Lieve mensen, Ik ben een ervaren, geduldige en enthousiaste oppas met een groot hart voor dieren. Alle honden zijn welkom, maar we maken altijd eerst even kennis om te zien of het klikt. Van jongs af aan heb ik dieren om me heen gehad, daarnaast vang ik regelmatig honden op via asielen en stichtingen – soms voor een paar dagen, soms voor langere tijd – totdat ze een nieuw baasje vinden. Ook heb ik twee jaar vrijwilligerswerk gedaan in Azië en Spanje, waar ik (soms angstige of agressieve) straathonden met liefde, geduld en heropvoeding weer vertrouwen in mensen heb mogen geven. 🐾 Belangrijk om te weten: - Mijn eigen hond Iggy (11 jaar, 6,5 kilo, kleintje dus) is vriendelijk en relaxed, zolang andere honden niet te opdringerig zijn. Ik neem daarom geen pups meer aan en met pubers of drukke honden doen we altijd eerst een proef. - Ik woon op de eerste verdieping: jouw hond moet dus trap kunnen lopen of goed tilbaar zijn. marianne is een van de weinige mensen bij wie barry zich op zijn gemak voelt. mede door hondje iggy voelt hij zich thuis en veilig. hij kan ontspannen en lekker rollen en luieren op een dekentje. dat is heel fijn om te merken, want een betere graadmeter voor zijn welzijn is er niet. marianne is de beste!

Hi! Wij zijn Michiel en Nathalie en wonen samen in Hillegersberg Noord. We zijn 10 jaar samen, werken allebei en zijn echte dierenliefhebbers. We zijn een jong stel (30 & 24) die zijn opgegroeid met dieren om ons heen (honden, paarden, katten, schapen, kippen, vogels). Nu we na onze studenten/starters tijd wat meer ritme en tijd hebben, willen we graag een hond om ons heen. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar leuke oppashonden. We houden erg van het buitenleven en wandelen graag in het bos, over het strand of door de weilanden. We hebben een ruim appartement met een balkon, genoeg plek voor een hond. We beschikken daarnaast over een auto. We hebben veel ervaring met eigen honden en kunnen voldoende aandacht & beweging geven en daarnaast zorg dragen mocht er een keer iets met de hond zijn. We zijn in principe alleen beschikbaar in de weekenden ivm werk. Op werkdagen oppassen is mogelijk in overleg, mits het oppassen min. 7 dagen aaneengesloten betreft. Let op: gezien we in een bovenwoning wonen moet de hond kunnen traplopen/makkelijk te tillen zijn.

I am a Venezuelan, 29 years old. I recently moved to a new apartment in The Hague, together with my boyfriend, Rupert (33 years old), and we are so excited because we are allowed pets at home for the first time since we moved from our home country! And not so long ago, I volunteered at the 'Animal Rescue' organization of Madrid (I studied my bachelor over there), where I'd take care of rescued dogs, take them for walks, and incentivize people to adopt them. My boyfriend also has vast experience with dogs. He was lucky to raise a Weimaraner and have him as his companion for over 10 years, and he currently shares caring responsibilities of his sister's Poodle - they live in Hamburg and we babysit every now and then. When it comes to my availability, I am always available during weekends -24 hours a day. However, if the booking is done some days in advance, arranging having a dog during the week is also possible, as I have the flexibility of working from home, which adds some extra availability for weekdays too. I am looking forward to meeting your dogs and loving them forever.

Taking care of dogs has always been my passion

Hi! I'm Daria and I'm from Romania. At home I had two cats and two dogs, but moving here in Rotterdam I am left with no pets, so being a babysitter for dogs (and cats) is reminding me of home, I grew up taking care of animals and my love for dogs is immense. Huisdieren oppas in Den Haag

I had my own mixed Labrador, Pepe, who peacefully passed away last August at the age of 13.5. Since then, I’ve truly missed having my best buddy beside me for hikes in nature and swims by the sea. I am especially patient with senior dogs and still have all the necessary support equipment from caring for my elderly Pepe. I generally prefer dogs staying longer than 5 days, as it takes time for them to feel comfortable and get to know me, and I enjoy building a real connection with the dogs I care for. While your dog is staying with me, you can expect regular photo and video updates from our forest walks and outdoor adventures. During weekends, I often drive to the beach so the dogs can play, explore, and enjoy the sea as well. Your dog will be cared for with patience, respect, and love, and I’m confident they will be in very good hands with me.

Dawn took great care of our dog while we were away. She gave him a lot of love and attention and I could tell by the videos he got comfortable really fast, to the point he wanted all attention for himself xD We are very grateful that she had the time and that Spico had a great time as well. I didn't feel the need to keep asking questions because Dawn seemed very reliable and good with dogs. Pepe is also a great company and a delight to be around. Also grateful to Pepe that he put up with our overly enthusiastic Spico who is indeed used to having all the attention, keeping his stuff his etc All in all, Dawn and Pepe are a great duo to take care of your dog while you are away!
