Iris looked after our two dogs, Maggie and Britian, while we were away on holiday, and she was absolutely wonderful. One of our dogs is unwell and required special care and close, watchful attention, and Iris handled this with incredible care, calmness, and responsibility. Both dogs clearly adored her — they were happy, relaxed, and very well cared for when we returned. She walked them twice a day, kept us updated with regular messages and photos, and it was incredibly reassuring to see how attentive and thoughtful she was throughout our time away. On top of that, we came home to a clean and well-looked-after house. Iris is caring, reliable, and genuinely kind, and we felt completely at ease knowing our dogs and home were in such good hands. I have a lovely cat who is almost 3 years old. I once fostered a cat for a friend for three weeks. They got along well during that time. They brought me a lot of happiness, and I used my camera to record those happy moments. My cat has a good temper. He currently gets along well with some cats. When the cat was fostered at my house, I put raw beef that my cat liked. I saw my cat touching noses with the cat before eating the beef, as if calling him to eat together. Then the cat came over and sniffed the beef and walked away. Maybe he didn’t like beef. But this scene surprised me. I usually play with my cat at night.

Nina took great care of our dog when we were away for a couple of days. She made our dog feel at home immediately and shared updates and pictures with us so we knew the dog was in good hands. Liefdevolle plek voor jouw lieve maatje

Ik ben gek op honden, vind het heel gezellig met een hond in huis en hou er van lekker met ze te wandelen. Doordat ik regelmatig reis heb ik geen eigen hond meer, maar is het des te leuker regelmatig op te passen. Ik ben als kind met honden opgegroeid en heb zelf twee honden gehad. Mijn eerste hond was een hele lieve kruising van meerdere soorten (waaronder herder) en m'n tweede een lekker eigenwijze Shiba Inu. Ik heb twee katten, die een hond gewend zijn en die graag hun eigen gang gaan. Omdat ik niet zo groot woon, gaat mijn voorkeur uit naar kleine en middelgrote honden. Stuur je me een bericht? Als groot dierenliefhebber help ik graag mensen bij het oppassen van hun huisdieren. Ik heb momenteel bijna 5 jaar ervaring met het oppassen van honden en katten en doe dit met veel plezier. lovely cozy home for cute puppies :)

My family and I have a mixed breed puppy back in my home China, we have adopted him 3 years ago, back then he was a less than 5 month old pupuy. I used to take care of him everyday. during the day time, I take him to parks or a walk and play with him. I am a big dog person, so I really love cuddling him. Dog’s best friends💖

I used to take care of many dogs in my home country. I love being around dogs and making them feel safe and happy🐕🐩🦮🐕‍🦺 I also love spending time with cats. In my home country, I had a Shiba Inu roommate and a cat roommate (the one in my profile picture). They both trusted me a lot and loved being around me. Last year, I took care of a giant Husky named Demon in the USA. I walked him every day, spent lots of time playing with him, and made sure he felt happy and comfortable. I still miss him very much! Dogs are family

I have had dogs my whole life, they were my whole life. I moved from the English countryside to Amsterdam. It is now more difficult for me to commit to owning a dog full time. So, what better way than to spread my love for dogs, with all the dogs out there that need a new friend. Whether that is for a walk, a night, a weekend stay or a week. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing dogs live their best life. I now live looking over a huge park, watching the dogs run around makes me miss spending time with my pups. I work from home, meaning I am available for all your dogs needs and am able to take them for long walks, if thats what they like in the dog friendly park. If that's not what your pup prefers and they just like to chill in the sun chewing on some watermelon, that's also great for me. I want them to enjoy being here as much as I enjoy having them.

We left Luna for the first time and were very worried at first. But all our worries disappeared when we met Jadina and her partner! They are so kind and took amazing care of Luna. They kept sending us pictures every day, so we knew she was doing well. We were so happy that Luna was with them, and we’ll definitely leave her with them again next time we’re away :)

Bedankt dat je een kijkje neemt op mijn profiel! Zal me even voorstellen: Ik ben Melissa 28 jaar en woon in een eengezinswoning in landsmeer met een tuin met mijn twee kleine kinderen (zeker dieren gewend) van 2 jaar en 5 jaar en mijn chihuahua teefje gesteriliseerd Ik ben jongs af aan opgegroeid met diverse dieren om mijn heen. Voornamelijk honden (van egt diverse rassen/ groot en klein) maar ook vissen, vogels, cavia’s, hamsters, konijnen, fretten. . Het fijnste is als de huisdieren hier komen in huiselijke sfeer, mits het natuurlijk matcht met mijn hond en ze kinderen zijn gewend zijn. Vrijblijvend kennis maken is dan dan ook wel wenselijk. De dieren die hier welkom zijn: -Honden, cavia, konijnen, hamsters, vissen, vogels, fretten, Eventueel andere kleine huisdieren in kleine kooi zijn ook welkom die ik hier niet genoemd heb. Ik snap dat het hier logeren niet altijd kan dus kan zeker ook op huisbezoek gaan voor eventueel katten en alle bovenstaande dieren die ik heb vernoemd. Ik kan dan gelijk thuis ook even de planten water geven binnen en in de tuin en of balkon. (Zit allen in de prijs inbegrepen) uw post netjes opruimen. Tussen door stofzuigen, de vuilnis doen zo dat u in een net huis terug komt! Om een heerlijke wandeling te maken met de hond sta ik ook zeker voor open. Denk dat ik zo wel alles heb benoemd :) Vrijblijvend kennismaken is natuurlijk altijd mogelijk om te kijken of het allemaal klikt en alles qua werkzaamheden en de prijs valt nog te bespreken. Eventuele referenties kan ik doorgeven als daar vraag naar is van de diverse huisdieren. Als je nog vragen hebt stuur me gerust een berichtje!

Mijn hond was erg op haar gemak bij Melissa :) Ze heeft het erg naar haar zin gehad!

Ik word blij van blije huisdieren

Ik ben gek op dieren en pas graag op. Als kind hadden wij thuis katten en honden, nu heb ikzelf thuis een poes. Tijdens mijn studie heb ik jarenlang op een bange Vizsla gepast, die na twee keer langskomen me toch helemaal vertrouwde en door het dolle ging van blijdschap als ik aankwam. Ik maakte ook veel lange wandelingen met hem, in alle soorten weer. Dat vond ik hartstikke leuk en zou ik graag weer doen. Op maandagen, woensdagen en vrijdagen ben ik vaak overdag beschikbaar voor een wandeling. Op andere dagen is het even puzzelen met het schema, maar we komen er vast uit!

Disney for puppies

We love dogs since we were little. We always had pets and were taught to not only give them love, but also take care of them, give attention and enjoy time shared. We make sure they get all the necessary attention, love, entertainment & care. We try to adapt to what they like. If it’s an active dog we don’t hesitate on take them to a park, play togheter, have a walk and dedicate the time they are used to so they feel comfortable. And if it’s a pup that enjoys resting and accompanying more, we love that too! We also enjoy to teach them when they’re puppies since we love seeing their evolution :)

Ik word blij van blije honden!

Het leukste aan honden vind ik de blijheid als je thuiskomt! Lekker even knuffelen en daarna wandelen in de buitenlucht. Mijn hond weet altijd meteen waar hij naartoe wil lopen en gaat overal enthousiast snuffelend heen, maar ook rustigere honden die even moeten wennen vind ik lieverds. Ik weet hoe fijn het is als je weet dat je hond niet al te lang alleen thuis is. Ik kijk het liefst samen met de hond (of door naar de hond te kijken) wat het leukste is voor ons om te doen. Zo weet ik bijvoorbeeld dat mijn hond het liefst buiten zijn eten eet, komt zelf knuffels halen als hij dat wil, houdt van ballen gooien en vooral van rondsnuffelen. Honden om je heen hebben is gewoon leuk!

Dog whisperer with lots of experience!

Please read all the info below before making your booking! I have been around and taken care of dogs my entire life. We had two dogs when I was a child I was trusted taking care of and walk during my lunch breaks at school from a very young age. My family travelled a lot when I was young and wherever we went I would find packs of street dogs to play with, which now when I’m a parent sounds insane (and quite dangerous) but it very much shaped how I see and relate to dogs and taught me how to communicate, read body language and understand pack dynamic. I have adopted and fostered many dogs throughout my life, and have been watching and training dogs for friends and family over the years many times. Also very interested in dog psychology and behaviour in general, and their inner workings is a genuine interest for me. Dog sitting is my full time job, I’m very good at it and take it seriously. I usually spend most of my days outside with the dogs I have, it’s great for exercise and socialising and we all enjoy fresh air and sunshine. I also enjoy to bring them along for outings or other activities since I love the company. My kids are at school during the day so I have lots of time and I really enjoy walking and being outside so it’s absolutely not a chore. Different dogs have different needs of course and I do my best to accommodate that. I love biking with dogs since you can sort of “play run” together and it’s a great way to get a lot of exercise for high energy dogs, and even if a dog is not used to running next to a bike, most get the hang of it fast and I am of course very careful to make sure there’s no accidents. My house is also full of toys, activity puzzles and games, it’s important they get mental simulation as well physical. My kids are good and calm with animals, and love dogs so they are delighted about weekend stays but of course they don’t walk them and I generally don’t leave my kids alone with the dogs I host. Our cat Styx, a Maine Coon male, is raised around dogs and makes friends with most of them given a bit of time, even dogs that otherwise goes nuts when they see a cat outside! We live in a house with a lift so larger or older dogs doesn’t have to climb down stairs, the flat itself has three floors so easy and spacious with the cat living upstairs and visiting dogs downstairs. Some dogs I have regularly of course get upstairs privileges when we’re all comfortable together and maybe aren’t covered in mud! The size of the flat does also mean I can easily keep dogs and cats separated so there’s never been an issue in all the years I’ve been doing this. The downstairs floor is also large enough to keep dogs separated if necessary, I have lots of fences and baby gates I can set up. The terrace is great for fresh air and playtime. We also live very close to many green areas suitable for off leash walking, biking and swimming. I have experience with and really enjoy large dogs and don’t mind being out entire days with wolf/working breeds if they need it. My philosophy is that a dog that is provided a lot of exercise, play, boundaries, structure and a calm and assertive pack leader will be a happy and balanced one! Please note! -Do provide food, toys, chew bones, treats and toilet bags for your dogs visit. If requested I can provide this but will ask to be refunded for any additional expenses. I have lots of bowls, towels and beds etc so no need to bring that. -If your dog needs a lot of special attention, is not fully house trained or have a very labour intensive schedule you need to inform me of this in advance so we can discuss. Also if your dog can’t be together with other dogs or off leash I need to know before we finalise the booking. -I can’t accept dogs with severe behavioural problems or that barks a lot. If there are undisclosed issues like aggression, barking or destructive/unmanageable behaviour I reserve the right to terminate the booking and request you to find another arrangements for the rest of the stay, or I will ask an extra fee so be aware of this. Please don’t downplay issues since that will only cause trouble for everyone involved later on. -I will accept bookings for cats if they are spayed/neutered and very good with other cats, dogs and kids. Sinds 2 jaar hebben wij zelf een Maltipoo teefje en vinden het leuk om af en toe op te passen op een extra hondje. Graag zou ik er een 2de hondje bij willen maar doordat onze Rosie niet naar elke oppas kan, is dat wat lastig. zij is een beetje bang voor sommige andere honden dus een kennismaking voor het oppassen js belangrijk! Vanaf kleins af aan ben ik met honden opgegroeid dus altijd een hondenliefhebber geweest. Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een niet te grote hond en goed opgevoed/getraind omdat dit vaak het beste samen gaat met Rosie. Wij wonen in een ruitjeswoning met tuin en vlakbij het Darwinpark om lekker te kunnen wandelen.
