Hello! My name is Izzie, I’m 25 years old and I’m currently living in the Hague while I complete my Masters.

Originally I am from Oxford, where I had a dog (Brea) and two cats (Pip and Albert) that I miss a lot! I have always loved animals and have worked in a dog grooming salon and as a dog walker over the years, I’ve also volunteered at a stables and at an animal shelter where I rescued my two cats from. Honestly I just take any chance I can get to be close to animals.

As a pet sitter I would provide the basics but also lots of cuddles and play time which I really enjoy. I also love to go for runs so could potentially take an active pet with me but I’m just as happy to sit on the sofa and give affection. As I’ve worked in a dog grooming salon and an animal shelter I can wash and groom your pets and also am equipped to deal with any situations. My dog at home is a border collie who I house trained and taught many tricks to, she used to compete in agility competitions.

As a student I have quite flexible hours and a lot independent study time, so if dog boarding I would be spending a lot of time keeping your pet company. I live with my parents currently who also love animals and work away from the house every day. I know how important my pets are to me and my family so would aim to treat yours with the utmost care.

In case of dog boarding, I have also added photos of the house where the pets will be. We are all non-smokers and I am happy for the dog to sleep with me in the bedroom unless otherwise advised by the owner.
