen. * We wonen aan de rand van Wijchen, vlak bij het buitengebied en met genoeg fijne wandelmogelijkheden. * Ook thuis hebben we lekker veel ruimte. Wij hebben gelukkig bij ons in de buurt verschillende plekken waar je heerlijk kan zijn met de viervoeters. Als wij zelf weg gaan, is mijn vader er eigenlijk altijd voor onze dieren. Nu is het zo gegaan, dat mijn vader en wij tegelijk op vakantie gingen.. waardoor het voor ons een uitdaging werd iemand te vinden waar wij een goed gevoel bij hebben in combinatie met onze dieren. Iemand bij ons thuis; dat vind ik heel spannend! Eenmaal de persoon bij ons thuis, dit voelde aan alle kanten zo goed. Hij is bij ons thuis komen oppassen en we hebben nog steeds goed contact. Brigitte en ik hebben sowieso de wens voor de toekomst meer te gaan reizen, met een camper. Daar is nu nog niet direct geld voor. Maar door onze eigen ervaring met de honden oppas, bracht dit het idee naar boven zelf als dieren oppas door Nederland te gaan. Alles in overleg is mogelijk. Wij hebben er zin in! Ik hoop dat wij jullie net zo’n goed en vertrouwd gevoel mogen geven, als onze eigen ervaring. Lieve groet, Brigitte en Elwine.

We hadden een ontzettend goede ervaring met onze golden retriever bij Elwine en Brigitte! Ze heeft daar 3 weken gelogeerd en het heel erg naar haar zin gehad. Elwine en Brigitte gaven veel gelegenheid voor haar om lekker te rennen en te spelen, zowel aan het strand, als bij hen in de buurt. Ook hadden ze goed in de gaten wanneer ze wat rust nodig had. Ze had ook geen tekort aan aandacht en knuffels. Wij waren ondertussen met een heel goed gevoel op vakantie, waar we heel regelmatig foto's en filmpjes kregen, zodat we een fijn gevoel hadden dat zowel zij als wij een heerlijke vakantie hadden. Veel dank aan Elwine en Brigitte, zeker een absolute aanrader en een adres waar we graag nog een keer gebruik van maken!

Not always, but during high seasons, we can have multiple guests, just like other pet sitters. However, all guest dogs here are friendly, sweet, and non-aggressive. Conflicts are not allowed, as we live in an apartment, and our neighbors wouldn’t be happy, haha. 2. Dogs can be separated—in different rooms or in the same room with a barrier, ensuring they have their privacy and rest from playing. It depends on each guest’s personality and needs. For example, if two dogs of similar age and size enjoy playing together, why should we stop them from having fun? (Of course, under my supervision!) But if your dog is older and needs more rest than a puppy, we will make sure they can relax away from younger dogs. Our main focus is your dog’s safety, health, and emotional well-being. 3. If you want your dog to become more social, this is the perfect environment! Your pet will be surrounded by friendly dogs who won’t react to irritation or grumpiness. Dogs learn from each other very quickly, becoming more social and overcoming past fears. 4. We live on the second floor. If your dog doesn’t know how to use stairs, you’ll be surprised at how quickly they learn from other dogs! Some even love running up and down, haha. 5. Our apartment is next to two beautiful parks—just a 1-minute walk away. We are also 10 minutes by car from the beach and another large park where dogs can run off-leash (unless they plan to swim!). Hi, I'm Alina and ive been around cats and dogs technically my whole life. At the moment, due to the lack of space and my lifestyle, I can't have a dog or a cat which is what made me sign up as a sitter/walker. I'm looking forward to making new furry friends and bonding with new cats and dogs. I have a lot of patience and experience with fussy babies, senior cats and dogs and with puppies as well. I have been catsitting for friends on and off for more than 9 years now, and I have been a dog walker in the past. I can handle both small dogs and larger breeds. Back home, i own a Golden Retriever, so I am very familiar with hyper dogs and ones that need a lot of time and attention. I grew up with cats and later on, i had my own cat while living by myself.
