Ik ben gek op honden, vind het heel gezellig met een hond in huis en hou er van lekker met ze te wandelen. Doordat ik regelmatig reis heb ik geen eigen hond meer, maar is het des te leuker regelmatig op te passen. Ik ben als kind met honden opgegroeid en heb zelf twee honden gehad. Mijn eerste hond was een hele lieve kruising van meerdere soorten (waaronder herder) en m'n tweede een lekker eigenwijze Shiba Inu. Ik heb twee katten, die een hond gewend zijn en die graag hun eigen gang gaan. Omdat ik niet zo groot woon, gaat mijn voorkeur uit naar kleine en middelgrote honden. Stuur je me een bericht? Dan kunnen we even kennis maken!

Bedankt dat je een kijkje neemt op mijn profiel! Zal me even voorstellen: Ik ben Melissa 28 jaar en woon in een eengezinswoning in landsmeer met een tuin met mijn twee kleine kinderen (zeker dieren gewend) van 2 jaar en 5 jaar en mijn chihuahua teefje gesteriliseerd Ik ben jongs af aan opgegroeid met diverse dieren om mijn heen. Voornamelijk honden (van egt diverse rassen/ groot en klein) maar ook vissen, vogels, cavia’s, hamsters, konijnen, fretten. . Het fijnste is als de huisdieren hier komen in huiselijke sfeer, mits het natuurlijk matcht met mijn hond en ze kinderen zijn gewend zijn. Vrijblijvend kennis maken is dan dan ook wel wenselijk. De dieren die hier welkom zijn: -Honden, cavia, konijnen, hamsters, vissen, vogels, fretten, Eventueel andere kleine huisdieren in kleine kooi zijn ook welkom die ik hier niet genoemd heb. Ik snap dat het hier logeren niet altijd kan dus kan zeker ook op huisbezoek gaan voor eventueel katten en alle bovenstaande dieren die ik heb vernoemd. Ik kan dan gelijk thuis ook even de planten water geven binnen en in de tuin en of balkon. (Zit allen in de prijs inbegrepen) uw post netjes opruimen. Tussen door stofzuigen, de vuilnis doen zo dat u in een net huis terug komt! Om een heerlijke wandeling te maken met de hond sta ik ook zeker voor open. Denk dat ik zo wel alles heb benoemd :) Vrijblijvend kennismaken is natuurlijk altijd mogelijk om te kijken of het allemaal klikt en alles qua werkzaamheden en de prijs valt nog te bespreken. Eventuele referenties kan ik doorgeven als daar vraag naar is van de diverse huisdieren. Als je nog vragen hebt stuur me gerust een berichtje!

Mijn hond was erg op haar gemak bij Melissa :) Ze heeft het erg naar haar zin gehad!

Our dog stayed with Linda for a day while we visited various museums. Everything went really well, from communication to reliability. We didn’t have a meet-and-greet beforehand and went straight to the handover. Linda kept us updated with photos throughout the day, so we could see how our dog was doing. Our dog felt very comfortable with her, and I can highly recommend Linda’s dog-sitting services!

Making your dog happy makes me happy - win / win!

Since leaving my parents place when I was 18, I have been craving to be able to take care of dogs. During my whole childhood I grew up around (big) dogs at my grandparent's house as well as at my home. My grandpa taught me the do's and don'ts and how to train them and I would regularly take care of their dogs as well as the dogs of family friends. From age 10 to 18 we also had a male German Sheppard at home who I always felt was my "bear" brother. I'm definitely the kind of guy who will stop in the middle of the street to chat with someone about their dog and ask if I can pet him/her. I'm not afraid of any type of dog and feel confident being able to impose myself when needed while remaining calm and respectful. I'm a sporty guy who goes outside a lot and likes to go for long walks in nature or a run - also with my friends or my girlfriend. I could play with dogs for hours. I currently live on the top floor of a spacious flat with rooftop in Oud West near most of the big parks including Westerpark, Rembrandtpark, Erasmuspark and Vondelpark. Regarding the prices and hours, I'm quite flexible and happy to discuss them with you as for me this is really more of a pleasure than a side job. I currently work at New Balance and am flexible to work from home whenever I want and to structure my days to my needs. She doesn't have enough experience with dogs and has very questionable decisions. She gave too much treat to our dog which made her vomit. She didn't inform us about it, told us everything is good. After taking Gigi back, we noticed that Gigi's bed is covered with vomit and there was vomit stains on all her body. Apparently she let her sleep in vomit and didn't clean the bed and Gigi. Another unusual thing was that she decided not to take off her leash because she didn't want to "hurt her". So she thought that leaving her on the leash for 6 days is a good idea. She took it off only after we insisted. All in all, I don't think she knows how to take care of dogs.

In our search for a calm but secure sitter we found Sanika and Arjan here in Petbnb. Raiku is a white shepherd with a complete manual so to speak (but he will be "that guy" just to suprise you) - but when he is in his comfort zone he is a fairly relaxed white 1 year old shepherd. He took a day to settle in (which is really short for a white shepherd, so kuddos right there) - and after that Raiku was his own relaxed self again. Ik wil graag op je hond passen

Ik houd van niet al te grote honden, die graag willen knuffelen! Ik houd ze het liefst aangelijnd buiten, omdat ik een Shiba Inu gewend ben die nog wel eens de hort op gaat. Ik ben verschillende soorten honden gewend en mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar rustigere honden, deels omdat ik in een niet al te groot appartement woon. Er is een binnentuin, maar daar kan de hond eigenlijk niet terecht, wel zijn er veel parken in de buurt voor een langere wandeling! Tijdens een werkdag kan ik drie keer wandelen met de hond. Het lijkt mij leuk om op je hond te passen en naar het park te gaan samen!

Jet was erg fijn, ondanks dat Rumi een beetje lastig was (hormonaal van slag). Maar jet was een topper!
