I grew up with a Cairn Terrier who was a beloved part of my family for 13 years. He had a strong personality and an even bigger heart. Sadly, he passed away after battling cancer, and during his later years I was responsible for taking him to veterinary appointments and helping manage his medical care. This experience taught me not only how much joy pets bring into our lives, but also the importance of providing responsible, attentive care when they need it most.

I’ve always had a natural connection with animals and often find myself making new furry friends whenever I travel (many of the photos on my profile are from those encounters!). Dogs and cats have a wonderful way of bringing people together, and spending time with them is something I genuinely enjoy.

I work four days a week with a flexible schedule, splitting my time between home and the office. Staying active is an important part of my lifestyle, so regular walks are already built into my routine. I’d love to share those walks with your pet. Typical walks are around 15–30 minutes several times a day, but if there’s a nearby park, beach, or forest, I’m happy to take longer outings of 1–2 hours.

I live in Voorburg, next to The Hague, and am available to care for pets in the wider Hague area during evenings and weekends. I can visit your pet at home, take them for walks, provide companionship, and, if suitable, host them at my own home.

My family and I live in a ground-floor apartment with a large garden, providing plenty of space for pets to relax and play. We also have a 3-year-old daughter who loves animals. For everyone’s safety and comfort, any pet staying with us should be friendly and comfortable around young children.

I understand that every pet has its own personality, routine, and needs, and I will always do my best to make them feel safe, cared for, and loved while you're away.
